WWE always sold the line "first guy to show up, last one to leave" and that's what they want actually. They want a corporate slave. If you want to be the face of the company, you have to be this guy.
Which is highly hypocritical. Brock Lesnar is an example that doesn't follow that. But one...
Something trivial, but I think WWE is cool right now for ages 0-15. The rest just see it as a nice attraction to attend and have a laugh.
Here's the thing, it will never be cool again. It's like the circus now. Guys flying around, throwing fake punches and prettending to be in a soap opera...
It's been 4 years since Roman first broke out in the main event scene. What more can you do? He has done everything and has wrestled everyone. If Vince pushes him then he must have something that works, I don't know what that is, but I think Vince knows better for his company than us...
I haven't watched anything since Money In The Bank and it looks like I'll stick to that...
So I learnt that Lashley beats Roman at a PPV and then Roman beats him on RAW. And Lashley is like "Ok, nice match Roman, who cares that I beat you the night before, enjoy your match with Brock"...
I don't have a problem with a champ who doesn't show up every week or at eevry PPV, but still, Lesnar should show up MORE.
Now, there's no way Lesnar won't be at Summerslam. He will be there.
Still the Universal Championship is a cursed belt. Gets booed on its debut, Balor gets injured, Owens...
Just fuck CM Punk, who the hell cares. Punk had a great title run no doubt about it and was the most interesting part of RAW from 2011 up until the day he lost to The Undertaker. But that's in the past.
As someone else said, Punk being "the longest reigning WWE Champion of the modern era" isn't...
Right now WWE's true main eventers are Lesnar, Cena, Undertaker, Triple H, Orton, Reigns, Styles, Bryan and Rollins. These guys are guys that fans pay to see.
Bruan, Owens, Ambrose and Miz are one level below them. They are over but still haven't quite broke out in the top tier.
Then follows...
A nice warm-up feud with Styles for Rusev that will hopefully boost his popularity even more. I bet this will be a fun match. Obviously Rusev won't win, but I'll be rooting for him. I really hope that he succeeds in this challenge, because that's what this is for him and they push him properly...
Hell yeah! Jugding from what happened in Smackdown last year, Styles should have gotten the belt back from Cena anyway and should have been champion until now. Anyway, I'm all for this.
Pretty disturbing since neither of these men is main event material, except Drew, who still needs some time though. 4 Horsemen didn't work only because they were 4 good technical wrestlers, but also because Ric Flair was THE MAN.
WE NEED A ROOM WHERE WE TALK ABOUT WWE LIKE IT'S KAYFABE.
Just think about it. This thread is amazing. Imagine if we all gather around and goof and act like heels are assholes and faces are deserving and actually get invested in the story like this guy....
I think it's more than just the little person thing. Why not fire him immediately?
I'm wondering if Cass ever apologized for that incident... maybe Vince was waiting for an apology and he never got one from Big Cass.
Any One Piece fans in these forums? I searched the posts and found nothing One Piece related?
Are you anime-only? Manga-only? Both?
The Reverie Arc has been crazy these past chapters. Please don't spoil. But Oda has been giving us heart-attacks for 5 weeks straight.
What's your...
Out of nowhere. I think there's more to the story than that little person incident. And I really don't recall Vince firing someone just like that out of the blue.
So let's see where this is going. It's a shame cause I really thought he had something going for him.
