Goodness, it's Heyman and not close. His promos are sheer gold, and he's an old-school heel manager who connives, lies, and does anything else he can to benefit his clients. Colter spotlights himself sometimes, and while that's not a bad thing, Heyman always brings it back around to making it about his clients, which is how a great manager should be. He made Axel far more relevant then he ever would have been on his own, and he added to Punk's act as well. Colter, while entertaining, hasn't done anything to truly benefit the Real Americans yet in terms of gold.

Zeb Coulter. Heyman is great as always, but his year of impact was really 2012. Zeb has helped to make 2 guys who were falling out of relevancy relevant again, and that's what a good manager does.

Which Heyman, in short form, failed to do.
