By showing all the PPVs on the Network except for the big four is excellent to fight piracy and streaming of PPVs. If the WWE Network is part of a normal cable package or a cheap monthly rate, a lot of the people who steal the PPVs will likely buy the network for much cheaper. Having a few ads...
