Rock had his heritage already there, all Vince could do was use it and let him try and grow into something else. Vince has yet to create one bona-fide talent that he has taken from stage one to super-stardom... The nearest I can think is Muhammed Hassan, and we all know how that turned out...

Without Vince, Austin does not have him as his number one enemy. So saying Vince never created a star is bullshit.
