View Full Version : Top ten most TALENTED wrestlers in WWE
Who do you think has the most talent in the WWE right now?
In no particular order...
HBK - One of the best wrestlers of all time, amazing what he could do in his prime, and even now, after taking four years off due to his back.
Triple H - The best all around guy in WWE of the last 5 years. In terms of talent, a bigger guy who can still pace himself in a match and do some great things.
CM Punk - Great moveset and still in the early stages of his career. Nowhere to go but up in terms of ring capabilities.
William Regal - Possibly one of the most talented wrestlers of all time in his prime, and certainly one of the most underrated wrestlers of all time.
Elijah Burke - See CM Punk. Very athletic.
Edge - Arguably #1 on this list.
Kennedy - Could be top of the list after his inevitable high profile feuds with Triple H and eventually Edge.
MVP - Has improved tremendously over the past six months, and is also on his way up this list. Another athletic guy.
Umaga - yeah I just put him on his list. Just because you might dislike his gimmick you can't deny his talent or what he can do in the ring.
Finlay - An odd choice, I know, but he wrestles a slower, more old school style. it's just different, but he's still very talented and fairly athletic. That is proven by his age.
What's your list?

(Note: This thread will be moved to the spam zone if people put any lists in.)
**This list is compiled of people that are currently wrestling in the WWE. (i.e ones that aren't injured.)
1. Edge. No doubt in my mind that he is the most talented wrestler in the WWE right now. It's safe to say that we can class him as a veteran, because he's got experience and a hell of a lot of it. His matches are always entertaining because the crowd is always vocal for him. I think if you watch some of the stuff back in the 2000's, you'll see that he does have a huge moveset, but works awesomely as a face. Don't let this coward crap blind you from seeing just how good a wrestler this guy is.
2. CM Punk. Watch his indy stuff. That's all I can say. This guy is unbelievable, and it's no doubt in my mind that he deserves a high spot on this list. He's fast paced and has a style that every fan will love.
3. King Booker. Don't doubt this guy's ability for one second. He's got all the talent in the world (especially when compared with other guys around him) and I loved him when he was a face because he could put on a lot of great, 15 minute matches, and is always one to entertain. I just wish he'd drop the King gimmick though, because that seems to have hindered his abilities a little, but he still gets #3 in my eyes, because he's experienced.
4. William Regal. No one should take this guy lightly or underestimate him, because he is a great technical worker, even on a bad day. Yes, his body is wearing out on him, but his talent in comparison with his age and injury-prone body, is very good. Again, look at some of the stuff he's done many years ago (in WCW especially, as David Regal.)
5. Randy Orton. This guy is brilliant in the ring, and while he can be sloppy at times, his great matches outweigh his crap ones. He is a great heel as well, so that adds to his all-round talent.
6. MVP. He has improved DRAMATICALLY since he came in, in my eyes. I didn't hold much hope for him, but he proved me wrong and is the standout in the midcard division. He has a growing moveset, and seems to put on entertaining matches every week. Hell, he even took it up to guys like Benoit.
7. Elijah Burke. A great young talent that is really making waves with the IWC. He has a great style of wrestling and is only going to get better.
8. Johnny Nitro. Say what you will, but this guy is young, and is improving. We just haven't seen enough of him yet, but he had a great tag team run and was decent in the ring. He just needs to develop his moveset, but there's no denying that he has had a few entertaining matches.
9. Umaga. Yes, like Prax, I am forced to put this guy in. But I think his abilities can be underrated at times, as he has put on more than a few entertaining matches that we don't give him credit for, and is great for his size when you think about it.
10. Carlito. I'm not sold on this guy at all, but in amongst his snore-fests of matches that he puts on, there are a few ones that stand out as being somewhat decent. He can work the mic, so that does add to his talent. And when you compare him with other mid card 'talent', he's clearly the better. He has got a decent moveset, but he damn sure needs to improve and bring back the entertainment he used to have.
Tag Teams
(I'll rank all the tag teams in order of ability.)
1. The World's Greatest Tag Team. Haas and Benjamin (in particular, the latter) can't be forgotten. They are a great technical team and deserve this number one spot, because I think their abilities eclipse any other tag team in the WWE right now. There's especially no denying Benjamin's amazing talent, and we need more of this team.
2. London and Kendrick. I don't really see much of the fuss in this team. Yes, they are fast paced, but they aren't as fast as they used to be. Being able to perform quickly doesn't count for much, but they do back it up by having a very entertaining style, so they are second because of that. They have molded well as a tag team as well, so that's another point for them. I will give them the fact that they are the best cruiserweights in the WWE right now as well, so the tag team makes sense.
3. Cade & Murdoch. These are old-school guys that I just can't help but like. They look to be a young, talented team, and should be right in the mix in this list.
4. The Hardys. Much better as a tag team than they both are at singles wrestling, that's for sure. But every Hardy tag match just seems to be a duplicate of the last, and I do think they are overrated. They are over, so they get 4 on my list.
5. Deuce and Domino. Young, and green, but that's the way the tag division is these days. They are developing and impressing me occasonally though, and I think because they are improving, they get to be #5.
6. The Majors. These guys are young but in the matches I have seen them in, they are impressive. Look out for them on SmackDown because I think a push is coming for them.
7. Cryme Tyme. We are into the dregs now I think. These guys have not had one shred of improvement (and even talent) since they came into the WWE. Their gimmick has also gotten really lame already. They have maybe had 1 or 2 good matches, but I can't recall many.
8. Lastly, the Highlanders. They aren't all that bad, but I just find them incessantly boring. They are the resident jobbers on Heat, and that's because a. no one likes them, and b. they don't have talent.

10. Edge - He's a good in ring technician but the Character development as a heel is kind of boring. They should make him a face as he plays that better.
9. Shelton Benjamin - An excellent wrestler but falls flat on mic skills.
8. Paul London - Another good ring technician but needs to slow down his matches and tell a good story.
7. John Cena - An all around good performer but could use a personality enhancement like be more agressive and assertive when building up matches.
6. Ric Flair - The man is a legend! But over the last couple of years has been demoted to jobber for younger talent and his in ring has gotten a tad shoddy because of it.
5. Ken Kennedy - This man has proved he deserves to be in my top 5 but at the bottom because he has a tendency to get hurt when they start giving him a push. He's a excellent technician and is one of the few newer superstars to get a decent gimmick.
4. Randy Orton - The man is built on athleticism. He moves flawlessly and precise Overall a very smooth in ring performer. A true talent that has recently been under a microscope for his backstage behavior. Once he gets that in check. The world is his.
3. Shawn Michaels - Who knew that he could return after 4 years away and go straight to the top tier again? I am just in awe of this man's choice to stand up for what he believes in personally in a company where corruption and deception run rampant and still retain his top spot.
2. Triple H - This guy is the epitome of what a sports entertainment figure should be. Excellent in the ring and on the mic. Only one does it better.....
1. Undertaker - He isn't called the phenom for nothing! Mark could play any character given to him. He is the best both in the ring and out.
Honorable Mention
Shane McMahon - This guy is as extreme as you can get and I personally would like to see a TLC match between him and Jeff Hardy.

1. Edge- he is the best wrestler in the WWE these days and his spear is killer and he can make you hate him beyond repair, which a good heel does
2. RKO - has one of the best finishers in teh WWE right now and is the best heel on smackdown
3. MVP - i think i mighta been the only one who liked him when he first came in, and his recent improvment has really made him move up on this list
4. Trips - Hands down good finisher and an excelent heel and face
5. Cena - i kno im going to catch a lot of crap for this one but come on he has to get some love people, his entrance gets you pumped and he is the most popular guy out there
6. Bobby Lashley - anyone that says this guy cant wrestle just doestn like power moves, becuase he maybe cant wrestle finaly style or regal style but lashley does the power moves flawlessly, and the crowd pops for him
7 and 8 tie: Finaly and Regal - for the same reason somtimes you love to see the old school slow it down technical wrestling
9 and 10: CM Punk and Burk - Because somtimes you dont want to see the old farts going slow in the ring and you want to see the new face of wrestling, imo these guys have the new move set, in 15 years everyone will copy these two.

No order.
Edge He's great in the ring and the mic, he can get alot of heat during promos, he's just an all around good wrestler. He's one of the best in the ring right now.
Triple H He's a great heel. He is an amazing wrestler and has been great for awhile now. One of the best around today.
Kennedy He's improved so much since coming in. He's really getting better in the ring and is arguably the best on the mic in WWE today.
MVP He's also really improved. His in ring skills have just soared since coming into the WWE. He's still getting better to. At first I didn't think he'd be that much but now I really think he'll be big.
HBK He's always been good. He's one of the best of all time and can still wrestle really good. Just a great wrestler.
Randy Orton He's amazing in the ring. He's also a great heel which really helps him. He's just a really great wrestler and always seems to have good matches.
Booker T He's a great wrestler. He's great in the ring and has amazing mic skills. I really don't like his King gimmick but he still is great.
William Regal Underrated. He's a great technical wrestler. He puts on good matches all the time. I really think he should be a main eventer. He's always impressed me.
Elijah Burke He's been really good since he came into WWE. I've really been impressed with his in ring skills and he will improve even more.
CM Punk He's also been great since coming in WWE. He was great doing indy stuff to. He has a great moveset and like Burke, will continue to get better and be something big in WWE.

Ok I do agree with most of this list, except Randy Orton. For 1, he is RAW, not SMACKDOWN. 2 I don't think he has a great finisher. Yes, it can look very effective when done properly, but i have seen several botched RKOs in the past where he still gets the pinfall victory. He either needs to do the move right, or get a different finisher

I don't think he botches the RKO. To me it looks like the person who is recieving it sells it terribly. For an ex. Ric Flair
1.Edge - It would't suprise me one bit if edge has atleast 7 world title reigns when his career is over
2.Randy Orton - If it wasn't for his behavior outside of the ring, he could be a 3 Time world heavyweight champion right now instead of Boretista.
3.Carlito - For as big as he is, he can pull off some very impressive high flying moves. I seem him being the IC champion with in the next couple of months.
4. MVP - Even though his ring attire looks like gay under armor, this guy is getting better in the ring and is getting more popular every week.
5.Shelton Benjamin - I would put him infront from Carlito and MVP but I've seen him botched a few moves every so often, but other than that, he is one of the best in the ring right now. If he can improve his mic skills than I see a push coming in the future.
6.Triple H - He is so old school but yet he is so good. The best spine buster in the wwe.
7.Finlay - see triple H
8. CM Punk - He has an incredible moveset and I'm not ashamed to say that he is going to be the one carrying ECW very soon.
9. Shawn Micheals - Even though you can tell he is past his prime, he can still put on very good matches.
10. Mr Kennedy - This guy has the whole package. He has undeniable mic skills and knows how to entertain the crowd. The reason why he is isn't higher on my list is because he has been injury proned as of late.

