Has anyone noticed that there is like 12 wrestlers in acting roles in this movie? That seems rather odd, especially since most if not all of them were under contract by the WWE when it was made.

You've got Kevin Nash, Goldberg, the Great Khali, and Stone Cold in it just off the top of my head, I think there was even one more I'm not remembering. But what the hell is up with that? Did they generally think wrestlers would equal good box office or good acting?

I especially find it odd that the Great Khali is in this. Just....just why? I don't get it.

Then again, the Great Khali is a pimp.

Don'tw orry, I speak Jive.

The WWE Sucks rite now, and incoherent rambling John Cena. incoherent rambling I don't think the Longest Yard is a WWE Film because Kevin Nash was under contract when the film was made. (What the fuck). Goldbergs in the doghouse, yeah boy.

Plus the Great Khali wasn't even wrestling yet when the movie was made. I think he was signed because of the movie.

The following list is the list of wrestlers that I noticed in the movie.

-Stone Cold
-Kevin Nash
-Great Khali
-Bob Sapp
-Goldberg

But then again the Boogeyman is in Any Given Sunday so it just isn't the Longest Yard.

Isn't Billy Gunn in Longest Yard as well? I could have sworn I saw him at one point.

Anyway, onto the "secretly a WWE film" theory, I heard that it was Sandler that wanted wrestlers used in the film, as they were "legitamate big guys", and he saw Khali in some Indian film or something. No idea where MVP came from though, and he's in it too.
