I gotta tell you man.. I was getting a bit emotional too watching Christian celebrate jumping up and down like a little kid.. that was awesome..
and big ups to Del Rio... I was very impressed with how he worked in the match and even more impressed with the bumps he took.. especially the one...
I think Triple H's critics overlook whats most important about him.. hes one hell of an entertainer. Whether you feel that his ring skills arent the best.. which i disagree with.. or that Taker carried him at Wrestlemania? lol.... I think Hunter held his own just fine.. hes one of the all time...
people have been overselling in this business for years... your just noticing it?
Hogan comes to mind.
Flair when he was flung into the turnbuckle..
HBK the same.. flung into the turnbuckle plus more..
The Rock did it.. Cena does it... the list goes on..
I don't think overselling is a knock...
I wont question Cena's heart.. He definitely has been busting his ass for the company with a full time schedule for years now..
Knowing this I still do not like him.. I'm more of an attitude era fan and dont like the whole PG movement which Cena is the poster boy of.. I think most of the older...
The shock value is definitely still there for me.. I stopped watching for years.. right after the attitude era ended.. I started to get heavily back into it starting with the Batista Cena fued and have been glued since..
Them putting the title on Miz had great shock value.
The Rock coming...
I was thinking about something while watching RAW earlier tonight when The Miz came down to attack SCSA with Alex Riley during the Tough Enough segment...
What if they're setting up one more dream match for WM28 ? Think about it.. With Cena and The Rock tied up with their match.. who will The...
Wrestlemania 8 is definitely at the top of my shit list. The fact that they never went through with the Hogan vs Flair main event was beyond me.. and only one match went over 14 minutes which was the Flair vs Savage match.. The Hogan vs Sid MAIN EVENT was a whopping 12 minutes and change... i...
TNA is really starting to smell like WCW before it went under.. spearheaded by Bischoff and crew once again..
They have alot of great talent.. enough with the head up thy ass bookings.. it would be a shame if TNA had to shut its doors because of piss poor management..
I think its a cop out on the part of Sting to keep using the same ol tired excuse for not jumping ship. No way in hell McMahon would job String to anyone.. I think its more or less Sting who is afraid of this happening than a chance of it actually being true. As for WCW guys coming over and...
I really think your mistaken on this.. Punk is a very skilled inside the ring. He incorporates the whole martial arts aspect along with technical skill... He also holds his own on the mic with the best of em.
The audience in today's age is a bit more sophisticated from the good guy vs bad guy stuff from the 80s. I think everyone aside from the little kids are just sick of getting Cena shoved down their throats and want a change.
He incorporates a lot of arrogance into his persona which is more fit for a heel IMO..not to mention how condescending he is when he speaks.. definitely a better heel than a face me thinks.
