Realistically, a word a lot of people seemingly don't know about, the promo video is extremely evident in hyping the return of one, Chris Jericho.

A lot of people are severely looking past it and stating otherwise without even acknowledging their statement in their own mind.

As you will all have seen the various codes, numbers, words, and other "cryptic" combinations, I will identify some other small clues that point to the video hyping the return of Chris Jericho. The points I will be listing are completely obvious and a lot of people must be blind or are simply being arrogant and not even considering giving an in-depth look at the video.

A selection of small simple obvious points I have gathered are as follows and are in no particular order of relevance.

- The video is named "Save_Us" and upon Jericho's 1999 debut he made it clear he was here to "save the WWF".

- The video is focused around mostly numbers, changing and ending with a countdown; Jericho's entrance video contained... numbers in a countdown.

- The video consists of blue colours; Jericho's entrance video consisted of... blue colours.

- The video is based on a computer interface; Jericho's entrance video opening was... based on a computer interface.

- there are many other small obvious points like this but too many to list.

As for people saying it is hyping the return of Big Show, Hulk Hogan, D'Lo Brown, amongst others, they are simply being difficult to interfere with what is factually known.

Since when has Big Show been associated with a computer interfaced, numbered, blue coloured, coded video? Never.

Since when has Hulk Hogan been associated with a computer interfaced, numbered, blue coloured, coded video? Never.

Since when has D'Lo Brown been associated with a computer interfaced, numbered, blue coloured, coded video? Never.

Add on top of that all of the other clues.

As for the theory of it advertising Cyber Sunday, that is an awfully painful theory. It in no way has any relevance to Cyber Sunday, other than the computer interfaced style - a style of this kind which has never been used in any previous Cyber Sunday (and Taboo Tuesday) commercial - not to mention the fact that in every single one there has been voiceover, the event logo, the promotional poster, date and time, matches, and a horribly longer list of things. Additionally, how anyone can even contemplate theorizing it to be a Cyber Sunday ad when "I'm Back" plays in the background is absurd. It pains me to say this because I never thought man could be so dumb but "I'm" refers to a person - in this case a returning superstar. Cyber Sunday, a pay-per-view event is an inanimate object which would be referred to in a case like this as "It's Back" which if used in a PPV ad would be part of the narration for the ad.

As for the "I'mm Baacckk" halfway through the video, the "Y2J" in it and the countdown, they speak for themselves.

Take on board the fact that for months now there has been talk of Jericho returning - and add to that the fact that weeks and weeks ago the month of surprise surprise, October, was mentioned referring to when Jericho would make a comeback if indeed he would.

Additionally, this video, appropriately named "Save_Us" comes just one week, one single week, after a sign appropriately reading "SAVE US Y2J" appears in the crowd on Monday Night Raw.

Coincidence? Likely not.

A random casual genuine fan goes to a Raw event with a sign reading "SAVE US Y2J", then one week later a video airs with "Save_Us" plastered all over it, and Jericho is seemingly magically returning.

News flash: Wouldn't Happen.

If it was the case, we'd be having every fan take a sign to Raw with something written on it, for a week later to have a video package broadcast and a superstar make a flamboyant comeback.

Either: this sign was planted by WWE with the hopes a smartmark would spot it and bring it up when they aired their already produced video promo.
OR, this sign didn't exist, and a smartmark simply stated it to add pepper to the pot.

It is so awfully painful to have to read what some people are saying about this when it is so awfully clear that the video is confirming Jericho's return.

I depise it so much - am I the only intelligent person here? I sincerely hope I am not, otherwise I'm living one stupid dumbass filled world - which sickens me.

Sorry to the people who are stating otherwise but Jericho will be here shortly. Why do you state otherwise? Simple, because you hate to admit that he is.

Thats enough proof for me that the video is about Jericho. If there was any doubt before, it's been erased for me.


Edit: WrestleZone.com just announced that the webmaster of ChrisJericho.com said the @@@ has nothing to do with the video. So, maybe this isnt enough proof, but it still seems a little odd to me.

I still think it's Chris Jericho. I believe the WWE were shocked to see all of the "clues" and decided to make a huge turn with a different superstar that we know is slated for a return, such as Shawn Michaels.

However, I really don't feel that this will be Shawn Michaels. They wouldn't make such a big mystery such as this for a major hype for this return with Shawn Michaels seeing we last seen him not too long ago (a few months ago). This is more for a HUGE name making a return that we haven't seen in quite some time.

It is possible that it is both Chris Jericho and Shawn Micheals, Maybe also other superstars too. If you remember a while ago, USA had asked the WWE for more star power on raw. Putting these videos together for seperate superstarts to ultimatley build the returns of the most popular superstars they could get. Welll.. HBK and Chris Jericho are at the top of most peoples lists. Just a thought but we may just see a third video next week for someone else to keep us guessing. All of these videos in code could be solved at Cyber Sunday , No mercy and just maybe one ppv at a time.

There were a lot of references to a lot of people in both videos.

Jericho, the obvious references have been posted all too many times.

The Rock, there are some of his catch phrases in it and references to him.

Big Show, (Big Show), though that's a stretch

Shawn Michaels, savior_self, Jesus Christ is the savior, save_yourself, that would be converting to Christianity, and Shawn Michaels isn't shy about his religion.

