Re-Using Theme Music

I was watching WWE 24/7 (or whatever the hell its called now) earlier today and i was watching No Way out 2004. there was a match between the Dudley's and Dawn Marie vs. Rico, Charlie Hass, and Jackie Gayda (idk how to spell it). Rico had the same music that Santina is using now (well, a remix of it)

that made me think. If you could use any past theme song for a current wrestler, who would it be and what music would they use.

you know what? just for kicks, you can use any song you want to replace a current theme (even show theme songs)

WWE does this quite a lot. Examples I can think of off the top of my head...

Hardyz theme - used for a Stone Cold Promo
Kurt Angle Theme - Sgt Slaughter's old theme
CM Punk theme - Orton's old theme
Johnny Nitro - debuted with the WCW Nitro theme
Ricky Steamboat - Ultimo Dragon old theme

pretty sure they do it a lot with the divas too, maybe it's to save money?

Yeah, the WWE does this all the time.

Kurt Angle's "You Suck" theme also was The Patriot Del Wilkes' entrance theme when he was in the WWF.

Sorry Shawn Michaels, but Sensational Sherri was still a better singer than you back when Sexy Boy was recorded.

They should use Sherri's version of the song, as not only did it sound better, but as a plus, it could be used as a Tribute to her.

I think this is the post to ask since in goes with the recycled music theme, Santina's theme, is his/her theme the same song that was sung by 3 Count, Helms music group from wCw? it was helms more and some other guy.

Also with reused music, I cant remember who but someone had Razor Ramons music but remixed. I think it was either foly austins, or godfathers, cant remember

John Cena - Word Life was much better than the one he is currently using. I mean, the new one is so bland, it makes me wanna skip through his entrance, (which I do for him and Taker), but I don't get why he ever changed. I mean, seriously? It sounds like he's yelling "BRRRRR!!!! APPLE DOUGH!!!!!". It is one of the worst themes in the WWE.

Triple H - He needs to stick with one theme. I mean, having two themes is just stupid. He needs to pick one, and that one will not be "The Game". He's had it for 10 YEARS!!! It pisses me off. He either needs to come out to "King Of Kings", or his old one he had with Chyna.

Rey Mysterio - If it wasn't for Cena, Taker, and HHH... He would have the worst theme in the world. I liked his old one, but I admit it sounded pretty mid carderish, and since hes a High Mid Carder, he should use it. It's catchy, and it fits him.

I think this was enough. If I went on to everyone, I would have typed over 14k words.

I think another reason (at least in this case) they are reusing Rico's old music is. Why create new music for this, its not like Santina is going to be a permanent or even long running character.

I would reuse Stone Colds theme and put it on cena, do a remix with cena rapping over the track, it would be tacky and abusive to the ears but i would love to see if people would still mark out for cena.

Also i would remix santinos theme and place it on hornswoggle just for kicks
