Damn that's a tough question, I would say Helms but since he's not on the list I it really comes down to three guys, Noble, London, and Kendrick, and out of them I would have to say that Noble is the best, he has a more rounded style, he can do technical, and high risk, where with London, and Kendrick you mostly just get alot of high risk, that and London and Kendrick more known for tag action than singles action, bottom line I went with Noble, but if Helms were among the choices I would have picked him

Rey is not a heavyweight. He may be a main-event, but doesn't change the fact he is not a heavyweight.

Which, is important because Rey Mysterio is easily the best Cruiserweight in the WWE right now.

Hey i like Rey and will always think of him as a cruiserweight but the fact is his is not in the crusierweight division right now nor I dont see him ever returning b/c rey said himself that it would be a step back and thats y and never put him in!
