What Is The Greatest Wrestlemania Theme Song Of All Time?

I was listening to Limp Bizkit in the car today and thought that this would be a good topic.

My favourite was Limp Bizkit's 'My Way', but I'm not entirely sure as to what Wrestlemania it represented. Anybody think of any other really cool Wrestlemania theme songs over the years?

That was from X-Seven. That has to be the best in my mind. It kind of fit the idea of one more fight between austin and the rock, with austin not caring and doing things his way to win the title. Has to be the best, although there haven't been that many great ones in the first place.

Ladies and Gentleman from Wrestlemania 23. I loved this song. I heard it and got excited. I immediately went and bought the cd. I listen to it all the time now.

Yea ladies and gentleman from last year was a good concept, but wasnt really that great of an event. "my way" from Limp for X 7 was damn sick as well. I thought big time for WM 22 was kind of a cool throwback.

This discussion could be opened up to all ppvs & songs used in the wwf/e, not just wm. There has been a lot of fantastic songs used perfectly for build ups.

My pick would be My Sacrifice by Creed. Not the best song ever but the way they used it with the wwf/e my sacrifice video was unreal. It built a lot of drama and loyalty going into the alliance storyline.

As far as WrestleMania theme songs go, Got to agree with Limp Bizkit's My Way. Though, I do think its awesome that they are using a Red Hot Chilli Peppers song as the secondary theme for this years' show.

Speaking of secondary themes, Godsmack's Touche comes in second for me and WM themes. Not many people may remember this, but it was the secondary theme song for WrestleMania XX. Parts of it played in the intro and highlight package for the show.

I think WM X8 had that Superstar song... if so, that kicked ass. Apart from that, Ladies and Gentlemen takes it for me.

For me, it's a toss up between "I Dare You" (WrestleMania 22's secondary theme) and "My Way" (WrestleMania 17, duh). Ladies and Gentleman was impressive when I first heard it, ages before that particular WrestleMania.

WM 22-"Bigtime".awesome got me pumped you knew the wrestling was gonna be awesome

WM 23-"Ladies and Gentlemen" awesome song,much like above.Gets you pumped,makes you wanna shout your head off just a class song

I guess I'm the only one that misses the old "Wrestlemania themes" that Jim Johnston created.

I always thought that was the best because it was simply the Wrestlemania theme. Both of them were good, but I like the second one better. Wrestlemania should start off making you happy and end the night on a good note, so these two themes (especially the second) were great at saying farewell for the evening. Nowadays, everything is just some hard rock song that makes it seem like everyone is constantly angry. Oh yeah, and its annoying that they now use this as Linda McMahon's entrance theme...as if she's deserving of the old Wrestlemania theme. If its used for anything outside of Wrestlemania, it should be used for the Hall of Fame and that's it.

great work. When i hear the first one i think of Sean Mooney in the wrestlemania countdown. And the second one i have so many memories with that song. I really like both of those themes

My favorite is a tie between My Way or Ladies and Gentlemen. Both of the instantly got me pumped and immediately bought them both on iTunes. An honorable mention goes to My Sacrifice as I just love the way they used it.