1.Shawn Michaels- Well first off this guy is my hero.He just blew all tag teams away with the Rockers showing more high risk tag team moves. In his prime no one could beat this guy.He just kept going. He made some of the most memorable matches and despite his bullshit politicking he gave us great title reigns. This guy is way past his prime and just consistantly gives a good performance. He is amazing on the mic and cuts great promos. He is definetly the best.
2.Edge-I never saw this guy going far in the business but I always like him.But I was proved wrong. He has given us amazing matches and is the best heel in the WWE today. He is great on the mic and the ring.
3.Triple H-For a guy his size he is an amazing wrestler and his given us some great rivalries and great matches. He is also great in the ring despite some of his bullshit backstage.
4.MVP-This guy in the past 8 months has amazed me with how much in-ring knowledge he has garnered and the matches he has put on.Amazing talent.
5.CM Punk-He is an amazing athlete and is a great wrestler. He will one day reach the top without a doubt.
6.Umaga-I agree with Prax. His gimmick may be dumb but for a guy this size his speed and agility amazes me.Definetly deserves some attention.
7.Randy Orton-A third generation superstar and he can wrestle. He has showed some good matches and is a great heel and he can reach the top once again if he would stop fucking up outside the ring.
8.Mr.Kennedy-He has showed that he belongs in the spotlight. His mic skills are above anyone elses and has in ring talent. He is definetly the next big thing.
9.William Regal-He is the best or one of the best pure wrestlers in the WWE as of today.Given us some good matches.
10.Booker T-He has been in the business a while and has accumulated 30+ titles.Amazing in ring skills and is just great.
Undertaker should be in here but I decided to put these ten instead.
Talented...in the ring or overall(mic skills, charisma, ring skills)?? maybe you want to adjust the term Prax. :)
Maybe i'm wrong, but i noticed that some people went for some of their
FAVORITES wrestlers on the lists, so i would try to stay impartial on mine.
Also, with no particular order...
-Booker: If you think in some of the most dominant wrestlers of the late years of WCW, Booker T comes into my mind at first, 5 times WCW champ, WHC champ, he is in amazing shape and his move set is one of the most athletic for guys of his size. Mic skills? Pffftt, not anybody can come up with two different gimicks and get the top spot.
-Randy Orton: Great performer, no matter if is just a silly angle (the guy can be funny sometimes!!) or a great match, Orton is simply one of the best talents right now. He has the body, the skills, and he was WHC once. Great resume, great future. The next Triple H in terms of tweeners IMO...
-Edge: World Heavyweight Champion means anything?? He is way O.V.E.R. with the crowd (sometimes its louder than Cena, FACT) and The "Rated R" product is changing the way wrestling is seen Woldwide; not always the good guys are the best,(Sorry Dead-Air Dave :) ) He is NOT a good guy, he is the TOP heel on WWE and he is the WH CHAMP, Period.
-Shawn Michaels: What can i say about him.. Mr. Wrestlemania, The Showstopper...The nicknames aren't for nothing. I cant remember another Wrestler with SO many classic matches in his back. Just a VERY talented guy can do that.
-Triple H: He is THE GAME. Enough said. Want more? He doesn't need to win 3 fucking Wrestlemania Matches in a row to be on the Top of the Food chain. Hell, he could have 2 John Cenas for breakfast and win another World Title before noon. Yes, he's that good.
-LonDrick(Paul London & Brian Kendrick)ok, I had to put these two in one spot, because they deserve it. The fact that they dont talk AT ALL(Ashely was in charge of that...) and both are kind of midgets in the eyes of Vince, doesnt change that they were WWE champs for almost a year. Brilliant execution of spots, they dont need to pace down the matches(that would kill them..). Shawn Michaels must be damn proud.
-Mickie James: WHAT!!?? Yeah, and I hope Echelon could read this, he couldn't be more agreed. Ok, Candice is the champ now (not so talented, HOT, but no so talented...)and if you see the division, who else could give a good solid match?? Torrie? Michelle McCool? wrong, wrong... Altough Melina is a fair performer, she is not as intense as Mickie on the ring. I'm totally agree to see Maria, Marysse, and even Extreme SEXpose from time to time, but if i want to see a good womens match, i would look for a Mickie james one. I heard Jillian is well trained, but he is a total bitch and frankly, her matches
are boring as hell, doesnt matter if she is a heel and have to lose everytime, are still boring. And Victoria is good, but Mickie is better, and hotter!LOL! :D
-Mr. Kennedy: JBL said it well: He is the fastest Rising Superstar in the biz, considered by many as the next Stone Cold or the next Rock, and im sure he will be great,(dont know how great though) but RIGHT NOW, he has everything he need: Good ring skills, maybe he needs a new finisher (see: "Who needs a new finisher" Thread) but as somebody post it before, I enjoy to watch Mr. Kennedy, EVEN if he is injured, the man is a people magnet, he has a charisma the size of his mouth, and he got lucky last year, when creative decided to book him against Undertaker, for me, that was the defining moment of Kennedy's rise to stardom.
-Jonny Nitro: I dont care if he was a jabroni last month, Nitro has an extensive history of good matches as a member of MNM and in singles as IC champ. His feud with Jeff Hardy was one of the best of the second half of 2006 IMO. He got stucked for a little jobbing to Cena for a few matches, then he was sent to HEAT, but i saw that as a result of his relationship with Melina. Now, with her out of the picture, he can focus on his belt, and nothing else. Great finisher he has, a Spinning Neckbreaker, dont know the official name. Nitro fans: expect good things from him!!
The Undertaker: Ahh, the good ol' Deadman, Undertaker is like the wines: He get better through the ages, i mean: Who else with 40+ (he's 42) can do a Old School without looking ridiculous? LOL! not, seriously, The undertaker is by far, the biggest star on the history of the WWE, more than the fucking Rock and more than Austin; nobody and mark my words: NOBODY is going to have a 15-0 Wrestlemania record (could be 16-0 if he wants) even that monkey shit of Cena who needs some big stars to put him over (Last 3 WM anyone?)
The Undertaker is the most talented big guy who ever stepped a ring in the WWE/F history, and his backstage leadership can speak for that, nobody is as respected as him, why? Talented GREAT wrestlers doesnt need fluke movies :D to be a the top of the company. He Is like Triple H, but lucky for taker, he got in first.
honorific Mentions: CM Punk(Future WWE champ), Umaga(i wonder if he can make it without the Gimmick), Finlay and Elijah Burke (future WHC) IMO.
11. Gregory Helms - I added 11 people since hes on the injured list for a while. Ever see those old WcW matches with billy kidman and the sort. He can wrestle and possibly save the WWE cruiserweight division.
10. Charlie Hass - They hold him back to much, should be a singles
competitor on smackdown in the US title hunt
9. Carlito - highly talented, but also lazy as sin, he needs to get into gear if he dont want to wind up unemployed
8. Kane - takes spots well, sells like a pro, he just needs to grow his hair back
7. Kevin Thorn - he will be a main eventer since hes so big, but he carries himself well despite wrestling smaller guys.
6. Finlay - look for tapes from the 80s, you'll see why he should get more TV time (he would embarass anyone on that roster in a real wrestling match or a fist fight)
5. William Regal - See Finlay
4. Mr Kennedy - no one, aside from the older guys like HBK and HHH, have mic skills and wrestling skills. plus hes a bleeder
3. Mickey James - thats right a girl, that could prob out wrestle batista and john cena at the same time, plus shes hot which never hurts
2. CM Punk - hes the new RVD, he'll be over till the end of time
1. London and Kendrick - reference Ring of Honor, WWE dosent let them do ANYTHING they used to.

Narrowing this list down to 10 was difficult because there are around 15 guys that are extremely talented. You also have to keep in my that these guys are not allowed to utilize their entire moveset, so judging soley on WWE performance is impossible.
Here are my picks in no particular order.
CM Punk - Incredible athlete who uses unique moves; amazing intensity
Mr. Kennedy - Charisma, charsima, charisma. He is absolutely amazing on the mic and is very sound in the ring. Has the in ring psychology of old school heels like Jake Roberts and Raven.
Edge - One of the best heels in any promotion. Period. He is the total package.
Shelton Benjamin - It is a sin that he is being held back as much as he is. Probably the best pure athlete in the WWE.
London & Kendrick - Not your typical WWE stars. Small and quick and unbelievably talented. These guys are in desperate need of competition on their level. A Londrick vs. WGTT fued, please?
MVP - He gets better and better every week. It is obvious he is a student of the business as he comes away with something new from every match.
Jeff Hardy - Not the spot monkey some of you guys make him out to be. This guy is as extreme as you get in the WWE. Innovative and highly entertaining. One of the few guys that will ALWAYS keep my attention for an entire match.
Johnny Nitro - Finally Nitro gets a test run in the main event scene. I think he will come out just fine. Athletic as hell and has showed some innovative moves over the past few months.
Ball Mahoney - Yep. You read that correctly. It is a damn shame that the WWE has turned him into nothing but a jobber. His passion for the business is unmatched (who else gets excited about going thru a flaming table?). Balls has put on 45 matches with RVD and did not disappoint. He actually has a very large moveset- reference his ECW stuff.
Randy Orton - If anyone was born to be a wrestler, it's this guy. He has the in ring ability, the looks, mic skills- you name it, he's got it.
Injuries have sidelined Gregory Helms, Shawn Michaels, HHH and Rey Mysterio but these guys are ultra talented as well.

William Regal: Obviously he's not half the wrestler he used to be. But he can still go. He frequently has decent matches. It's just a shame that most WWE fans shit on them.
Val Venis: Which wrestler is the one who has to wrestle all the worthless greenhorns on the road?
C.M. Punk: He hasn't had any of his ROH quality matches in WWE. Thna again he probably never will. But even with an adapted style he's better than most.
Shawn Michaels: He has great matches even though his knees have been fucked for the best part of a year. Pretty much all of his matches of the year so far have been good.
John Cena: Maybe his wrestling suffers because of his schedule. I admire somebody who promotes WWE as much as he does and then wrestles as much as he does. He's nowhere near a great wrestler but he could be if he had more time to learn.
Edge: WWE's best all rounder.
Jamie Noble: WWE have the greatest wrestler going on there roster. And they dont even know it.
WGTT: Both great wrestlers. I personally think Haas is better. But if any make it (I dont think either will) it will be Benjamin.
Umaga: A talented big man. Despite the outdated gimmick and comedy manager. Give this guy a feud that's about him and not about billionaires or Cena. And see what he can do.

1. Edge: Without question, the single best wrestler on the roster today. In ten years, people are going to be talking about this guy like they talk about HBK today. His mic Skills are by far the best in the company, his moveset is insanely big. It's the piss poor booking of top heels in the WWE that limits this guy today, but despite this, he is still the best.
2. Finlay: I love old timers that are willing to stretch young guys. Finlay has done a damn good job the last two MITB matches. I'm hoping for an ECW run, and really hope he brings the most out in the young guys.
3. CM Punk: God, the matches in ROH are amazing. His move set has been very limited, but still he manages to shine. He is unbelievable in the ring, and he is super over.
4. Elijah Burke: I can't say enough good things about this guy. The martial arts background has worked wonders for his wrestling ability. He's pretty damn solid on the stick too, a lost art today in the WWE.
5. Carlito: His attitude is questionable, his desire is questionable, but there is no doubt in my mind, if he gets his shit straight, he is going to be a top player for years to come.
6. Randy Orton: Another one of these guys that feels since he is multiple generation, he should be on the top. Orton is in serious need of an attitude adjustment, and hopefully he has done this. This guy was white hot when he was with Evolution, but the WWE changed his character, and he changed his attitude.
7. Shelton Benjamin: The dumbest quote I've ever read by the WWE, well at least this year. They are afraid to push Benjamin, because he has so much talent, it doesn't look like he is trying. WTF??? So because a guy looks like he is half assing it, yet he looks better then 90% of the roster half-assing it, you're going to hold him back???
8. William Regal: My god, the matches this guy has done in his career. The man is so damn good in the ring it is scary. I could watch 10 hours of Regal matches and not get bored.
9. Umaga: I'm opening up to the big slug. I realized that his matches with Cena were just horrible, and I shouldn't blame Umaga for this. He moves really good for a big guy. I really enjoyed him more as Jamal though. I hope they drop the gimmick, and we'll see how well he does then.
10. MVP: Is there anyone that has a higher stock right now in the WWE. Chris Benoit's last gift to wrestling was bringing the best in MVP out. The Feud with Benoit really brought out all of that potential in MVP, and he's continued going with it in his feud with Flair. The Playmaker is just sick, the only thing left, drop the power ranger outfit.

1. Edge- I really believe that his mic skills plus in ring ability plus over-ness with the crowd is above and beyond anyone else in the industry as a total package. The man is a former 12 time tag team champion, 3 time world, 5 time intercontinental, and king of the ring, and money in the bank. He can hold the company as the number one guy on his brand without question.
2. Triple H- Hes going to go down as one of the best wrestlers of all time, probably top 3. His in ring skills have gotten rustier than they used to be, but that comes with age, and hes still able to tell a story in the ring almost as well, if not better, than the famed bret hart for that. 10 time world champ... hes the safety net to give the title to and know ppl will accept it.
3. Undertaker- In better shape and has more of a move selection now than he ever has.. he worked his ass off for this last run for the title, unfortunately it got cut short... but he was just as primed to be the number one guy as ive ever seen.
4. Mr. Kennedy- Now putting him at 4 may be pushing the limit, but the fact is, he came out two weeks a go and cut one of the best promos ive ever seen, and has the ability to turn the crowd 180 degrees when he feels the need. his feud with Taker was prolly the best of 06, and he was pretty much a rookie.
5. Shelton Benjamin- another questionable spot but i cant help but to watch his matches and think about how great he is at telling a story in the ring. His mannerisms, and move set, is pretty unmatches... as is his athletisicm... i believe that if WWE plays him the right way, he doesnt need good mic skills cause hes that good in the ring.
6. Umaga- He carried Cena through their last man standing match by taking all the big hits... hes so fast and high flying for a big ass dude... im all about him.
7. Johnny nitro- SO glad hes the ecw champion... i was upset they were gonna blow it with him cause man,m the guy knows what hes doing, im not too sure bout his mic skills yet, but his interviews on the website r funny and his gimmick is cool as hell.
8. MVP- the man looks good recently, cant believe kane beat him on smackdown this week, but he can wrestle, he can talk, and hes very believfable as the US champ.
9. Shawn Michaels- still has the ability to put on a good match when absolutely needed... but damn has he lost a lot... his promos suck, his edge is gone... and he has gone WAY overboard with the flair chops. Hes old, what can u do... but if ur in ring skills diminish with age... at least try to add some new game to the mic skills.
10. Im gonna agree with the rest of the board and put Punk and Burke at a tie.... they r learning the game together and u can tell they will both one day be the top guys in the WWE... theres a lot of potential forming now... and i cant wait to see
Looking at the roster getting a top 10 is kinda easy then again it is not. So heres my top in no order expect for number 1.
Edge-Here we have guy that is taking the wrestling world by hold and doing what he wants. his mic skills are way beyond what most in the WWE. He can pull a decent match anytime he is in the ring and his last two encounters with Batista he pulled a halfway match with him. The king of gimmick matches and he will go down as a great one that i being held back by the way WWE sees its heels.
Randy Orton-Here is guy that if he gets his act straight he can be one of the all-time greats. He has ok mic skills and he can work in the ring. He has the skills to be great if he gets his act together on a full time status.
MVP-This guy has been on a roll ever since he was taken under by Benoit. He has improved so much since his arrivial and he is begiining to work a mick quite well. In a few years we will see MVP as a World Champion
Finley- Those old time vets that can work a match blindfolded and tell a story. Enough said Finley great beyond words
CM Punk-This guy is really coming into his own though nothing will compare to his ROH days but he is still something special in WWE way of wrestling. A guy that will the face of WWE for years to come.
William Regal-Just look a Finley. Though he is older still a great wrestler.
Shelton Benjamin-Its a damn shame how WWE treats this guy. If anyone could use a great mouth peice its Benjamin. He has all the skill to be great and damn shame they have him tagging again.
Mr. Kennedy-Only fall back on this guy is that he is injury prone but beyond that he has great mic skill and can work a decent match. He is a furture world champion just like MVP.
Umaga-Here is a guy that did some halfway decent matchs with Cena and still did good work. The gimmick is the thing that helps him but you can hold back that he can work well in the ring for a guy his size.
Shawn Michaels-Even as old as HBK is he has put on quailty match after quailty match. Its a shame that a some young guys dont have the passion he does.

**Edited to keep up to date**
10. Triple H - Overrated IMO, he can't have a good match without a gimmick. He's far from the badass Triple H of 2000, but, he's still good enough to be in the top 10.
9. Batista - Highly underrated worker, consistently has solid matches, and improving on the mic.
8. Jeff Hardy - Has improved so much over the past 2 years. He finally knows how to work a match that isn't a spotfest.
7. Undertaker - Can still go with the best of them. He seems to be timeless.
6. MVP - Has the potential to be very good, and has some of the best mic skills around. He’s going to be one of the major players for the next 5 years or so.
5. Mickie James - Best women's wrestler by a mile. She's the most talented, most over, and most attractive.
4. Randy Orton - Plays the arrogant/cowardly heel very well, always good in the ring and solid on the mic.
3. Edge - Similar to Orton, however has better mic skills and is more charismatic.
2. Shawn Michaels - This guy can still out-perform most of the roster, when he wants to.
1. John Cena - The most underrated wrester in all of professional wrestling. I just don't understand the hate for this guy. He consistently puts on good matches, he's very good on the mic, he oozes charisma, he knows how to work a crowd, and he's undeniably the best draw in the WWE today. He will be carrying the WWE on his back for the next 10 years.

