I was watching Tripple H performance in the interview this past RAW, and I was quite impressed by his acting range, I am absolutely not a HHH fan by any means, but nevertheless, I appreciate his talent. So I started thinking, why don't they have categories in the Slammies Awards ? I mean like, "Best performance in a promo" or "Best performance in a match." or "Best stunt." you know, like at the Oscars. I mean, since the WWE wants to be Entertainment, why should it not reward it's performers like actors ? I would not think they would make it a public PPV, but it sure would add some motivation to their roster if they got some sort of peer appreciation for their efforts.
What do you think, bad idea or not ?

They used to years ago, they had nomenies like "Best Hair", "Best Entrance Theme" they had lots of great nomemies back then, they had the Slammys the night or week before Wrestlemania, the best one was the one before Wrestlemania 12, especialy when Todd Petingile sings the slammy song and sings about bret hart, hbk, undertaker, yokozuna, sunny, warrior, its great.. go look it up on youtube!

I've missed it, but didn't they just have the Slammies? Is the not why Miz and Morison have been coming out with them like Owen and Davey Boy did.

Yes they have just had them. But we're just talking about what sort of things they should do for the next one. I think a "best actor" catergory would be good, but they would probably give it to Kozlov.

Thanks for the link man, funny stuff. I noticed most of the guys were out of character, very good.
They probably do some kind of inside awards even now, but they aren't making it public.

Really? I honestly thought the exact opposite.

I thought he did a good job, considering, he managed to channel deep anger and pain into a visual that carried those emotions.
I'm guessing he was really thinking about how much more over Jeff Hardy is to get those emotions, it's only a guess though.

Koslov is actually Japanese, so you can appreciate how good his acting is.
They should have "Best Supporting Inanimate Object" as a category, I'm pretty sure Tripple H's sledge would win it though.

the slammies are soooo rigged to give characters pushes for a month or two it's a joke but i agree best promo good idea and yes matt hardy is bothered by his brother very much.... gtfoh!!! kozlov is japanese! i was not previously aware

Wait, really? I would've assumed the awards in a rigged sport were legit. What's next, the title belts are rigged to, and the champ is just whoever the writers choose?
