Ah what the hell, it's the final week of the regular season, and their are so many interesting games going on today, so I figured why not?, granted this will prolly not get more than a page worth of posts
The Panthers shall continue their road to greatness today. Super Bowl winners guranteed.

Let me have a little hope.

any team from the NFC has a chance to get to the SB, their odds of winning it are pretty slim though, AFC has just way too many good teams, I'd be willing to bet an AFC team runs away with the SB this year

Man, I hope Brees can end up getting hot and breaking Marino's record; then at least ONE good thing will come from this God awful season. Also, if we’re able to pull off the win today and the Falcons can win… then that’ll also be great since it would take the Division Championship away from shitty fucking Carolina.
Fuck the Panthers.. There is no team I hate more in the NFL right now. I cannot wait for them and Delhomo to get their asses kicked in their first Playoff game.
I'm looking at it like this.
NFC championship game : Carolina vs New York
AFC championship game : Indianapolis vs Tennessee
That would have the possibility for 2 great super bowl match ups.
New York vs Indy : Peyton vs Eli , It would be a great game for the fans and would probably be great for ratings. Who wouldnt want to see two brothers square off for the championship ?
Tennessee vs Carolina : I know alot of people wouldnt want to see this but i want to see it badly. Tennessee fans/players have been talking alot of shit towards Carolina this year. I'd love to see a grudge match in the biggest game of the year.

Shit I'm a Packer fan, I'm just hoping we don't choke again this week, I mean if we end our season by handing Det. their first win I may fucking hang myself

I don't think there's a more talented team in the NFC then the Cowboys. If they could somehow get their shit together and start playing to their full potential, I can see them going to the Super Bowl. But, I don't have much faith in that happening. I think they'll win today and if they do, I do see Romo finally winning at least one playoff game, but then screwing it up later.

Lol, I was in that position last week when the Saints played Detroit.
But I don't see Green Bay losing today.
I actually think The Packers will be pretty good in the years to come.

The Cowboys biggest problem is that they have too many big egos that clash with each other, with Jerry Jones possibly with the biggest, if he could get his ego in check and get a coaching staff that isn't afraid to put his players in their place then maybe they could do something worth a shit, they also need to find a better back-up QB Romo has proven he isn't always reliable, he's Favre Version 2.0, only shittier, and not pondering retirement every year

We'll be fine, just gotta fix that Defense, and add a little bit a depth to the O-line and we'll be all good, I think we just had a rough year with injuries and everything

I completely agree. Jerry Jones wants to be George Steinbrenner so fucking bad it's ridiculous.

SO did someone forget to give Tomlin the memo, YOU DON'T PLAY YOUR FUCKING STARTERS ON THE FINAL WEEK OF THE SEASON IF YOU HAVE YOUR PLAYOFF SHIT LOCKED, otherwise they end up getting carted off the field, like Big Ben:lmao:
If Detroit beats Green Bay (as I predicted they will) I may just hang myself.
A Field Goal!?
GET THE F'IN TOUCHDOWN, YA PANSIES!

A Field Goal!?
GET THE F'IN TOUCHDOWN, YA PANSIES!
Keep in mind our coach is a god damn fucking moron who has zero faith in his offense, this is the same jackass that went to a FG on 4th and an inch (literally a fucking inch!!!) on the fucking goal line against Car in the closing seconds of the game, guy coulda went for the TD and put the game away but nope he opts for the FG and Car responds with a huge last second TD and we lost...again:disappointed:

OMFG that may be the greatest replay commentary I have ever fucking heard
Commnetator- "Favre says oh no, somethings fish" *Favre then proceeds to through an INT to a Dolphin*:lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:
justinsayne
12-28-2008, 05:44 PM
:lmao: and the Cowboys just keep shooting themselves in the foot, first Newman gets hit with a PI penalty giving the Eagles the ball on the 1 yrd line, they score, then Pac-man fumbles, Egles recover, I think Wes is about ready to kill himself:lmao:
justinsayne

So unless the Cowboys can pull out some sort of miricle comeback, looks like next week we will get Atl vs. Arz & Philly vs. Min, if Dallas does pull out the comeback then they play Min.
AFC is bit more complicated, but with the way things look right now Indy will play the winner of Den/SD & Miami will face Baltimore, of course that second match-up could change if either of those two teams lose
justinsayne
12-28-2008, 07:20 PM
:lmao: at Favre getting drilled at the end of the Jets/Phins game, I don't thinkI have laughed so hard while watching a football game in my fucking life

So the NFC is officially set
1-NY Giants
2-Carolina
3-Minnesota
4-Arizona
5-Atlanta
6-Philadelphia
next weeks wild card match ups are Philly vs. Minnesota & Atlanta vs. Arizona, my predictions Philly & Atlanta walk out with the wins, setting up Philly vs. NY Giants & Atlanta vs. Carolina at this point these match-ups are pretty tough to pick, but I would have to say Philly and Carolina moving onto the NFC championship game, where I think Phillys luck runs out, Carolina goes to the SB and loses to whoever represents the AFC, I'll be posting those predictions later tonight after the AFC picture is set

Yes, yes you do. Our offense is mediocre at best, and when we don't get reps we suck. Tomlin made the right decision, and I can't blame him for it either.
Stuff like that happens, he fell funny, that's it. If Ben would've made it to half time, no one would have bitched, but Ben didnt, and everyones pissed.

The NFC is so pathetic. The only team I can even care slightly for on that list is Arizona, and they're probably going to get their asses kicks against Atlanta. I think New York will be the one to make it to the Super Bowl to represent that shitty division, but they’ll get their asses kicked, so it doesn’t matter.
With no Saints, Cowboys, or Tom Brady (don't care for the Pats, just Brady)... I'm going to be pulling for Pittsburgh to win it all. They've always been a top five favorite of mine (my father was one of the biggest Terry Bradshaw fans on the planet, and also, being a die-hard Saints fan my entire life, you always had to have back-up favorite teams when the playoffs came around since the Saints hardly ever make it there), and plus, Big Ben is a great player and a really cool guy who you can't help but like.

Well fuck it this game is rather pathetic, way to suck dick when your season is on the line Denver:rolleyse:
so anyway here is how I see the AFC looking
1-Tennessee
2-Pittsburgh
3-Miami
4-San Diego
5-Indy
6-Baltimore
this sets up Indy vs. SD and Miami vs. Balt next week, my predictions- Indy & Baltimore walk away with the wins, setting up Baltimore vs. Tennessee & Indy vs. Pittsburgh, I'm thinking Baltimore beats Tennessee, as for Indy/Pit that ones a bit more tricky Indy is incredibly hot right now, and Big Ben was carted off the field today and I don't know what his situation is, right now I'm leaning more toward Indy, though I could see this going either way, so that would set up Baltimore vs. Indy in the AFC championship game, where I see Indy winning and going onto beat the living shit out of Carolina, though if Pittsburgh beats Indy then I see them beating the shit out Carolina
basically the winner of Indy/Pit gets the honor of going Panther hunting
I don't even want to talk about the Saints game.

I realy dont see how you can honestly think the NFC sucks. They just as many good teams in the playoffs as the AFC. Carolina , New York and Atlanta all have legit shots at winning the super bowl. I'd be willing to say that those three teams coul go toe to toe with any AFC team and play at least a close game.
