How i see it is.
A 'HEEL' Big Show panics when he is informed he will be facing Kane. A Man known for (so-called) "Destruction". A 'FACE' Miz simply accepts his situation and decides to advance Brock, Also known for "Destruction". I think it's all scripted and it's a simple heel/face gimmick.

It was definitely not unplanned. Miz is a face and had to get some offense on Brock. After all the beast was ruining his live segment.

No, definitely not. Miz is a face. He's supposed to look tough, not show apprehension. That's why every face who's attacked by The Shield looks tough when they're coming to the ring.
If you've watched Lesnar do anything in a WWE ring before, you know that that's just his style. |

I think it was all in the script.
Unlike others i'm really enjoying Miz as a face. He reminds me a bit of a Jerry Springer/Jeremy Kyle type charactor, as he tries to resolve the lies and deciet of the main storylines. Miz Tv for me is adding a fresh idea, and linking the fueds up pretty nicely at the moment. The Miz is doing a great job (just my opinion of course) I think The Lesnar appearence on Miz Tv was the highlight of the night. I really liked the way Heyman was calling Miz "Mr Mizanan" it was a nice touch that seemed to fit The Miz really well for a none wrestling role. Total respect for Miz to standing his ground against Lesnar. It was a bit unexpected to see the smaller talkshow host standing up to a beast like Brock.

The fact that people are thinking this is legitimate heat is probably solid booking and good selling on the part of the actors and WWE.
Remember, the goal of wrestling is to make it look as real as possible without actually injuring the other performer. |

Firstly, I bet there are some of the IWC who wished that Brock injured the Miz for real, such is their hatred for Miz.
Which, by the way, I don't get. I was a Miz-hater, but the last three years, he has really grown on me, to the extent that his "Really!" catchphrase is one of my favourites, and I use it all the time. I would have liked to have seen Miz stay a heel. He is great as a heel. As a face, I think WWE were grooming Miz to be like the "new Chris Jericho", but then the old one came back. Maybe Miz should turn on Jericho, and accuse Jericho of stealing his "audience". I think they could do a few good matches together. Brock Lesnar almost injuring Miz doesn't surprise me. Lesnar is a selfish, clumsy oaf with a retarded little girl's voice, who thinks he is better than he is (and unfortunately, so do his sycophantic fans). Lesnar is an ungrateful shit who had everything given to him in WWE (WM main events, WWE Titles, KOTR, RR wins etc), and then thanked WWE by leaving for a failed football career. He then has the audacity to only want to come back if he can show up "once in a while". If I was Vince, I would have told Brock to shove the deal up his ass. If he isn't going to be regualrly on "Raw", or PPVs, he can nick off. He's only back in WWE now because his UFC career is over. I have more time for someone like Miz, who is reliable at work, and can be trusted by the company, compared to a "slacker" like Lesnar, who shows up to work when he feels like it. But I bet most of you are like Lesnar, and wish you could show up at work "once in a while". I believe that Miz didn't deviate off script, but Lesnar throwing the chair at Miz's head is just Lesnar being a clumsy douchebag. |

About Lesnar if you watch the segment again you will see that Brock held back on throwing the chair at Miz. I don't know if it was the first chair or the second, but it was obvious from one of them that Brock wasn't being Reckless. You could see him pull back and throw the chair half heartadly at Miz. It kinda made the whole segment a bit unrealistic in a way. It was obvious Brock didn't want to cause any serious damage to Miz. I do agree with the other stuff you said about Brock though,, he is milking WWE for millions and making 5 minute appearences. Not good enough, but what can you do the man has hands like shovels, a neck like a bull, and shoulders like ED-209. Brock draws big and WWE and the fans buy into it.

hell why would anybody have been scared if they just watched Lesnar get flogged and you are in the crowd, safe from having any contact with the talent knowing if Lesnar even touched him he would get his ass sued. Stupid reasoning really, why would anybody in the crowd be scared of an athlete competing against other athletes??????
