Former TNA star Konnan filed a lawsuit against TNA several months ago and it consisted of two parts. It's being reported that the copyright infringement part of the lawsuit has been dismissed "with prejudice."

I'm not real good with law stuff, but have seen several episodes of People's Court and Law and Order. With that being said, the "with prejudice" statement makes me think that Konnan hasn't really lost yet, and that he can re-file the suit, assuming he gains control of some kind of hard evidence needed to prove his case.

It seems that I remember that whenever a case is dismissed without prejudice, it's that the plaintiff says he/she can prove the case, just doesn't have the evidence with them to do it. The evidence exists, but is not currently in the plaintiff's custody. In this case, it might mean that if TNA does violate whatever "copyright infringement" they're being accused of, Konnan can sue again.

So, you might see the lawsuit file again.
