Few TV villains in history compare to Mr. McMahon. Be it JR Ewing, Montgomery Burns, Q, etc. Mr. McMahon, IMO, is the best all time.
Face McMahon was a good punching bag for heel Jesse the Body. Funnily enough, in 2009, a face Jesse punked out heel McMahon on Raw.