10. PAUL LONDON Say what you want about his attitude but his matches are the most entertaining matches i've seen in a while. He can do some amazing stuff in the ring.
9. GREGORY HELMS This guy could be one of the best in the buissness. He can do some technical stuff as well some nice spots. He has been in the buisness long enough at least to be a US/INC Champ.
8. KEVIN THORN He reminds me of a young Undertaker. He is a "dark" kind of character. If the Ministry would come back this guy would be a main eventer in a couple years. If he can get over with the fans and find a new finisher then he could be GRRRREAT!
7. BOBBY LASHLEY This guy really impresses me. He is so into his matches and is over with the fans. I would hope to see John Cena fued with him (both as faces for a while then Cena turns heel ( kinda like Cena vs HBK). I love the spear that he does.
6.HBK Just a pure legend. He puts the best matches he possibly could. He can do awesome spots too (Wrestlemania 20). He also can put people over better than just about any one in the WWE.
5.JEFF HARDY He puts it all on the line in every match he is in. Possibly the best "spot" wrestler in the WWE. He has most every fan on his side and if he could improve on his mic skills he could be at the top of the buissness.
4.EDGE He has improved the most out of anyone in the WWE over the last 5 years. I remember when he first debut and then a while later went with the Ministry, he was dominant when with them. I loved his Missle Dropkick!!!
3. KANE He can also put people over very well. He takes bumps very well. He can move for a big guy also ( I saw him do a Drop Kick in Wrestlemainia 22) He can also scare the s*** out of you.
2. UNDERTAKER His gimmick is the best ever. No one can put the fear of god into like the Undertaker. Everyone adores him and he is a no doubt sure fire HALL OF FAMER!!!! I dread the day he retires......
1. TRIPLE H Undertaker said it himself " The best in the buissness" and he is. He was is/was the best heel ever. I remember I hated him so much but RESPECTED him. No one can top his talent....................................

1. HBK. He is the best damn wrestler the cokmpany has ever seen and he can put on a great wrestling match whenever he wants. He is definantly past hes prime but is still one of the best superstars at the moment and should have beaten Cena for the title at WM because CENAS GAY!!
2.HHH. Great wrestler, great on the mich, great face and a great heel, HHH is all-round a great wrestler and is definantly 1 of WWES top guys.
3 & 4. Jeff Hardy & R.V.D- both good high-flyers can be Hardcore when they need 2 and can put on some great fast paced, action-packed matches.
5. CM Punk. A truckin awesome techinical wrestler with a big finisher (GTS) is already 1 of ECW's top guys and i belive will win the ECW title in the next couple of months.
6. Bobby Lashley. 1 of the biggest & strongest dudes in the WWE and could be on top of the WWE easily if he got a bit better on the mic.
7. The Undertaker. Can do any Gimmick he is asked to and for his age he is 1 damn fine wrestler.
8. Edge. Even though i dont like the guy he is a great competetor, a good heel & face.............would like to see him face again.
9. Johnny Nitro. Killer finisher. Took him 1 night to become ECW's top guy, can definantly see him goin places.
10. Paul London & Brian Kendrik. 2 awesome high flyers, should have more tag team matches on Raw and should beat Lance Cade & Trevor Murdoch for the tag team titlez
P.S JOHN CENA IS GAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and Trevor Murdoch shouldnt be in the WWE hes shit.

I am seriously about to vomit all over myself that people find a Lashley match to be anything other then the absolute biggest fucking waste of time on the planet. I'd rather take a crap, or maybe play in oncoming traffic. Thats how terrible his matches are.
Here are my ten...
10: Paul London & Brian Kendrick - It's hard for me to rate one over the other because of how much I enjoy both of them, I've watched both of them from their early ROH days when we had the glorious Spanky to there latest reign with the titles. Two fantastic young athletes who can put on a good match at any given situation, at any time, in any environment. Their matches with Deuce & Domino really made me appreciate D & D more then I had previously. Two great wrestlers that honestly could be great in a mid-card division like IC or US title, however due to their size they'll probably stay in the Tag & Cruiserweight divisions.
9: M.V.P. - Another extremely talented young guy who really has a thirst and hunger for this business, not many wrestlers these days are willing to sit down and watch old tapes of the greats to learn from them. I can sense a bit of Ricky Steamboat in him, weird I know, but its there for some reason. Shocky said it perfectly for words, Chris Benoit's last gift to the world was the way he helped establish MVP as a main event wrestler. Its something I'll always remember, that atleast Benoit went out on top in terms of his wrestling matches, as his series with MVP was one of the sole reasons I would buy a WWE PPV, knowing that at the very least I'd get a good 10 to 20 minutes of great wrestling with these two. I have to disagree on the Playmaker though, gotta be the stupidest looking move in wrestling today and makes MVP just look weak.
8: Colt Cabana - Okay, not technically on the official WWE roster yet, but he will be soon since he was picked up and placed in OVW not long ago. Don't be surprised when he shows up on ECW in a few monthes. Fantastic wrestler who has put on his share of classic matches in a very short time. The hour long farewell match with CM Punk was like a smark's wet dream come true. And people...the music...is the shit.
7: Shawn Michaels - He has lost his touch in the last year unfortunately, but if this were 2005 I'd give him top honors. HBK overall however, IMO, is the greatest wrestler to ever enter a ring. No one has entertained me more, dropped my jaw, made me laugh, or get pissed off more then HBK. The man has a catalog of classic matches that rivals a hardcore Fanboys wrestling tape collection. If it wasn't for HBK, you can be sure that WCW would most likely have won the war. Shame he's a bit broken down these days, but wait til he returns from surgery, you never know with HBK, he can be on and off at the drop of a hat really.
6: Mr. Kennedy - I don't place Kennedy as high as others, but I still love him. I think he's a bit overrated in the ring by alot of people, but his mic skills are agreed, fabulous. Not to say he's bad in the ring, he's very good actually, but he's not a godsend like some people make him out to be. He's still fantastic though, and has burst into the main event scene in a fast way yet still a bit slow to build him up and assure that he wouldn't pull a Brock Lesnar. Fantastic wrestler.
5: Shelton Benjmain - Amazing. All I can truly say about this man. Fucking astounding. The best overall in ring wrestler to grace a WWE ring since HBK & Bret Hart debuted. I mean that 100% people. He's not exactly dynamite on the mic (neither was Bret or Benoit for that matter) but if he were in the main event scene, he'd do excellently. I mean, I honestly can't remember a bad match from this man or some time where I thought "He's not giving me 100% out there..". He's been absolutely buried by the WWE, but damnit if they would stop using WGTT as glorified jobbers, we could really get some gold out of this man.
4: CM Punk - The only reason he's above Shelton is because he has had more experience as a main event wrestler and has put on probably just as many great matches as Shelton has. His time in ROH was just astounding really, and he is one of the most over guys I've ever seen, proving my longtime feeling that if you had a punk rock gimmick, you'd be over instantly because of fan's equating it to that rebellious feeling like Austin had. No, Shannon Moore was not a punk gimmick. It was a very sad emo gimmick. Anyways, Punk is great, I've really digged his matches with Burke, and he's a main eventer for sure in the future.
3: Matt Hardy - This will probably piss off my fellow smarks, but Matt Hardy is fucking fantastic people. I don't understand how you can't love this man. I always respected him and thought of him as very good upper mid card status, until this year. 2006 has really been quite a year for Matt Hardy, his push on Smackdown has resulted in probably 5 fantastic matches. He's totally impressed me on Smackdown, and I think a run in the WHC title scene is deserved here.
2: Edge - I love Edge. I always have, since the first day he stepped into a WWF ring in 1998 with the Brood to his golden promos with Lita to his amazing matches, he's without a doubt a future Hall of Famer. The best part is, he's still very young and in the prime of his career and has quite a while left out there. He's going to be on top for YEARS to come. Amazing wrestler who is vastly underrated in regular matches. He's not just a good hardcore wrestler people. Remember his series of matches with Christian back in the fall of 2001? Amazing. That's what made me first notice Christian as being a top notch talent(honestly I was rooting for him as well probably just to piss off my huge Edgehead friend) but part of that IMO is because of Edge. He's the best thing on the mic these days with Kennedy very close, what else can I say?
1: Triple H - How can you not go with this man? I was never on the IWC back in his ridiculious title reigns in 2002-2005 but I've seen all of that period of his stuff, so I can't understand it when people say Triple H was hated on as much as Cena is these days. How can you hate on a legend like Hunter? How many 5 star classics has this man provided us with? In my opinion, the greatest heel in the history of the wrestling business. I used to be a huge Triple H mark back in the attitude era, but when he turned and started feuding with Rocky and Foley again, what could I say? The year of 2000 was the greatest heel performance of all time from Triple H, this man is just fabulous. He's not as good as he was back in the late 90s and early 00's, but he's still dynamite in the ring and easily deserves top spots here.
XFear, great list. I would just like to point out that all of the wrestlers XFear gave us, HHH is the biggest one stature-wise. No guys really over 6'5 or 280 lbs. No massive guys. No Undertakers, Kanes, Masters, Khalis, Umagas, etc.
The greatest lesson WWE can take from this, as well as classic guys like Flair, HBK, and Hart is to stop with the focus on the huge, roided-out bodybuilders, and actually push and focus on guys like Hardy, Benjamin, Punk, Nitro, etc. Need more proof, look at the longevity.

Definately prefer the smaller ones, though thats not to say at all that I don't like big men, I wanted to put Undertaker on there, but aside from his feud with Kennedy and his WM match, he really hasn't been exciting in years now IMO. After the novelty and nostalgia of him returning to old-school Taker wore off, it just got kinda boring. Kane is another guy who used to be great...until they took his mask off and he forever ceased being Kane. Since then, he has been...well crap. Utter crap, at all times, on high. But I tell you about big men, if Vader were in the WWE right now he'd be up in that last, same if a guy like Bam Bam wasn't dead.
And I love your sig dude, why is it that I don't see Henry Rollins and Lance Storm in the same place at the same time? Black Flag and Canadian wrestling go hand in hand...right?
ok what really gets me mad is this. ive been reading some of these and alot of people put shelton benjamin and they all say the same thing "hes not getting a real push because of terrible mic skills" this is true but unfair. all i have to say is LOOK AT BOBBY LASHLEY!!!!! a guy who cant wrestle outta a paper bag and shelton benjamin can put on a 5 star match drunk and blindfolded
as for my top 10
1. edgethis guy has it all. mic skills, talent, charisma, the look, great finisher. he is the best in the wwe right now.
2. hbk the guy made cena look good..dats enough to impress me. hes sooooo far past his prime, what is he like 41? he still puts on a great match no matter what. i love this guy.
3. triple h its all about the game ladies and gentlemen. triple h 10 time world champ, great face and heel, top 5 in mic skills, top 3 in in ring ability, hall of famer, what else do u want?
4. Elijah Burke god i love this guy. his mma and boxing are really paying off in his wwe career. his elijah express isnt dat great but when used correctly, one of my favorite finishers. just look wen he put sabu through that table around wrestlemania time. he has a crap load of potential
5. CM Punk any of u guyz watch that extremely incredible wrestling that people call ring of honor??? if u dnt just look up cm punk roh, greatest wrestling that youll ever see, tremendous upside to the straight edge superstar
6 AND 7. Regal and Finlay I love these guys. The european vets know how to work in that ring. When you want wrestlers to tell you a story in the ring, watch these guys in the ring. they know how to beat people up and thats what i love
8. Kennedy talk about upside..this is the fastest rising superstar in the wwe btu in a tight race because my #9 is the 2nd fastest btu anywayz back to kennedy. best mic skills in the game, knows how to work over an opponent and knows how to put on a good match. and the future wwe champion Misterrrrrrrrrrrrrr Kennedddyyyyyyyyyyyy..............Kennneedyyyyyyy
9. MVP what has it been 9 months? u.s champion, one of the most talented wrestlers in the wwe, good mic skills, great entrance, great look, and the only man that can pull off his ring attire, mvp is bred for sucesss.
10. Randy Orton next triple h if he gets a better attitude. If there werent any backstage problems, he wud be like 4 time world champ, 2time intercontinental and like 3 time tag champ.. this guy is talented, and has the look of a champion. I like RKO

1. Bobby Lashley: I know his promo ability isn't the greatest, but his youth, amateur wrestling ability, and power make for a pretty good package. Once he starts to feel more comfortable in front of a mic, "Black Brock" will be a draw for years to come.
2. Ken Kennedy: Mr. Kennedy gets better all the time, in terms of mic work and in-ring skills, and he is definetely over. If Vince can be convinced to tone down his Cena fixation, Kennedy can have a pretty good run with belt.
3. Edge: Edge ain't doing too bad for a guy who was one-half of WWE's answer to Bill and Ted. Excellent wrestler. Probably the best talker in the company right now. One of the best heat-getters in the business. A fixture of the company for years to come.
4. Eugene: Nick Dinsmore is one of the most talented wrestlers in the company. The gimmick has run its course. Let Dinsmore drop it and just let him wrestle. (I know, what an absurd idea.) Let him be himself and he can fill the hole Chris Benoit left.
5. Finlay: A throwback to the old days. When I heard he was coming back, I was apprehensive. WWE is known for botching things when it comes to established talent. But they have made all of the right moves when it comes to Finlay. Keep him the mid-card, push him, and let him teach the young guys a thing or two about how to work. Above average worker who has kept himself in pretty good condition, which is astounding considering his age and physical style. While I believe in giving the young guys a fair shake, it's good to have talented veterans like this, locker room leaders.
6. Matt Hardy: Someone please explain to me how Edge got saddled with Kane instead of being given a dream feud with Matt. Matt Hardy is one of those guys who really needs a push. Like Edge, pretty good worker. Not as good a talker, but can still cut a decent promo. Reforming the Hardys was a step back. It's time to let Matt stand on his own. Give him a program with Edge. Pretty please?
7. Randy Orton: The Hotel Room Killer. I've always hated him. Not because of what he does in the ring. I hate him because here is a guy who has probably more talent than most of the roster, a man who was given everything on a silver platter, and yet he insists on acting like some punk in high school. A Marine Corps deserter who ran home to Daddy when he got out of jail and was dishonorably discharged. Daddy called some friends and little Randy was given a developmental contract, despite never having wrestled a match or even trained. Since then, he has been involved in a string of embarrassing incidents. I say fire him, let him become TNA's headache. But his in-ring skill is tremendous. And no one can garner heat better than Orton. I dare someone to tell me different. These reasons, along with has considerable promo ability, justify his continued employment. For now.
8. Johnny Nitro: The only Tough Enough winner to garner a decent and sustained push. Nowinski didn't last long enough and Maven was buried after an initial push. Gotta suck going from being on Raw and banging Melina to being stuck on ECW and having to look at a shirtless Viscera. Johnny must have really gotten on Vince's bad side. People often talk about this guy or that guy being the next Shawn Michaels, but with Nitro, I believe it. He has skill and a good sense of psychology. All he needs is more time on the mic and little maturity and he can really become a player in the company.
9. CM Punk: Punk is the most talented guy in ECW, bar none. The only problem is that everyone knows he wouldn't be getting pushed this hard if the ECW roster wasn't so thin. It's Nitro Vince has his eye on. Punk is merely a means to the end. Still, with Punk's tremendous skill and considerable following, it's not a stretch to imagine him as a main eventer on Raw or Smackdown.
10. John Cena: Yeah, I know he will never be mistaken for Lou Thesz. But he puts on solid matches, has great mic skills, and can connect with the crowd better than 99% of the roster. Though I think he was much better as a heel. But he as long as he moves merchandise and draws crowds, no one complains.
4. Eugene: Nick Dinsmore is one of the most talented wrestlers in the company. The gimmick has run its course. Let Dinsmore drop it and just let him wrestle. (I know, what an absurd idea.) Let him be himself and he can fill the hole Chris Benoit left.
Good call on Eugene. It's hard for people to look past the gimmick. Albeit it's a gimmick that he does to perfection, I agree it's run it's course and it might be time for Dinsmore to try something different and show us his true talent. But great post, I didn't even think of that, Dinsmore DOES have a lot of talent, and how well he pulls off the Eugene gimmick actually helps that.

