The Departed

vs.

Finding Nemo

I was pretty upset when Finding Nemo was able to get to the next round. It shouldn't have. But since it did get this far, It will have pretty stiff competition from here on out. It is up against one of the best movies of the last 5 years in The Departed. I think this is a pretty easy choice here, I will be voting for the Departed. It was a great watch, way better than that unfunny animation. The Departed is just one of those movies you get goosebumps watching.

The Departed isn't stiff competition. Or it shouldn't be. Nemo is just a superior film, it'll probably go down as one of Pixar's best. It's probably going to be one of those all time classics, just like some of the early Disney films are today.

The Departed is good, but it's not great. And in comparison to other Scorsese films it's almost average. And most importantly it's not even the best version of the film, Infernal Affairs is better.
