Supplemental Draft LD

I figured why not? The supplemental draft can sometimes be as important as the main draft. John Morrison was sent to ECW in last year's supplemntal draft, and went on to win the ECW Championship. And since I have nothing better to do, I figure'd I'd relay all the draft picks from the live WWE.com draft blog.

So what are some of your thoughts? Who needs to be sent somewhere else? Who do you expect to be traded?

I fully expect Carlito to be sent to either ECW or SD! He's been unhappy on RAW for a while now, and I think he'd get a much better push on SD! or ECW, more likely on ECW, especially with the departures of Kane and CM Punk.

I'm actually not surprised. Mark Henry's been appearing quite regularly on ECW since October.

Personally, I don't like Henry but I think this could give him a good career push. No longer a jobber to the stars, Henry can actually be as dominating as he looks. Of course, this completely fucks over Matt Hardy. lol

Well, I guess everyone agrees that Mark Henry's move to ECW greatly increases his chances of winning on Sunday. The live poll on WWE.com on "who do you think will wn the ECW championship at NOC" just skewed drastically in Henry's favor, he's jumping somewhere between 50% and 75% now, leaning more towards 50% now, as all the Big Show marks start voting.

Big Daddy V drafted to SD!. = Not sure where else he could've fit. I just hope they keep Umaga as the #1 monster.
DH Smith drafted to SD!. = Good. Now he won't be DiBiase's partner and maybe he can join Natalya.
Deuce drafted to RAW. = Saw it coming, though I thought it would be Domino to ECW instead of Deuce moving.

I KNEW Maria was going to Smackdown! She's the equivalent of Kelly Kelly - popular, sexy, but can't wrestle. Once ECW and Raw merge, Kelly will fill in Maria's spot.

What's weird is that they'll probably have her as second fiddle to Michelle in terms of faces that could win that new championship that they have.

I would freak if it was Hennig as Ted's partner. They were a tag team before so its not like they don't know each other and how they work as a team. You can watch some of Ted's and Hennig's tag matches on Youtube. Hennig's mannerisms are just like his fathers. Pretty Cool.

Benjamin on Smackdown....I wonder what's going on with MVP then. MVP isn't going to be pushed before Taker, Edge, HHH...he'll be on the same level as Kennedy, Hardy, and Umaga....so I guess if MVP is "upper midcard", they'll put Benjamin as a US title contender (once that belt goes back over).

Carlito over to ECW would be better than Smackdown, I think. ECW needs some average type of guys to build up the brand and Carlito is pretty much on par with Matt Hardy.

Morrison and Miz could stay on ECW in my mind, as that gives them a little more Smackdown and then when Raw/ECW merge, they'll be on Raw anyway. Best of both worlds. Just hoping that they push Morrison to the main event soon enough and Miz to the midcard title.

Finlay is a great pick for ECW, IMO. Championship material, and he's a great teacher who has already helped out so many of the young stars. ECW can do nothing but improve now that Finlay is on ECW.