Since I am not really sure what "talented" means in this sense, I will put the ten guys I think are currently the best workers, and guys I think I have the potential to be.
The Slyfox Top 10
10. Triple H - For those who don't know me very well, you have no idea how hard it was for me to put Triple H in the Top 10 of best workers in WWE. But, objectively speaking (as I always try to do), Triple H is solid on the mic, and his matches always generate that big time feel. While I question his in-ring quality many times, there is no doubt about the fact that fans always go home entertained after a Triple H match.
9. Matt Hardy - This guy is simply a phenomenon. I have no idea why this guy is as mad over as he is, but no one can deny that when his music hits, the crowd erupts. He's not particularly good on the mic, his brother was the high spot man and the better looking man, and he's never had that memorable singles match. But the guy rarely fails to put on solid matches, entertains the crowd, and usually makes his opponent look good. He's a guy that I would like to see get a main-event push, just to see if he's for real.
8. Undertaker - While it was difficult for me to put an over-the-hill, way past his prime, part time worker on this list, I simply could not pass up the Undertaker. The Undertaker is the go-to man for other big man workers, especially the piss-poor ones like Henry, and can have very good matches with smaller workers as well. While athletically he's no where near what he used to be, the man can still go in the ring, and despite his no-selling gimmick, generally can make an opponent look good when he wants.
7. MVP - Saddled with one of the worst gimmicks (and outfits) in WWE history, MVP sure has turned rags to riches. He has done some phenomenal promo work, makes his opponent look like a million bucks, while still carrying some potent offensive work himself. While he has yet to reach his potential, MVP is already putting on very solid midcard matches, and seems to be a future main-eventer.
6. London and Kendrick - These two go together because their work has been together. This team single-handily carried the tag division of the WWE, and made at least one set of tag titles respectable. They are mad over, are enjoyable in the ring, and their matches generally deliver no matter who their opponents are. Not too mention these guys made their name in ROH, and if Slyfox is praising a team that came from ROH, you know they have to be good.
5. Edge - What can be said about Edge that hasn't already been said? Phenomenal on the microphone, versatile in the ring, and one of the best gimmick match workers of all time. While his singles match work generally falls in the average category, his gimmick match psychology is unparalleled in the WWE, and the guy is one of the few smark favorites that is good enough to get booed on a consistent basis.
4. Umaga - Umaga is what Indy wrestling fans wish Samoa Joe could be. He is just like Joe in that he is versatile, mobile, athletic with great offense, stiff looking strikes, and a dominant heel monster. Unlike Joe however, Umaga can get heel heat, plays his role well, sells well, and, when asked, can make his opponent look good (Lashley at WM for example). When people say that Joe shouldn't go to the WWE because they'd just turn him into another Umaga, I always think to myself, "well, that would probably be an improvement". And I actually like Samoa Joe. But, Umaga is a badass, a great worker with great psychology, and knows how to work a match.
3. Mickie James - Ahh, dear Mickie. Mickie James understands match psychology better than about 80% of the men on the WWE roster. She's solid on the stick, and her matches don't look sloppy like most of the WWE roster. Her match against Trish at Wrestlemania 22 is one of the greatest women's matches in WWE ever, and Mickie James is one of the few women who gets respected because of her in-ring work, not her (fabulous) body.
2. John Cena - Let the Slyfox bashing begin. That's right, John Cena is number 2 folks. Like him or not, no one can deny that John Cena brings it to the ring every night. No one can deny that he has put on numerous Match of the Year candidates over the last two years. No one can deny how memorable his feuds are. No one can deny that there is not a single wrestler that gets bigger pops than Cena. The fact of the matter is that John Cena is one of the best workers in the WWE today. His storytelling is on another level, his mic work is good, his promo ability is great, and his psychology is amazing. He's versatile in the ring, and can put on entertaining matches with big men and small men. He made Edge a true main-eventer finally after all those years of trying. There's a lot more I could say about John Cena, but just go to the Cena thread on WZ. I've said it all there numerous times.
1. Rey Mysterio - While I have never been a Rey Mysterio fan in the WWE, the guy is simply amazing. His psychology is phenomenal, his storytelling is superb, he is exciting to watch, and is one of the most over guys in the company. The man is 5'3" tall and was STILL the Smackdown champion, which should show just how great Mysterio really is. Now, there are things about him that I think are overrated, the fact is that you can never find a BAD Rey match, and most of them range from average to great. Factor in the fact that Rey has gone from a high flying, high risk style to a more ground based technical style and it shows just how versatile Rey is. Hell, the man got a great match out of Sabu at ONS 2 for Christ's sake. That should tell you just how amazing this man is. While it is hard for me to say it personally, Rey Mysterio barely beats out John Cena as the best worker in the WWE.
Honorable mentions:
William Regal, Fit Finlay - Great in-ring workers, know how to work a crowd, know how to get another guy over...just never given a consistent push and never developed quality enough mic skills to be put in the Top 10.
Guys with potential who just need seasoning and experience (in no particular order):
Bobby Lashley - Lashley has come a long way in a short time. If he continues to improve like he has, he'll be in the Top 5 of the WWE in no more than 5 years.
Randy Orton - Plagued by his own incompetencies, Orton is one of those special wrestlers who is ALWAYS going to be over with the crowd. His in-ring psychology is underrated and he usually does a great job working the crowd. If he can get his attitude straight, and desire to be the best in the business, he could get there one day.
Shelton Benjamin - Everyone knows the potential Benjamin has. The question is will he ever be able to rely on more than big spots to get over?
Johnny Nitro - Another worker who has come a long way in a short time. He makes a very good ECW champion, and in 5 years will be a major player in the WWE.
Chris Masters - One of the most underrated wrestlers in the IWC. Masters is solid on the stick, generates good heel heat, and while his in-ring work ranges from a 3.5-7 on a 10 scale, he definitely has show flashes of where he could be very good. One day, he could be a VERY good upper midcard wrestler.
CM Punk - While he has yet to do anything in the WWE worth a damn, no one can deny the potential Punk has, nor how over with the crowd he is. When he learns to properly work the WWE style and get seasoned with some quality workers, then CM Punk can easily be one of the top stars of the next generation.
Most overrated:
Ric Flair - While it is generally acknowledged that Flair is washed up these days, I think people still tend to overrate his ability. He was overrated in his prime, and is overrated now. His matches are just horrible now, completely lacking of any psychology, storytelling, or competent selling. The sooner Flair goes the better.
Shawn Michaels- The guy has shown up for about 3 matches in the last 2 years. Wrestlemania 21 vs. Angle, WM 23 vs. Cena and Raw match vs. Cena. Other than that, the guy has basically been sleepwalking through matches and feuds, and the one other feud he actually appeared somewhat interested in, he completely ruined by making an ass out of himself (vs. Hogan). Maybe it is just the breaking down of his body, and when he comes back he'll be better, but Shawn Michaels has been half-assing it for years now.
Carlito - I'm not even sure what Carlito has ever done to deserve being overrated. And yet, people think that he is one of the great wrestlers in the business today. No one can name a good Carlito match, and his mic skills are average at best.
Rob Van Dam - When he's not forgetting what psychology and storytelling is, he's using the exact same moves for the past ten years, and looks like he is trying to sell $100 hamburger at McDonalds. The guy is living on his spotfest ECW style reputation and has been for years. His mic skills are pretty piss poor for the most part, and he has the worst looking strikes in the WWE. Sure he can do some flips, but hey, so can a circus monkey.
So ends Slyfox's analysis. Feel free to bash, praise or not care.

I've held out on My top 10 most talented wrestlers in the WWE because it was hard to say just after the Benoit Tragedy, if he was still Wrestling then Benoit would be in it. This will also be held to currently active Wrestlers as if you go on and examine everyone you can't say exactly a top 10. This will also be in no particular order just the guys who I feel are the top 10 right now. While I would also include OVW I won't.
1: CM Punk- While you disagree with this Slyfox, currently he is the only man on the WWE roster that has gotten a 5* match out of Meltzer, his ring work and Promo ability are top notch he controls a crowd well, if he did a proper Heel Turn in the WWE and was allowed to cut a promo he could turn the crowd in a matter of seconds. His gimmick works well and works in both Heel and Face mode.
2: William Regal- Over the last few Years has produced some great matches, he is a solid worker and is one of the best technical Wrestlers in the world. His matches against Benoit are masterpieces and they both ended up getting colour Hardway. Regal is absolute gold on the mic as well.
3: Edge- Gold on the Mic and can control the crowd well, what hasn't been said already on here.
4: Randy Orton- One of the best Heels in the WWE right now, while his fuckups outside of the ring are holding him back, if he can keep a clean nose he should be holding the WWE title belt by the PPV after SummerSlam, I forget which one it is, Survivor Series at the latest. While a majority of his matches seem to be constituted by a lot of Restholds they are timed well and applied well.
5: Montel Vontavious Porter- He has come into his own despite his Power Ranger ring attire and his consistent build up of squash matches against Indy Talent that should be looked at rather than demolished out of hand. He has shown that he can work a good program if he is put into a feud that will work out in a good way rather than in an Inferno Match.
6: Mr. Kennedy........... Kennedy- He gets a reaction just by saying his naame twice in a Microphone, by not doing it he gets instant Heat, his in ring work is good and improving. He may not have a quickfire finisher but that is something that works in his benefit as you look at the Pedigree from Triple H it isn't a quick move but it is effective. Same with Kennedy.
7: Booker T- I refuse to call him King Booker, he is one of the best workers in the WWE despite him apparently being slightly disgruntled, he can work the mic well and does good work in the ring.
8: Nick Dinsmore- If you do look past the gimmickof Eugene which he plays well, anyway you have a very talented worker. He was 7 time OVW champ and now he has a crap gimmick and is a jobber.
9: Johnny Nitro- While young he has proven that he can carry out a good match, while I still feel that it is too soon for him to have a major singles title as I feel he should of had a couple more feuds with a power wrestler, a Brawler and a Technician before he got a sniff of a world Title. He still has impressed me with his skills.
10: Jamie Noble- Can you say wasted, he is an awesome talent that hasn't been used at all, he held the Ring of Honor title which is a huge thing in the indies while he may be a Cruiser in size that doesn't stop him from being an awesome talent.
Since I am not really sure what "talented" means in this sense, I will put the ten guys I think are currently the best workers, and guys I think I have the potential to be.
I have no problems with anything you said except for the highlighted.
Rey Mysterio? yeah he's a good worker but can you truly call him the most talented? Maybe it's the fact that these steroid allegations just came out, but wouldn't you say the same if you found out he was on the juice? I mean, looking at his frame, how can he NOT be on the juice anyway? If he is, I have no respect for him, nor do I think he should've ever been a world HEAVYWEIGHT champion. The only reason he was because WWE and Vince were riding the Eddie train.
As for Ric Flair and Shawn Michaels, I think that's unfair.
Flair is a role filler right now, on his last leg, given a final opportunity before he retires and helping some of the younger guys. It's ok that his workrate has fallen because he's not there to have one hour main even matches. I agree that he wasn't the most skilled wrestler back in his day either, but he was one of the only people who could put on hour long matches, pull it off, and do it again 6 more times in that week. Sly, if you haven't watches his DVDs yet, you really have to, it's something else. The psychology in those matches, the stories they told, it truly is some of the best wrestling in history. What he does now shouldn't have a bearing on that, he's in the ring because he wants to be, and I respect that at his age.
As for HBK, yes his workrate has fallen as well, but the fact that he can still main event after all the injuries he's sustained is impressive. Despite half-assing it in the ring lately, and the fact that he suffers from "five moves of doom" syndrome, he's put on some very memorable matches and has done a tremendous amount of things for the business, despite his ego. In fact, I think the Attitude Era could partially be attributed to him, since he was at the top of the business when it started, even though it was overshadowed by his ego and his injuries. Anyway, I guess it's arguable whether he should be in the top ten, but I certainly don't think he should be in the overrated category either. He certainly has talent in the ring, on the mic and all around, and can carry the company on his back if it was asked for him, and could still do it to a certain extent at his current age, which is impressive. But until he got injured he was filling a gap that was there because of injuries.

I pretty much disagree with most of your list, but there is one thing in particular that I wish to point out.
: CM Punk- While you disagree with this Slyfox, currently he is the only man on the WWE roster that has gotten a 5* match out of Meltzer, his ring work and Promo ability are top notch he controls a crowd well, if he did a proper Heel Turn in the WWE and was allowed to cut a promo he could turn the crowd in a matter of seconds. His gimmick works well and works in both Heel and Face mode.
This is not true. The following wrestlers have all put on a Meltzer rated 5 Star Match:
Ric Flair
Shawn Michaels
The Undertaker
And, Chris Benoit used to be on here...but yeah. Bastard.