Stone Cold Steve Austin, as posted above.

So really, it could be anyone. I'm sure The Rock isn't coming back, nor Big Show, nor Austin, except for his appearances to "raise hell, leave".

That's not to say that any of them are returning more than the other, just that there's a lot of different people mentioned in there, so I don't know who to think it is. Though, of course, I am still heavily hoping that it's Jericho.

I noticed that when you place your mouse over the links to the videos on wwe.com, if you look toward the bottom of the computer screen you see a bunch of code words where the word "Done" is right now (my computer vocabulary isnt that great). Anyway, if you look at each one, it mentions a series of dates, both cover a week starting with the date the video debuted. I'm going with the theory that this is hyping more than one superstar, so with that in mind, I'm figuring this:

Each week a new video will come out that has relevence to a different superstar that is set to make a big debut/return. I figure this will happen each week until Cyber Sunday, than each of the subliminaly promoted superstars will make an appearence either during the PPV, or on Raw the next day. Some may have a short stint (like Stone Cold to help promote his DVD), while others will become a staple on different rosters.

This is just what I think might happen.

My opinion is it is still going to be Chris Jericho. The video is too Jericho'ish for it not too be. That Matrix type effect and all the countdowns has to be Jericho. I doubt very much Shawn Michaels is suddenly going to change his style/gimmick to tie in with this video.

Anyway, the likelyhood is WWE have heard about all the internet buzz and how majority of the fans have figured out that it is Chris Jericho. So now that fans think they have cracked the code, WWE makes another video with totally new references towards other wrestlers just to keep people guessing. It will be Chris Jericho.

Oh and also, maybe the Shawn Michaels references are tied into the fact that Jericho's hero in wrestling is Shawn Michaels as he revealed in their 2003 feud. Jericho often mentioned how he aspired to be just like HBK when he was starting in the business.

If this is HBK returning I'm going to boo his ass out of the world. I'm so excited to see Jericho returning. I haven't read all the posts so far so sorry if I'm repeating someone but somewhere along the video I saw the words Summerslam_4 or something like that. Anyways the 4th Summerslam that HBK was in was Summerslam 1995 where he fought Razor Ramon in a Ladder match. Which HBK won. In the fourth Summerslam that Y2J wrestled in was Summerslam 2003. It was an elimination chamber match. Both of them were in it but Y2J was in it for the longest amount of time.

Everyone is expecting it, and I know a lot of us will be disappointed. Jericho's return is the one thing that can end my weeks-long WWE strike.

I haven't watched WWE since Orton lost to Cena (Summerslam?), and didn't intend to watch again until Cena lost the title. Then this Jericho speculation happened. I still haven't watched the WWE, but if Jericho comes back, then I'll check it out. Not until he's actually on camera, though.

Jericho was never in any speculation so the Average WWE fan wont be to mad. These videos can go either way, HBK, Chris Jericho. Neither one is going to make an impact in the future. a 42 year old man is going to make an impact in the future? Also a 36 year old man will make an impact when or if he debuts is a good sign but in months when his impact wheres down where to they head? No offense to anybody but Jericho is a short term solution to a long term problem.

I myself love Jericho which i believe he benefit the WWE especially if Cena has a torn pec muscle. So Honestly when i said about the ovation, Edge could come out and get a huge pop, same as Y2J, and Michaels. I was never meant for it to sound like Funaki will come out and the crowd will blow the roof off. I was just meant saying if it was Michaels Edge or Y2J the ovation is going to be unheard of.

I don't think it's HBK for the simple reason that there's no reason to be cryptic about his return. He got hurt. We know the injusry, we know the severity, we know the projected timetable...so we have a reasonable expectation of when to expect him back. I think the 8.2.11 is one of two things. Either it's a Kansas City Shuffle (my vote), or...

The message is 8.2.11:Saviour_Self. Or, "HBK, Save Yourself". Perhaps Jericho is returning as a heel and feuding with HBK and his whole quasi-Christian gimmick. (I'm not saying that he's not Christian, I'm saying it's not "really" his gimmick, just sort of a thing we know about him.)

Bottom line, it makes no sense for it to be HBK. We know he's due back soon. Usually when a superstar returns they show a highlight package with a message saying "So and so returns on this date."

just got back from the uk RAW show, and the (possible) jericho video was played, but it was different and had save_us.229 at certain points, as well as rev.2:25 (or similar, maybe, had had a few beers). Revelations 2:25 says "But that which ye have [already] hold fast till I come."

That's pretty much what I said at another forum. The main reason that this is getting 'old really fast' (which I personally disagree with, fans these days need to be more patient) is that people are setting themselves up for disappointment. WWE hasn't announced anything about any dates, and after last night I think that the people who were talking about being really pissed off that Jericho didn't return just need to stop looking so far into the videos. Expecting Jericho on a certain date is just setting yourself up for disappointment - like you said, he'll return when he returns.

That took alot of work to actually come up with that. I think the guy is smart, a lot of time on his hands but smart.
I don't see the WWE putting all that together like he did just to throw the fans off, or maybe they did. That took some research.
Like I said I'm done trying to solve the mystery and WHOMEVER is coming to "save" the WWE will come when the time is right, but do you think Jericho can even "save" the company and why is Vince promoting that the company needs "saving"? I would think his ego would be too big for that.
