But I just realized Hernandez still has his Feast of Fired Briefcase.

Didn't he already use it against Sting for the World Title on iMPACT a few weeks back? I remember them having a 6 minute match where Sting got dominated.

A few weeks after. I think Foley was on a rant about the Mafia and decided he'd drop that in there.
