People don't seem to be understanding that part of what is not likeable about a person is the fact he's not reliable or dependable. If I'm someone who takes the business seriously, I want other people around me who are just as committed to doing the best they can. Injuries are unavoidable, but suspensions are not. It's unprofessional, and unprofessional/unreliable conduct is not likable.
