This came across my mind the other day when I was playing Wrestlemania 2000. Cena has been face for most of his career and except for his first rapper gimmick, has done much heel stuff. All of WWE's other huge stars have had major heel runs (Taker, Austin, Rock, HHH, etc.), so when will Cena have his? Or will he forever be face like recent HOF inductee Ricky Steamboat?

I think Cena will finally turn heel sometime later in the year, he's stale as a babyface and it would really shake things up, it would arguably be the biggest heel turn in wrestling since Hogan in 96.

When he isn't the biggest draw in the company anymore, the more important question is when will dumb fucks stop demanding the companys top draw, pushes the most merch out the door, and brings in the most money, turn heel, it's a fucking stupid ass idea, and one people need to just drop, it's not happening, at least not anytime soon, it would be a really stupid fucking move for WWE and could cost them millions in potential lost revenue

I think that if Cena ever turns heel it wont be for a long time, and it might only be as a tweener.

It would be dumb for him to turn heel now, as he's the biggest face of the company. However, it might be cool to see him turn in a few years a la Hogan.

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that you're the one who misread his post. I think what he meant was that anytime anyone on this forum criticizes Cena, you got the people who jump on that right away and give them shit for talking bad about Cena. Sometimes its ok, like when its the people who still use the Cena only has 5 moves argument and shit like that. But there are plenty of cases when people talk about something he did wrong or something they don't care for, then you got those same people who just blow up because there was an anti-cena comment. I'm fairly sure that that's what he meant when he brought it up, so perhaps you should read the whole post....

Cena may turn heel but it won't be for a long time. He's over with the fans and makes a lot of money for Vince and he is the Hogan of this era. There's no need for him to turn heel in the forseeable future.
