After watching the Royal Rumble last night and seeing how horrible the set up was for that show I started to think about some of the best sets I've seen.

After reviewing some google image searches I came up with my favorite.

Wrestlemania 22.

Even though the All State Arena is quite a small place (15,000 maybe) having that giant video board set with the Chicago Skyline in the backround made it seem like a much bigger venue.

The ramp wasn't too long and the pyro was able to go off with out a hitch because of the set up.

What are your favorite ppv sets?

Royal Rumble 2000 which was in MSG like last night but cause it was Triple H vs Catus Jack in a Street Fight the place was decked out like an alleyway. That was cool

The Royal Rumble 2000 was better than the 2008
it's look like alleyway...

I myself loved all the WrestleMania sets since XX, gotta love the Grandaddy of 'em all. I also like the Royal Rumble 2006. And One Night Stand in 2005/6

I've been looking for pictures of the sets but Can't seem to find them...The Wrestlemania 20 set was cool. I didn't expect much of a ramp for it but they decided to switch where the entrance is.

I'd go with the set from X7. That huge runway that let Taker hit such a high speed on his way to the ring was excellent. The set overall was simple but the ramp more than made up for it.
