TNA definitely missed the boat with Monty Brown. Monty Brown was very over with the crowd when he turned on Jarrett. I think they would have gained some mainstream attention with Monty Brown cleanly pinning Jarrett after "The Pounce". The TNA fans was sick of Jarrett's over-pushing himself down...
Disco is absolutely correct. Anyone that says Goldberg wasn't over is a complete jackass. Goldberg had a monster push, was almost universally cheered during his WCW & WWE runs, and also sold a hell of a lot of merchandise. In 1998-99 you couldn't go anywhere without seeing at least one Goldberg...
Sting. He's a much better wrestler than Warrior ever was or will be. Sting is incredibly charismatic & has stood the test of time in the wrestling business. I always thought Warrior was incredibly goofy in the ring & on the mic, but had an alright theme song.