The only reason he was because WWE and Vince were riding the Eddie train.I think this goes back to what does "talent" really mean. Since I wasn't sure how talent was being referred to, I just listed the Top 10 workers. Talent and quality are two different things.
And, I feel perfectly justified in putting Mysterio as my number 1.
And, if steroids hurt a guys chances to be the most talented, does that eliminate Chris Benoit? Did it eliminate Eddie Guerrero? Did it eliminate Shawn Michaels? Ric Flair? Hulk Hogan? In pro wrestling, steroids are as common as they are not. To hold it against someone for doing the same thing that many others do, or have done, I don't think is fair. So, I just throw the idea of steroids out the door, and went for the Top 10, regardless of how they do it.

First, endurance does not automatically translate to great wrestling. Just because someone can wrestle for 60 minutes, does not make him a good wrestler, nor does it make that match a good match. It just means that said wrestler is in shape.
And, I was strictly referring to his work now. I made a passing comment about how overrated he was in the past, but that comment was strictly referring to now. And now, in-ring wise, he's not good enough to be called out of the development leagues. If it wasn't Ric Flair, but some 25 year old nobody in OVW, with the exact same skills and maybe even a better body, he would not make the main-event roster.
The fact that people are putting him in a Top 10 makes him overrated. Again, I am not referring to body of work, but rather present day HBK (well, before he was hurt). And the fact is that HBK was generally disinterested, lackluster, and relied too much on reputation. And that's fine, I have no problem with that for someone of his age and reputation, not to mention how he battled through injuries. But, he is still overrated by people, especially those that put him in a Top 10.
I think this goes back to what does "talent" really mean. Since I wasn't sure how talent was being referred to, I just listed the Top 10 workers. Talent and quality are two different things.

The difference, in my opinion, is that a lot of the people you listed would still be somewhere in the wrestling industry if it wasn't for steroids. Benoit still has skill without the Steroids, Hogan was still Hulkamania without the steroids, Eddie still was one of the best technical wrestlers in the world without it, Flair could still tell a story in the ring, Michaels was still the cocky son of a bitch that helped usher in the attitude, era, etc. It's an intangible that's open to discussion, I know, but with the guys you mentioned, this is how I see it. Steroids, in their case, were taken because they were beat up and wary of working all those nights but I don't think it affected their talent, skill in the ring all that much. That's not the case for Rey.
In my humble opinion, Rey Mysterio might probably not even be a wrestler if it wasn't for steroids. He would be smaller than Spike Dudley, for crying out loud, if he wasn't on the juice. he can bench like 2-3 times his weight, which shouldn't be humanly possible, looking at him. He's a freak of nature and never should he have been a world champion, and for me that opinion will only be amplified if the steroid allegations are true. Looking at a picture of him, you think that someone shouldn't look like that at his size.
First, endurance does not automatically translate to great wrestling. Just because someone can wrestle for 60 minutes, does not make him a good wrestler, nor does it make that match a good match. It just means that said wrestler is in shape.
I don't think it's detrimental to great wrestling either.
But my point was that, considering those matches were an hour long, Flair was able to put on tremendous matches and tell tremendous stories with his opponents. Truly, those hour long matches are the stuff of legends.
People still love Flair. He wants to be in the ring, and he isn't politicking to win any belts or for any extra TV time, other than maybe leading into his retirement, which would be totally justified anyway. Considering this, and considering he plays a great role in helping out younger talent (Carlito comes to mind, I agree Carlito is overrated but he has been working a litle harder since the feud with Flair, although maybe it's still too early to tell.), and people still want to see him, I have no problem with him being on the roster right now. He entertains me more than half the people on the roster anyway.
He's not the most skilled wrestler anymore, obviously, nor would I put him near any current top ten list, but he isn't detrimental to the business, nor is he meant to carry a title of most talented at the moment. I don't think anyone would put Flair in a current top 10, so I don't see how he's overrated. You contradict yourself here with what you say about Shawn Michaels.
The fact that people are putting him in a Top 10 makes him overrated. Again, I am not referring to body of work, but rather present day HBK (well, before he was hurt). Looking back at my original top 10, I do kind of see why others would take precedence over him in a top ten list, considering responses I saw after mine and some of the wrestlers put on the list. But I still don't consider him overrated, based on the fact that despite his disinterest, he still manages to carry the company on his back to a certain extent. If a disinterested HBK can wrestle in the main event at 42 years old, it shows that he has talent, at 42, 35, 25 or 18.

Let the bashing begin.
Shawn has shown up for 3 matches in two years? He main-evented lots of Raws, Street fight with Edge, triple threat with Edge/Orton, all those handicap matches or steel cage matches with the spirit squad/Vince/Shane, all the DX main-events, and the list goes on. He's still one of the best because he can put on great matches, and can make you get behind him like no other guy. He made Cena look like Bret Hart in those two classic matches they had on Raw and at WM23. Maybe you'd be mad too if some washed up old man came back for Summerslam just to win and make money when he doesn't even give a damn about the business, only about himself. Shawn has given over twenty years of his life to wrestling and has always been one of the best. Did he sleepwalk through the DX reformation too? If you think so your a fool, when DX was around for those months, they main-evented about every ppv so how could Shawn only have 3 matches? By the way Shawn could sleepwalk through a match and end up putting on a better show than about half of WWE's roster.

Oh, I have no doubt that Mysterio is on steroids, and probably HGH as well. I'm not arguing that point. But, you can watch him back when he was a 140 pound teenager back in 1994 and still see him wrestling. Now, as the years have gone one, he's gotten bigger and bigger no doubt. But, to say that he wouldn't still be a wrestler is not entirely accurate as he was wrestling back when he didn't even weigh a buck fifty. And, make no mistake about it, most, if not all the guys mentioned (Benoit, Hogan, Eddie etc) more than likely to steroids to get ahead of the game. Sure, they had good talent, but their talent did not get them anywhere without the large frame and big muscles, at least not in the US.
If you take steroids out of the equation, Mysterio is clearly one of the three best workers in the WWE, and in my opinion, the best. His only negative is his completely ridiculous finisher and his small stature. One can't be helped and the other is still just ridiculous. But, other than that, Mysterio is phenomenal in the ring.
People still love Flair. He wants to be in the ring, and he isn't politicking to win any belts or for any extra TV time, other than maybe leading into his retirement, which would be totally justified anyway. I don't think anyone would put Flair in a current top 10, so I don't see how he's overrated. You contradict yourself here with what you say about Shawn Michaels. While I personally can't stand to watch Flair anymore, I don't really have a problem with him being on the roster. He still has value to the company certainly. But, for anyone to call Flair anything other than piss poor these days is to completely overrate him.
Overrated does not necessarily mean bad. Overrated simply means that he is not as good as he is hyped up to be. CM Punk in 2005-2006 and Samoa Joe currently are good examples of what it means to be overrated. Does it mean that they are bad wrestlers? No. Just that they are not as good as advertised.
So it goes with HBK, in my opinion of course. People talk about his greatness and how he is one of the best in the WWE, and it simply is not so. Maybe after he takes time off to get injuries healed, he can come back with a recharged battery, a new body, and go back to putting on great shows again. I do not want to underestimate how much injuries can disinterest a person. But, currently, HBK is overrated for his current in-ring work. The only time HBK bothers to show up is when the spotlight is shining brightest on him. And that is just not the way a wrestler should be.

1. Undertaker - His wrestlemania streak says it all this is the best the WWE has had ever, hes bigger than the belts by miles and has been respected in the WWE by fans and wrestlers all over, he can exectute moves perfectly in the ring and is the best damn wrestler ever even more of a legend than Hulk Hogan. Only problem is he seems to job a lot and dosnt say nah im not doing it stuff you vince im the best youve ever had and i took all your crap storylines!
2. CM Punk - His ROH fights were berserk and he can pull off both high flying moves and more matt based ones and i agree he will be over untill the end of time.
3. Mr Kennedy - I love his character and how he wrestlers i like his ability and could be in some high profile fueds in the future.
4. Kane - Man is he underrated he is so powerfull and can pull of like every single power move ever unlike Boreista, when he does sometimes and i mean he hardly cuts promos but his are way kool.
5. HHH - I know some people get sick of him but i like him, he can cut promos and even is willing to job to rising stars who should lick his boots clean, some comitment to his profession i say.
6. Randy Orton - Recently he has improved in and ut of the ring, i hear hes calmed down and i see in the ring hes getting new moves like that kool shoulder breaker and evolving.
7. HBK - Look how he can wrestle pull of moves and can cut a great promo all at his age, i loved his piledriver to Cena at WM 23 i was like YAS DIE CENA DIE!
8. Edge - Had some of the best matches ever and for that congrats, he has ability but needs a new finisher a spear is just a set up to a finisher (only Rhino can do it as a finisher but hes a train/tank/brickwall) WHC yeah turn him face and have batista look like the bad guy that would get Edge over
9. Shelton - Hes athletic and can pull of the moves to make him great but he seems to know hes a natural and seems to try to coast and take it easy this makes him shoody i say shelton get your A game every time and youll be on top sooner!
10. Matt has been in the wwe as long as some of the other top guys and he seems to have the strength and defo ability to pull of great matches he needs that US title to push him to the next level and give the US title some prestige and he can cut kool promos when he does them!
Other mentions go to Rey Mysterio, London/kendrick, MVP, Umaga and Tommy Dreamer (easily one of the best in ecw he could kick CENAS ass all over ecw)
ALSO CENA IS A IDIOT HE CANT WRESTLE HAS NO MOVES AND IS ONLY SECOND WORST TO LASHLEY THE ALL TIME WORST WRESTLER SINCE ULTIMATE WARRIOR WHO FREQUENTLY RAN OUT OF BREATH IN MATCHES!

1. When I said Shawn has only shown up for 3 matches in two years, I didn't mean that literally. It was figuratively, meaning that he's only gone 100% in those three matches.
2. He did not make Cena look like anybody. If anything, Cena made HBK look like the Michaels of old.
3. Politics should not matter to a wrestler once the curtain is drawn and the spotlight is on. For HBK to in front of the paying crowd and paying PPV audience and to act like a selfish assclown is unprofessional. If he has problems, then they should stay in the back.
4. DX only main-evented one PPV (Vengeance, I believe), which was a joke that they even did that. The WWE title, on a Raw only brand PPV was relegated to midcard status, so HHH and his buddy HBK could beat 5 men by themselves, 5 midcard cheerleaders no less, only one of which is even on the roster anymore.
5. I don't disagree that a sleepwalking HBK can put on a better match than half of the current roster. Doesn't mean he belongs in a top 10, and doesn't mean he is not overrated.

Shawn only went 100% on 3 matches in two years? Bullshit have you even watched Raw sometime in two years? I beleive he easily belongs in a top ten, and is by no means 'overrated'. How did Shawn act like a selfish assclown? He sold Hogan's moves like they were going out of style(which they did sometime in the early 80's.) How many matches had Cena had that you would actually watch again before his WM23 and Raw matches with HBK? Sure HBK isn't as good as 90's HBK anymore but everybody gets older. He's been told twice his career was over, and still came back to wrestling.

I think sly's analysis of his overrated are fair, if you are talking about the current day incarnations of them. I left Triple H, and Michaels off my list for a reason, they aren't the workers they used to be, plain and simple. Triple H has been shit for two years now, and outside of the feud with Angle, Shawn Michaels has been very lackluster. Now, this may have very little to do with the actual wrestlers, but more to do with whom they are booked against.
Onto RVD. I think the analysis is correct, but for the wrong reasons. Blame Triple H for begging vince to start up the dreaded banned moves list, and this is the problem with RVD. RVD was white hot in the WWE and got over on his own accord, until the Elimination Chamber incident, and RVD being buried afterwards. RVD was the main reason to tune into an ECW pay per view, because you knew you were going to get your moneys worth with him. RVD's "shoot" interviews are fantastic, they are very stinging and resonate quite well. I can't say enough good things about RVD. While I agree, I agree for different reasons. Blame the company for strangle holding his moveset, not the wrestler.
Now onto "Talented" I take talented as meaning scientific, and that's how I did my list. So this is why Cena isn't on my list. If it was ten hardest workers, even the biggest Cena hater would have to acknowledge Cena as worthy of being on that list. That being said, just because I think Cena is a helluva worker, doesn't mean I think he should be in my top ten list, I'm just not high on power 'rasslin anymore.

Cena isnt hot on his account, his ability and holding the damn title to long without the moves to back up, i mean look at how he beat Michaels at WM 23, even Michaels Piledriverd him onto steps and he still wins.
Taker cant beat Khali but Cena can if you ask me he makes WWE look FAKE.
He is in no way deserving of the title id rather Orton who works his ass off recently wins the WWE title from Cena and Cena goes back to Smackdown.
I mean he cant beat Edge but magically beats him when he might go to Smackdown.
Cena bashing is very deserving many seem to agree he sucks no matter how many children fans and however long he holds the belt no matter if it is the biggest prize in the WWE.
Hey if Cena is getting paid loads i think hed be promoting WWE the way he does and working hard. If i was Vince id be steaming if Cena wasnt working hard.

Cena deserves to be on no one lists. Nor does Lashley. MY top 10 in no order:
1 &2. The Hardy's- They're in-ring skills are great and I can't remember watching a match of either one of them and saying damn that sucked. They just need to improve their mic skills
3. Edge- The whole package. Great wrestler, his promo's are gold. I can't really say one bad thing about him.
4. Orton- I thought I heard since teh incident in europe he's been getting his act together. But once he finally grows up and mature's he's the next HHH-tier heel.
5. Kennedy- Future hall of famer in the making.
6. Kane- The big red machine imo always puts on a great match and I feel he is incredibly underrated.
7. William Regal- He is probably the best technical wrestler WWE has now.
8 &9 . WGTT- Great wrestlers but they'll get above their mid-card status'
10 & 11. LonDrick- They are phenomonal wrestlers that always entertain.
I know I put 11 but deal with it. Honorable Mention to those that are injured: Rey Mysterio, HHH and HBK. I don't see why everyone loves CM Punk, I just don't see what's so special about him, maybe cuz I never seen his ROH stuff, but I don't care for him.

Maybe this won't even get out or I'll get spammed but anyways. I've not been a member for long but reading these posts I've noticed that there is much negative comments about WWE wrestlers! Yes, there's some crappy wrestlers/entertainers out there but not all of them.
So which wrestlers in the WWE you like?

