During the promo where Kevin Nash explained why he did what he did to HHH, we were told its genesis was the fact that Nash got the biggest pop at the Rumble, so he felt he deserved a WWE contract. He asked his old friend HHH to put the band back together and give him a contract. Nash's response was shining example of what is wrong with the creative process as he said, and I quote:
"Not only do I get an answer of no, I don't even get a response."
