I thought the whole beat down was done really well and I think this is going to really help get Doc over as a bad ass who is not to be messed with. But I have to agree with specialFNK and say that sting should have been taken to the back on a stretcher.

I don't think he will be gone for long. Sting has been a key player in the fight against Aces and Eights. He has to be involved in the pay off some how. And, as we all know, the whole story line has lasted for months. The end can't be to far out of reach. Sting hasn't been all that active since his return. He has had a match here and there, and a few beating from A&E, but maybe he needs a short break.
As for the beating itself, the sickening dark side of me, deep deep down, loved the attack. It felt real. It was intense. It was harsh, and didn't look "fake." As it happened, I cringed from shot to shot.

Damn, late to the party on this one. The beat down was done really well. I have to agree that it was actually cringe worthy. I haven't seen anythuing like this on wrestling in quite a while. It almost reminded me of some of the more real gritty moments from ECW. Not too over the top, but just enough to make you wonder. Sting took some stiff hits and it added to the realism. Good for them and hopefully the storyline get's more into gear so we can get this sucker off the ground. Lockdown will be here before we know it and that's Lethal Lockdown season!

So I can make a little bit more money to work a more stressful schedule and then do a job for the Undertaker at WrestleMania." |

Ok, maybe it was a LITTLE unrealistic, nevertheless I still think it was a great segment. The only unrealistic part was that he stood on his own two legs and didn't bleed, otherwise it was awesome. This is what makes the company better than the WWE (yes, I just had to) and is what makes me interested.
Any who, I think this is a way to get the Stinger off television (once again) and to bring him back with the "crow" gimmick. He'll come back for Lockdown with his old gimmick, kick the crap out of the Aces and Eights and there you go, we have the "non-insane icon back". I actually think it's time he came back with this gimmick, I got bored of the other, it didn't suit him and I missed the "Icon". This is a great way to bring him back in my opinion.../with impact]
