In light of his death I would like a sig made that I'll use

I don't have many specifics but I would like the phrase R.I.P. on it as well as Jan 8, 1947-Jan 10, 2016. 1 picture I would like on there is his character from the movie Labyrinth. Other than that feel free to go crazy with it.
