I'd say his programs with Orton and Batista were his best, and his best matches came with Punk and HBK.
Oh, and no, I'm not counting Rock. Not yet. If their match goes well, it will be the best and biggest thing Cena has been involved with. Easily. Actually, it's already the biggest, not quite the best, though.

Id have to say Edge, hands down. Without Edge Cena would not be where he currently is. Hell without Cena Edge would have never gotten as big as he was before retiring. These two needed each other more than any two people have needed each other before in the WWE.
Triple H is Orton's. Because of the whole Evolution back story.
