When Do You Think The Attitude Era Ended?

I dont think there is a certain date so i ask when in your mind did it end was it a match was it a ppv was it a storyline or was it when something real happened, Im intrested to know your views on when it ended.

When the Invasion angle started, mostly because that was a new era.

People say Wrestlemania 17, but I think that was just the beginning of the end. The nail in the coffin for the attitude era was when the brand extension began in 2002.

I'd personally say around the brand extension also, but maybe not right away, more around 2003, the year of the last Buried Alive match, the Katie Vick angle AND the year they last had a TLC match on free TV.

WM 17 I say is when it ended, if you're looking for a specific event. It was really the end of The Rock as a full time performer, before going to hollywood, Austin was never really the same again after he turned heel and it was the first PPV since WCW went out of business, so there was no more competition.