Well Mr. Topic Starter, you didn't say who you like yourself, but judging by your sig and your username, I guess it's safe to assume you're a passionate John Cena fan. (kidding)
I actually think this is a fairly good concept for a thread, as it can be a place where people can simply discuss anyone they like and why, rather than just one particular person, or who people like in relation to another subject. Simple, but good. Kudos, RKO man.
Let's see...I like Carlito, for one. He isn't everyone's cup of tea, but he's my hero now. At first I didn't even like him, I thought "Hey, this guy's got a weird hairdo and talks like Ricky Ricardo!" But he's really grown on me. Case in point, when he beat John Cena in his debut match for the U.S. title, I wasn't that thrilled, but when he beat Cena and spit in his face last Monday, I was...well...thrilled. I loved it. But then again I've always been a Cena hater (oops, that's not what this topic is about). But I definitely would like to see Carlito as a world champion.
Kennedy is another superstar I didn't like at first who grew on me as time went on. I wish to see him win a world title too, only difference between him and Carlito is that with Kennedy that wish is a little more realistic.
Shelton Benjamin is good too, although he has no mic skills.
Kane is fucking awesome, I want to see him as WHC in the worst way.
Undertaker...he needs no explanation.
The Rock was my favorite back in the day. I thought his wrestling skills were decent, and as far as mic skills he left John Cena in the dust.
Jimmy Wang Yang...so fun to watch, and when he was leaving the stage at the Smackdown/ECW show I went to and he heard me and my friends cheering for him, he turned to us and pointed at us. What a sport.
Other random mentions would have to be Edge, Rey Mysterio, Shawn Michaels, Booker T, and CM Punk.

Ah, a love giving topic! how rare in this fair world of WZForums!
I have to give love to Edge, he is such a good superstar, fantastic heel and I think he really came into his own during the Hardy/Lita/Edge love triangle story line.
CM Punk aswell. Man this kid is keeping ECW afloat atm. His talent is soo good, even tho he ahs been watered down in WWE. His gimmick is original aswell.
Mr Kennedy. Now I am not a big fan of his in ring work, but man do his promo's crack me up, especially his promo's in OVW.

Good point, how did I miss mine .:)
The present:
First of all I have to go with Randy Orton (suprise). He's fairly good on the mic and great athlete in the ring. I like him better as a heel and it suits him to be little arrogant. I've liked him from the day he was part of the Evolution.
Noteforthy
Shawn Michaels, The Undertaker, Triple H (only as a heel), Shelton Benjamin, Edge, Jeff Hardy and Umaga (yes, that's right).
Ric Flair, got to give it to Flair, still wrestling and he's like 80.
And last but not least, hopefully this doesn't get me crucified, but I have nothing against John Cena. He knows how to entertain, maybe he doesn't have the best real wrestling skills, but this is the WWE.
The past:
Kurt Angle, nobody can't say nothing about the wrestling skills.
The Rock, my favorite wrestler of all time, didn't see much him wrestle cause I started to watch wrestling when he started to leave. (WWE wasn't shown in my country back then)

Yeah, Kurt Angle is very good, and I forgot to mention Jeff Hardy. Some people don't like him and say all he can do is spots, but hey, go with what works. He's fun to watch is all I can say.
You really missed out not getting to see The Rock in all his glory. I started watching wrestling at the end of 98, and Rock was getting pretty big around that time. I loved The Rock, he was so entertaining, and had a style all his own. How I wish he would come back.

Mr.Kennedy: Superstar in the making right here. His ring work is not all that but his promos and mic skills make up for it.
John Morrison: Mini HBK. In the future I see him moving away from ECW to play with the big boys.
Edge:This man deserves all the credit in the world. He is solid in the ring and perfect on the mic. It's a shame that his title reign had to end early because of an injury.

Mine would have to be, because u said WWE im not sure of how far back were going so from 2002 on mine would be:
1. Triple H- i am a fan gurl of his, but its because he puts on great matches, is a decent "Wrestler" is a great entertainer and can hang with the best and has defeated the best, and has produced 2 of the greatest factions in the we in my opinion, has always had a great character In my opinion and is a ten time wwe champion and lots more
2. The Undertaker- Great is the word that describes this man. awesome ring prescence, great wrestling ability, has become very versatile, has too me the greastest finisher ever, one of the ccreatest charcter to date, and many more
3. Shawn Micheals- Awesome awesome and the wwf/e's most greatest in ring performer of all time in my opinion and hes very entertaining and as for his 5 moves of doom, every time i see him do it i enjoy it unless its on a guy like taker and looks totally impossible, hes flashy, and hes very technical.
4. I was going to put bret hart but becasue im only naming stars after 2002 i'll place jericho here (He's canadian, i love canadias) but anyways hes probably the most talented man i know very entertaining and awesome wrestler, and is very much worth the title scene and main event..
5. Steve Austin and the rock - This one is a bit tricky, u see, i think austin's talented as hell and can put on a great show, and i like him because his character was the best character too me during the 97-2001 era, also he fought with mcmahon and made for awesome story and history, his wrestling ability was very limited and rather pathetic but talent wise, hes a keeper, so goes wiyth the rock, decent wrestling but hes so fucking entertaining, he deservs to have a spot and of course he championship material.
6. Kurt Angle- Submisions were crazy, awesome "wrestler", great performer, and can make any wrestlers true ability come out in a match.
7. Chris Bnoit- Oh Benoit i just love this man (He's canandian), but anyweays he has great technical wrestling skills, can own anyone, mic skills sucked but worked very well with others in wrestling segments..ie kurt angle with eddie and chavo. has definently proved himself.
8. Rob Van Dam- Yes this man is amazing, had done it all, awesome performer indeed, always keeps fans on the edge of their seat, and finally got the push he deserved in my opinion beating cena and showing the world why he is championship material.
9. Chyna- Amazing Amazon...this girl kicked so much ass and held on with the men, has won IC title has survived royal rumble, wrestles decently but i just loved when she'd dominate the girls lol.
10. Randy Orton- this guy barely makes it, see, he is a good wrestler and an awesome talent, but hes a little short of the main event status, but i placed him here becaus hes been constantly proving himself to be that great star that he will be very soon.
bcus everyones making other lists, i'll makes some too:
Most overrated:
*John cena: Has been since WM 21 and constantly pushed in our faces, and always overcomes the odds and never fucking cheats, god when will he go heel, i still wont like him, but i'll at least stomache him. and i really dont want anyone to argue with my (Sly) because im just stating my opinion.
*Rey Mysterio-Has been since eddie died and thats all i'll say there
*Bobby Lshely- Is not worthy of the title and is not worthy of the mic and was oushed in our faces with his fued with mcmahon
*Bastista-Oh lord this guy sickens me, hes slow as hell, wrestles like am ogre, not entertaining for the least bit but is still getting pushed in our faces.
*CM punk-is always being talked about, with the sXe, and his love for competition and his respect for the old ECW it gets boring.
*Cody Rhodes-Hahahah i just want to laugh when he came to the wwe and with the randy orton thing, everyone was trying to make him out to be sopecial, hes a crapper...okay thats all.

Here is my top 10 list:
#01 - Ken Kennedy - Charisma + good speaker + solid wrestler = TOTAL PACKAGE
#02 - Edge - Greatest WWE champion since Eddie Guerrero
#03 - Triple H - One of the best in the business. I don't really need to explain myself here, especially if you seen his work.
#04 - Montel Vontavious Porter - excellent rising star with an even brighter future
#05 - Shawn Michaels - old timer that you can never get tired of with such a passion
#06 - The Undertaker - he's not the legend, he is thee legend. Someone who was always there while I was watching WWE/wrestling, unlike majority/all other names....
#07 - CM Punk - another excellent rising star
#08 - Matt Hardy - alot of potential and talent
#09 - Rey Mysterio - unbelievable heavyweight wrestler, but IMHO he is a decent wrestler and is a great person in general (as corny that might sound) and represent of my people
#10 - Randy Orton - a young, cocky trouble maker that holds him back from being the next big thing but the downside doesn't cover the fact he's full of talent
Lil Wes

10- Elijah Burke-Very talented on both on the mic and in the ring. He's on ECW right now but when he makes his move. He should be a big time player
9-Rey Mysterio-Excellent..Excellent..Excellent at putting on a great match that will have you on the edge of your seat. Unbelievable at some tof the things he can do. He can put on a show
8-Randy Orton- Very good wrestler who has a great future ahead of him. Could have already been a multiple time champ if he could keep his ass out of trouble. Good mic worker and great heel. The legend killer just might become a legend
7-MVP- This guy is the future of WWE..Excellent heel. Fantastic on the mic. Never seen a bad MVP promo. His in ring work is getting better by the month..He's something special
6-Edge-Another great heel who has done alot in his career from tag teaming to singles competition. Great in the ring. Never fails to deliver an exciting match worth watching..
5-Undertaker-He's done it all. He's getting old and still puts on great matches. Even took one of the worst wrestlers in quite some time in Batista and put on a very good match at WM. Great character. Great wrestler.
4-Triple H-He is that damn good. One of the best ever on the mic. By far the best heel in the business. He literally makes you despise him. In ring work has always been good.
3-HBK- Very good wrestler who has done it all in his career and has had plenty of classic feuds and matches. You never get tired of watching good ol HBK..
2-Shelton Benjamin-IMO the most underrated wrestler I have ever seen. The only reason he is in tagging is his lack of mic skills..Jesus Christ who cares when you can put on fantastic matches like Shelton can. If he was givin time He could be one hell of a superstar. Great in-ring work has both mat skills and high flying ability..Most athletic on the roster IMO
1-Mrrrrrrrrrr.Kennnneeeeedyyyyyyy- The future is right here. He and Trips are the best on the mic. The guy also is a great wrestler and good heel. His time will come shortly. He should be a big name here in a few years. I wouldn't doubt it....Kennedy

Im not ranking or ordering these in any way.
The Undertaker - i know i know, most of you dont care, but lets face it, the guys 42 years old and can still whoop ass, fly over the ropes, still maintain the "best pure striker" title to his name and is undefeated at WM. 15-0 man, amazing streak. yes he needs to retire one day but not now, hes still the man and all of you know this.
C.M. Punk/Randy Orton - im doing one on both, in my opinion, these 2 guys got lost somewhere in the times because i strongly believe these 2 belong in there with the 80's and 90's guys, im sorry, but they are that damn good. ^__^ amazing atheletes, countless championships for being their age, and i believe that one day this would make a great feud for either the WWE championship or the world heavyweight championship.
Triple H - what can i say? he rose to the top in what 3 years of his career, or 4 years, and how long did it take some of the talent to do rise? 8-10. in my opinion, THE GREATEST HEEL performer the WWE will ever see. to be 10 times the king or even 16 times the king is enough for me to think the guy is amazing.
HBK - THE SHOWSTOPPA, THE ICON, THE MAIN EVENT! this guy has impressed me as much as the undertaker over the years and im just glad to see that hes still got it. Greatest ladder match/iron man match performer ive ever seen.
Mr. Kennedy - amazing athelete, loved the fast rise but wwe ruined his character, remember when kennedy would joke and stuff on smackdown, or be sorta funny in his own way, yeah RAW ruined that. now hes a pissed off the next Triple H lol. but still the guys got talent and i cannot take that away from him.
Edge - Forescore 9 years later the guy makes the biggest impact on me when he stole the WWE title from John Cena. i was happy. i wasnt happy that he stole the WHC from taker, cause clearly taker is millions of times better than him, but im glad he was champion and not batista. im glad that SD! at least kept it old school. When he won the WWE title i froze, i couldnt talk for a minute, it was that amazing because it was the one thing i had thought was gonna happen and when it did, i was amazed.
Johnny Nitro - this guy should be on Smackdown winning the WHC soon because they did a good job repackaging him into John Morrison, and now hes ready for big gold. great athelete and soo much better on his own even though he was still that good when he was with mercury.
Candice Michelle - slowly becoming my dreamgirl everyday, im hooked on layla but its .. its goin away lol. Candice has improved a hell of alot. and im glad shes now the womens champion and can prove to the world that the womens division isnt down under.
Kenny Dykstra - This guy is good and needs to be put into the United States Title Picture. RIGHT NOW! it would be a good thing you know? so that it isnt always between MVP and Matt Hardy, no hate on either one, but Kenny needs to get into that picture.
Matt Hardy - This guy is just as great as edge is, and he deserves a WHC to his credit more than anyone right now. hes been in the game longer than edge, and he needs to get out of this US title picture and get himself some WORLD gold, it would be fantastic to finally see one of the hardys, if not both of them just capture world gold even if just once.

my top 10
10. umaga- he is great in the ring and has amazing agility for a man 300+ pounds. he amazes me
9. kennedy- wat can i say he has amazing talent and awsome mic skills. i think he should have the title soon
8. kane- he is getting older but so wat he has been here for a long time and can still do high risk moves even at his weight and height
7. johnny nitro- he is young, athletic, and has pretty good mic skills. he needs a finisher though u dont see somebody with 5 worl titles but no finisher i think tht is wat is holding him back.
6. john cena- u dont have to like him but he gets the crowd pumped when he comes out. He has great mic skills but needs a better move set i mean he has like 5 moves wtf is tht.
5. cm punk- young, athletic, great moveset and ok mic skills he has the complete package and he should be on top in the near future he will be great.
4. bobby lashley- all u people who think he cant wrestle thts bull he has tons of amature titles. he has ok mic skills, young, strong he will be great i see him with at least 5 titles by the end of his career.
3. undertaker- how many people do u no tht are 42 and can still wrestle a match like the undertaker. i mean he is great one of the best ever and still is one of the best.
2. triple h- he is one of the greatest ever he is big and still can go for 60+ minutes he is great still even though he is getting older i see a few more titles coming his way before he retires.
1. shawn michales- he is my idol he is arguablly the greatest ever he proved tht u dont have to be the strongest to be great. he is well past his rime and can still go. he is the best and probly the most respected men in the history of wrestling.
should of put edge and mvp in there but this is how i think the 10 best go.
ok here are my top ten:
1.HBK Simple fact the guy can work old or new he deserves a title run though, he is the best that the company has to offer overall
2. Shelton Benjamin: the dude is awesome in the ring, so what if he cant do the mic work, get him a manager dammit and stop jobbing the guy
3. CM Punk/Morrison: i love this fued and think that each man has potential to carry the wwe further then its ever been.
4. Stevie Richards: Lance storm even said it the guy can work, they just need to stop jobbing him to every up and coming steroid freak that thinks hes the next big thing, i have never seen a bad stevie match in my life when he was with rtc man i loved it, he was pushed soo much i even thought about him being gm
5.Mr kennedy: great guy, can wrestle but one problem, he keeps getting injured and having his pushes delayed i hope he can stay healthy
6.William regal/Finlay: the best british wrestler on the planet and the best irish wrestler, ground and pound or technical ability there is no one better, they guys are older then most of the current champions and still can work better
7.Matt/Jeff Hardy: Underused underated, but they can put on a solid match and can work a storyline as good as anyone on the roster
8.MVP: the most improved wrestler overall, man i thought he was crap then he came out of his shell when he went after the us title and is on his way up, but again needs to stay healthy
9.Helms/Chavo the best cruisers on the planet, they need that mid card push to elevate themselves, again ive never seen them in a bad match
10. Edge/Booker/Triple H: all three guys got talent and have had lasting staying power with the company, but i feel that booker and edge will survive the times but triple h is on borrowed time at the moment, i just dont want to see another reign of doom.
thats it the reason i jammed soo many is that i feel that alot of these wrestlers are on par with each other and i didnt want to leave them out

Top Ten most talented wrestlers.
10. Gregory Helms - a very underated wrestler and deserved to hold the crusierweight title as long as he did.
9. Finlay - Great old school wrestler, to bad we never really saw a finlay regal feud.
8. Elijah Burke - A fantastic young wrestler who doesn't really have a place on ECW right now, he should be moved to Smackdown.
7. CM PUnk - One of the best wrestlers in the world, and while being held back from the WWE still puts on fantastic matches.
6. Triple H - The best heel of all time IMO, put on some of the greatest matches of 2002/03, and still will be able to deliver when he returns on sunday.
5.Mr.Kennedy, Kennedy - Best on the mic right now in the WWE, and great in the ring so that doesn't hurt.
4. M.V.P - I was very spectical with him in the first few months but his feud with Chris Benoit was one of the best of the year, Chris Benoit could turn any match into a 5 star match, I hope M.V.P holds that belt for a while longer.
3. Shelton Benjamen - One of the most underated wrestlers of all time, when will the WWE push this guy, if this keeps going on I wouldn't be surprised if benjamen leaves because I know TNA would grab him in a second.
2. Edge - The best heel the WWE has right now, I hope he comes back really soon because Smackdown and the WWE need him badly.
1. John Cena - just kidding
1. Randy orton - He brings 100% every night, you look into his eyes during the match and he looks serious, he looks like hes going to bring it. He can cut great promos ( loved the one on raw last week ). He is unbelieviblly talented in the ring, and has the best finishing move, the RKO. Me and all the other members of the PAC hope that he takes the belt away from cena and we can finnialy have a respectable champion in the WWE. I will leave you with what was said to weeks ago on raw, "Orton is the next WWE champion whether you like it, or not!!!"

1- R.V.D:
He is excellent at high-flying moves!
2- John Cena:
Probably one of the best wrestlers in the business!
3- Undertaker:
No wonder they call him The Phenom. He's 15-0 at Wrestlemania, have you ever seen anyone do that?
4- Hardy bros:
Best tag-team ever with Jeff Hardy's high flying moves and Matt Hardy's ability to fight!
5- HHH:
Love his trademark, Sledgehammer. He's great at fighting and excellent at mic.
6- HBK:
Even though he's 40+, he is very fast, very energetic and one of the best people in the business...
7- Edge:
Biggest Reason: Always, always entertains the audience!
8- Rey Mysterio:
Small but fast, awesome wrestler, flexible etc...
9- Mr Kennedy:
An excellent mic person + an excellent in-ring wrestler!
10- MVP:
Has gotten way better since he was new.. He si a fast rising superstar, (just like Cena!!)

Beth Phoenix
As of right now, she is not only the best mat wrestler among the ladies, but she's also the biggest and probably the strongest too (her only competition is Victoria in the strength category), and to top it of, she's also got some decent mic skills and can be pretty charismatic at times.
Jillian Hall
IMO, she's probably the most charismatic out of the divas, as she's usually the only one to get a descent consistent reaction from the crowd, love or hate her gimmick (which most people do, so it works in her favor)
plus, name me just one other female wrestler ANYWHERE, thats not Japanese, that can pull off this move on a consistent basics?
bnnnLn9lkkU
Undertaker
The best big man in WWE right now, he can do it all, he can mat wrestle, brawl, and he can fly when he wants. He's one of the few big men left in WWE that can actually put on a descent match with a little man without totally squashing them.
Kane
Just like the Undertaker, he's one of the few big men left that can put on a good match with a smaller opponent with killing his characters credibility. Despite what many people think, Kane is still in good shape, as demonstrated by him going to the top rope at least once, and sometimes twice in a match.
John Cena
even though I was never really a fan of the man, its really something special when this guy, after holding the belt for 13 odd months, goes under with an injury and now it seems RAW as been thrown into the crapper. A month ago people were saying they'd give anything to see Cena lose the belt, now that he's gone, those same people are begging to have him back. IMO, there's no other superstar that leaves an impression on the fans quite like John Cena.
Edge
If John Cena was the top Babyface of the company, then Edge would be the top heel. This mans apility to draw heat was uncanny, and I actually liked sitting and listening to his promos, as most of the time when it was Batista or Khali or Henry, Id just change the channel and wait for the segment to be over, but I could sit through an Edge promo, because he made it that entertaining
CM Punk
Simply put the most Entertaining talent on ECW, has he's got the mic skills, the personality, and the in ring skills to match
William Regal
IMO processes the best mat wrestling skills of the Men in WWE, plus his mic skills aren't that bad either.
MVP
As of now he has all the tools to propel him to the main event and beyond, I look for MVP to be a major player in the up and coming years.
Mr. Kennedy
Just like MVP, has all the tools to to great things for the industry. Even though it seems he's getting lost in the shuffle on RAW, I think WWE knows what their doing with him, as they must now realize how much potential Kennedy really has.
Cena Sucks
10-10-2007, 08:46 PM
Top 10, IMO:
1. Randy Orton- He is very young and is a very good talent, as a matter of a fact, he could be the next HHH or Ric Flair. He is very talented and has the talent to be and stay as a main eventer
2. MVP- He is another of my top wrestlers, wwe can do alot with him, if they need him, i would really like to see him move to raw and feud with HHH maybe even Lashley when he returns. He can last a while.
3- Rey Mysterio- Although i strongly hate his character, i really think he has the talent to be a good, long, steady wrestler. He can be a good wrestler when pushed, as you saw during his World Title run.
4- John Cena- Yes i know,my name says Cena sucks, but that's only because i was tired of seeing him win over and over and over, but he still has talent, and i can't lie about that, he is fairly young in his carrer and i see him as a main eventer for a while.
5- Edge- Edge, as of right now is injured, that's why hes so low in my top 10, BUT i hope when he comes back, wwe uses him right and pushes him to his limits. I would love to see him feud with Taker again, that feud was awesome, i would really like to see him fight taker @ WM 24 and maybe setting up taker's retirement...
6- Triple H- Although he is getting old, i still think he has alot of years ahead of him...wwe is doing very well with his character, i honestly think too that hes better as a single, not tag team. WWE can go far with him they just need to know how..
7- Finlay- He's got talent in him and they can use him on Raw right now, there is not alot they can do with him on SD! but they can push him on RAW as maybe a feuder with Cody Rhodes...
8- Cody Rhodes- He needs a new character, i think he would do well as a heel, and maybe feud with HBK, I would love to see him with Randy Orton and have Orton coach him and work with him.
9- Matt Hardy- They need to push him, he has to much talent to sit around as a nobody, its sad to see Jeff get more of a push than matt, reason being matt is so loyal to wwe, and they just toss him away like garbage. He would do really well on ECW, if ECW got more extreme.
10- Bobby Lashley- Another Character i hate, BUT he does have talent. He would do well as a power house like HHH, maybe becoming a heel? I think he would do well against HHH or John Cena...
That's my top 10.:headbanger:

1. Mr. Kennedy - Best superstar on a mic since The Rock, should be wwe champ at the next Wrestlemania, but Vince is too high on Orton at the moment and Stephanie & HHH run the storylines, so it'll probably Orton vs. HHH instead.
2. CM Punk - Excellent moves, great character, but might not become WWE champ due to his size and build.
3. Edge - Best heel on SD!, they've been lost without him. Next HHH in by books!
4. Jimmy Wang Yang - Most underated wrestler on SD!
5. Beth Phoenix - Brings creadability to the womens division, should beat the crap out of the Diva Search winner!
6. Rey Mysterio - If it wasn't for him, the cruiserweight division would never have survived on SD! Possibly the greatest cruiserweight of all time.
7. Bobby Lashley - Great combination of speed and power, shame he had to loss his ECW title to Vince just so he could stay buddies with the boss.
8. D.H Smith - Its like watching the British Bulldog in the ring again, great moves. Needs more time on the mic. Hopefully he'll win a world title in wwe one day and not be held back like his father was!
9. Cody Rhodes - Next Randy Orton? Could happen. Both his father and brother won championships, don't be surprised if he wins gold sometime next year.
10. Chris Jericho - One of the last great wrestlers of the attitude era, it'll be great to have him back, whether hes a face or a heel.

1. Undertaker - Theres a reason he's been my favourite for the 10 years I've been watching wrestling he's always entertained me and i've always liked him face or heel hes alway been the best in my book
2. Randy Orton - Ok truthfully when Orton started wreslting I didnt think his character was going to work but Orton is proply my 2nd favourite wrestler now he's great!
3. Edge - Edge is just the best heel I've ever seen I dont know why people dont like him he is one of the greatest wrestlers alive I can see him in the hall of fame as soon as he retiers
4. Triple H - The Game, The King Of Kings, ..... and so on he is who he says he is Triple H makes me laugh makes me annoyed and makes me cry one of the best WWE has
5. Shawn Michaels - DUHHH do I even have to explain Michaels ok i will 'cos I'll probly get banned. Shawn is old and still going he is always on his a-game and never lets the fans down like he says "The Heart Break Kid Is A Doormat For Absolutley Nobody"
6. MR Kennedy - KENNEDY! best mic skills ever as soon as kennedy debuet on Friday Night SmackDown! I knew he was going to be great
7. John Morrison - John Morrison is one of my Favourite ECW superstars he's doing better as a singles superstar then he was in the Tag-Team Division
8. JBL - I dont know why everyone hates JBL I know he doesnt wrestle anymore but i used to love watching JBL he put on some really good promos when he wrestled and he still does
9. Kane - He has always been one of my favourites kane is a fantastic superstar he works with every gimmick WWE throws at him and with every gimmick he's done a great job
10. Carlito - I liked carlito from day one he was very funny and a great heel a future WWE champ and future hall of famer.

10. Mickie James- There are no other diva on any brand, as good as Mickie James. She is way better then Beth Phoenix, and WAY WAY WAY HOTTER!
9.Undertaker- He is older and getting slower, but still, if you look at this guy wrestle, he is 20X better then who he faces. When he faced Batista, Undertaker looked like he was in his prime, Batista looked alot slower!
8.C.M. Punk- I would put him alot higher, but, WWE is not using him like they should. But, all he can do, is go up in his career. And, he is already ECW Champion!
7. Randy Ortin- I love how much he has improved in every way. Matches, selling everything, mic skills. Awsome! He can only go up from now as a 2 time Champion. Great Mat Skills!
6. HBK Shawn Michaels- Again getting older and slower, but it is so hard to take anything away form him. D@mn, it's hard to even say he is getting slower! Still a great mat wrestler as he was in Wrestlemania 12 Iron Man Match.
5. HHH- Great strong man, can sell matchs, and sells out arena after arena. Came from nowhere to be one of the most powerful forces in wrestling HISTORY!
4. Mr. Kennedy- Still young, and improving faster then anyone in wrestling. He could be world champion come this time next year!
3. Jeff Hardy- Same as Kennedy. Could be world champion come this time next year, except Vince doesn't think he is big enough to be a world champion.
NOW I HAVE A TIE FOR FIRST!
1. Ray Mysterio- Yes, I know. He is so small! BUT, in the WWE, there is no one who will take to skys faster, be hardcore harder, and has as much heart, as Rey Mysterio. Still one of the most exciting wrestlers to watch as he was back in ECW/WCW. And, it doesn't mater if it is on Smackdown! or a PPV, or the first match or the main event, he gives it his all, and every fan is on there feet!
1. Edge- Was great as a rookie, better as a tag team champion, even better as a singles champion, and one of the best as a main eventer! Sells matches Better than Hogan, Flair, Hart, Rock, and Austin rolled into one. Could go down as the BEST heel to ever Wrestle, and....if he were to come back as a Face...the fans would love him just as much! Great in ring ability, great mic skills, when him and Mysterio get ready to fued, Wrestling itself will be RE-WRITTEN!
Somewhere in there i wanted to add Shelton Benjamin. He could be so great! Could be the best mat wrestler in WWE.

10. Santino Marella - They tried to make me watch the condemned and I said no, no, no. And the word Asswhip, great, legend, love it.
9. Carlito - One of my personal favorite wrestlers, really annoys me to see him job to Triple H and D.H. Smith (who will become great), but he is great at making me laugh and not a shabby wrestler. Now thats Cool.
8. Ken Kennedy - One of the top 5 mic performers in the WWE and a cool gimmick to compliment them, still a young wrestler and a lot to offer as a potential face in the future.
7.Randy Orton - Still learning, but so close to the finished article, 3 time champion overall, and still very young, works incredible as a heel and is probably one of the best at it, not sure about his face value though.
6. CM Punk - Only reason besides Morrison I watch ECW, vastly talented and still on a learning curve, he either needs some more competition on ECW or to go to Smackdown and feud with someone like Edge.
5. Shelton Benjamin - Im not gonna get into why he isnt pushed. He is one of the best mat wrestlers I have seen in WWE for a long time, wasted with Haas, but if he gets a worthy opponent and his full talent realised, he is one of the top 5 on WWE at this moment.
4. M.V.P - My favorite WWE superstar at this moment, he is a great wrestler, shame he never gets a chance to prove it, as he keeps getting screwed out of wins against Matt Hardy is sideshows, great few years for Smackdown's MVP coming methinks.
3. Shawn Michaels - Few are gonna go down in WWE history as greater than HBK, his reputation would get him on here alone, but he still performs very well and those 42 year old legs can kip up and tune up the band week in week out.
2. Edge - My 2nd favorite wrestler (as well as the 2nd most talented). Never really was a fan of his until a few years ago, always fell into that "He ok" category, but now he just reeks of awesomeness :D, cant think of many who have the mic skills/in ring ability/looks all in the package he does (although see my alternate #1 for one who does)
1. The Undertaker (Although Jericho will dethrone him if he returns) - Personally the WWE doesnt have anyone in it who gets the reaction he does, whether face or heel, and thats something he has pulled off for years, one of the great gimmicks that hasnt worn off after a week or two. Not my favorite, but awesome.

1) RKO- he is one of the best heels & wrestler in WWE atm i think he has the potential to be the next HHH or ric flair. hes the future of the business and i love seeing him as champ, i hope he continues to do well!
2)HHH- hes been on tv for ages and hasn't ever disappointed me, he's very entertaining and one of the best
3) undertaker- simple, he isn't called the phenonm for nothing!
4)edge- he is great, hes had so much experience in the ring and continues to do well.
5)rey mysterio- his size never stops him in the ring, although the underdog story can get annoying he is so suprising nd entertaining.
6)jeff hardy- i love watching his matches, he really reves up the crowd.
7)ric flair- this man is a legend- 16 world titles!
8)mr.kenedy- he is improving and i can see him becoming very big in WWE
9) tie- mickie james & victoria- i think it's great to see some women who can really wrestle.
10) cody rhodes- he is improving and reminds me of orton, it would be great to see them work together. not against each other as a team
THAT MY TOP 10 :)

1.) CM Punk - Awesome wrestler, great rolemodel and hes keeping ECW alive just now.
2.) Edge - Smackdown is seriously missing Edge, hes got so much talent and I cant wait for him to return. Wish he would come back face, but cant see it happening.
3.) Mr Kennedy - Dissapointed he isnt Mcmahons bastard child, can see him winning the Intercontinental title from Jeff Hardy and having a nice run with it.
4.) Triple H - I just like watching him wrestle, wouldnt mind him going heel again. Edge(face) and Triple H(heel) fued for me in the future would be sick.
5.) Rey Mysterio - Would prefer to see him wrestle Cruisweights on a week to week basis, rather than people like Finlay and Khali. Nonetheless hes 'quicker than a hickup' as JR would say.
6.) Matt Hardy - Wish his fued with MVP would get over and done with, Hardy vs Edge fued when Edge gets back would be a good one to see.
7.) MVP - His fued with Benoit put him on the map, look forward to seeing what he does in the future.
8.) Shawn Michaels - Still wish he would be 'The Old HBK' but never gonna happen, still enjoy watching him wrestle and the Sweet Chin Music is one of the best finishers in the WWE imo.
9.) Randy Orton - This guy can cut a sick promo, still think he can improve his in-ring abilities but still like the guy.
10.) Jeff Hardy - Yeh his haircut is awful, and hes a spot monkey, but he can still entertain and put his body on the line with some sick moves.
Ones to look out for.
Chris Jericho
D.H Smith
Cody Rhodes

1.) Rey Mysterio- This guys speed is just wow, if i was to ever become a wrestler i would wanna be trained by rey mysterio. He deserves the world title again.
2.) John Cena- He has good talent he may not have the talent like CM Punk or Randy Orton but, John Cenas Strength always seems to amaze me and has great charisma. Everytime he shows up on tv he always puts a smile on my face. Great entertainer.
3.) MVP- If i had to pick anyone in WWE to run for the world title its MVP. He reminds me of a heel Chris Benoit and Chris Jericho. Has great charisma and is very talented.
4.) Bobby Lashley- Same as Cena wouldn't be suprised if he has the world title one day.
5.) DH Smith- I never had a chance tto see the bulldog compete but im sure watching his son DH in action its like the bulldog this kid is impressive.
6.) Randy Orton- Hes a future hall of famer for sure, best heel out there. Plays his Legend Killer gimmick very well, the only time i hated orton was when he had his dad manage him on smackdown, Pretty dumb when Randy is the "Legend Killer". But most deserving of the world title
7.) Mr. Kennedy- Doesn't he kinda remind you of the rock? like he gets on the mic and MRRRR. KENNEDY......KENNEDY, and the rock is IF YA SMELL WHAT THE ROCK IS COOKIN. They are so similar and kennedy is awesome in the ring.
8.)CM Punk- Hes a great wrestler i think he should be on smackdown running for the world title.
9.) Carlito- He is the most underrated star in WWE. He should atleast get a run for the WWE Title.
10.) Matt Hardy- Also like carlito, deserves a run for the world title hes an awesome singles and tag team wrestler and future hall of famer. Matt hardy has been setting around waiting for the world title longer then anyone in WWE
Others:
Shelton Benjamin
Undertaker

for argument's sake i'm going to interpret "TALENTED" as the whole package: in-ring ability, mic skills, etc. and not as just in-ring ability... also, i made this a top 11, there was no way i could cut it down IMO....
11) John Morrison - At first, I really did not like the fact that they just, out of the clear blue it seemed, repackaged Nitro and made him a Jim Morrison wannabe. But the more I watch the guy, the more I'm impressed by him. It's obvious that he's done his homework on Jim Morrison and his mic skills have increase tenfold. As for in-ring skills, IMO he has always been a good, possibly great tag team wrestler. His singles skills were shotty at first but, like his mic skills, he has improved. He's very gifted athletically and should be in the hunt for a IC or US belt some time in the next 6-8 months.
10) CM Punk - I really wish I could rank him higher. Watching some of his promos from ROH, he has a certain gift with words. Unfortunately, he hasn't had the opportunity to go back to that level. While his promos are better than most, they aren't up there with his ROH ones. Just like his promos, his moveset has also been "watered down". Watching him battle Samoa Joe three times in ROH made me realize just how truly great he can be in the ring. Right now though he is not at that level. However, I only think it's a matter of time before the WWE, like it does with all its big stars (Austin, Rock, etc.), lets CM Punk be himself on the mic and in the ring. Add the fact that he's already over big time, and you could be looking at a future great.
9) Rey Mysterio - As over as you can possibly get. However, in-ring ability has gone down due to age/injury. However, you're not going to find a cruiserweight that has more of a perfect wrestling package than the master of the 619.
8) Triple H - Honestly can't believe I'm ranking him so low as he was and still is one of my all-time favorites, but that's what age can do to you. Face or heel, he is still one of the best on the mic. Wrestling wise, he's lost a step and his matches are becoming predictable. Not to mention all the heat he gets from the IWC for burying talent. But overall though, you cannot deny that he still gives everything he's got for the business. It's just the fact that he's getting older.
7) Mr. Kennedy - ... Kennedy. Sorry had to do that. I believe it has been said numerous times about his mic skills being top notch. He is probably one of the most charismatic superstars on the WWE roster today. He got over for repeating his name. Simple yet effective. The reason he's not higher is the fact that, even though his in-ring ability is good, IMO it hasn't been up to his standards since moving to RAW. He's a future champion, no doubt, but I wonder if they might have moved him off Smackdown! too soon.
6) MVP - And to think, he's only in his second year in the WWE. His mic skills are some of the best in the WWE. His in-ring ability is there, it was evident in the Benoit feud. According to reports, he studies old matches and studies the moves and the psychology. And he's probably in the best feud of 2007 with Matt Hardy. The sky's the limit for this ballin' superstar.
5) Randy Orton - Top heel in the company as of right now. Mic skills are there, the whole dominant legend killer gimmick was there (until HBK came and started kicking him like there was no tomorrow). The in-ring ability is there but I wish he wouldn't do so many damn headlocks in his matches. Other than that, overall the best heel on the ACTIVE roster right now and second best in the company.
4) John Cena - I'm going to get shit for this, but like I said at the outset, I interpreted "talented" as the whole package and Cena has it. He has the in-ring ability (watch some of his OVW matches or some of his earlier stuff before he started his rapper gimmick). The way his matches are written, however, makes it seem like he knows only a certain number of moves. Not to mention, he does not have too many "bad" matches. People only think his matches are bad because he ends up retaining the title at the end. On the mic, I think he's pretty good. But what makes Cena so good is the fact that he is so marketable. He has the potential to be on the level of Rock and Hogan and be above the WWE. How can one argue Cena's place in a top 10 list?
3) The Undertaker - The Deadman is getting older, but he still one of the best workers in the business. No matter how many steps he's lost, he still shows that he still got it. He is the personification of greatness.
2) Shawn Michaels - The Showstoppa is another superstar that defies the odds despite his age. He does not hold anything back and can still cut a promo like no other.
1) Edge - The man who can pull off being a face or heel without breaking a sweat. He went from impressive rookie to a member of one of the greatest tag teams ever to a great mid-carder to being one of the best heels in the entire business. His promos are never boring and his in-ring ability is one of the best for a main eventer. In other words, he reeks of awesomeness.
Honorable Mention - Jeff Hardy - Improving in every way; way over.
Elijah Burke - Needs more exposure to be over.
Matt Hardy - Another memorable feud could do it.
Santino Marella - Mic skills are there, wrestling needs to
catch up
Kane - Consistent performer

1. Shawn Michaels - He has more natural ablilty than any other. Speed, Strength, Charisma, and Mat Skills. He is arguably the best wrestler that ever lived.
2. Edge - Like HBK, he can do it all. Also, he has overwhelming mic skills and charisma.
3. Bobby Lashley - He has pure power, and he is the most athletic superstar the WWE has ever seen. And his mat skills are good because of his amateur background. In a few years, he will be champion.
4. Triple H - He is one of the best wrestlers on the mat and he is one of the most charismatic stars in the last 10 years.
5. Randy Orton - Right now, is the best pure wrestler in the WWE. He literally has everything you want for a WWE champion. Right now, he is #1 in the business.
6. Undertaker - He is the most intiminating superstars of all time and as pure dominance goes, hes #1 in it and the #1 striker in the WWE history. Also his Wrestlemania, 15-0 record cant go unnoticed.
7. Rey Mysterio - As a small guy, he is the best ever. He just feeds off the fans and he has great mat skills and speed.
8. MVP - To be so inexperienced, his mat skills are excellent and in 10 years he will the next Rock or Jericho. MVP is the best newby in the business.
9. Jeff Hardy - Like Mysterio, his speed is great, but his aerials are what make you like him. Also the fans adore him and his mat skills are great, but he could be a little better on the mic.
10. Kane - Largely unnoticed, he also has got it all. He has speed, strength, power, and aerials. He is the most underused wrestler of the last century. He is the future ECW Champion I think, and hes a sure fire hall of famer in my book.

Top most talented wrestlers in the biz today!
1.) Shawn Micheals-has the total package
2.) Triple H-also has the total package
3.) Sting-has lost his touch but he still has it
4.) Chris Jericho (he can be on this list)-has "it" and everything to be a legend between the ropes
5.) Kurt Angle-arguably one of the best wreslters in the last 10 years he just lacks "it" but he can talk and fight
6.) Randy Orton- born into wrestling royalty and looks like he knows what he's doing out there...finally he's learning not to fuck it up
7.) Christian Cage-has developed and floundered in TNA too bad WWE didnt push him because he's got all the tools
8.) Undertaker-the only reason he is 8 is because of his ability he can move for a big guy but his phenomonal career and charisma is what gets asses in the seats
9.) Samoa Joe-Is begining to develope an idenity has the move-set to take anyone out and should be carrying the TNA franchise right now
10.) Gregory Helms-bear with me.... Helms has been in the business for almost 20 years and for that reason has gained the experience to in a lot of ways be called a ring general he looks like he knows what's goin on in the ring and he knows where he is the guy is very underrated and widley respected in the business especially since he was one of only a few guys who the WWE brought over from WCW after the purchase especially with Helms only being nationally exposed for no more than a year.
Honorable mention and why they dont make the cut-
RVD and AJ Styles- well they're full of spots RVD just yells into the mic and bitches while AJ has decent mic skills he doesnt really seem to connect so well as a baby face
Christopher Daniels-he is very one sided as it seems like he cant play both sides The Fallen Angel has made a career out of being a heel but has been able to shy away from the spot fests that you see on the independents
John Cena-has the charisma and is begining to develope a decent move set and can now put on entertaining matches if this was a list of the top 11 he'd be on it
Edge-has all the tools but he just seems to lack "it" he struck gold after he struck Lita's snatch and he hasnt looked back just think of where he would be had he not backstabbed one of his best friends and railed his girlfriend...he'd probably be in TNA as a WWE reject like his buddy Christian

My list will be from the past decade of WWE/WCW/ECW rosters. Frankly, from the current full time wrestlers I would have a difficult time doing a top 5.
1. Stone Cold Steve Austin - No single wrestler has connected more with the fans from a blue-collar standpoint. He is the toughest SOB wrestling has ever seen. Come on, he finished a match that should have ended his career then and there, put on great matches with every top name in the company in his prime and has been gold on the mike since his WCW days. He carried the company into the attitude era solo when it was on it's way down while everyone else had to be part of a faction. Plus, I loved every minute of his feud with McMahon from the beer bath to the stunners.
2. Chris Benoit - Looking only at his wrestling, there has not been a better mat technician in the past ten years than the Rabid Wolverine. Every move he did looked fluid and spontaneous. Brought out the best in all of his opponents. Put his heart into the business and it showed every single match he worked.
3. Undertaker - The Deadman is one of the few big men who has had longevity to go with an amazing career. Wrestlemania's, HITC's, you name it, he's done it with sucess. There are few moments I really remember about wrestling from my childhood, and one of them is him stuffing the Ultimate Warrior in a casket on WWF Superstars. He can carry an entire show without gold, which is a shame since he's earned it. Awe-inspiring repitoire for a man his size.
4. Shawn Micheals - No matter how much I personally dislike him, HBK is one the few constants in the company that can still get a response like he did this time last decade. Despite his repetitive, stale moveset, he always manages to leave the crowd wanting more.
5. Booker T - Helped keep WCW afloat as long as it did. Continued his mike mastery up until his King Booker gimmick. Good skills for someone of his size and his matches were almost always top-notch no matter who he was wrestling. Accomplished in singles and tag action.
6. The Rock - The only reason he's on this list was his entertainment value. One of if not the greatest vocal talent in the history of the business. His in-ring skills were jabroni-ish at best.
7. Hunter-Hearst-Hemsley - Exceptionally entertaining on the mike, especially during some of his more historical feuds with NOD and Vince. Ring skills are good, sells his opponents moves with grace and style. Despite his politics backstage, probably the most underappreciated man on the roster.
8. Mick Foley - The Three Faces of Foley had the ability to entertain, brutalize, and terrorize the fans minds and opponents bodies. Not only put his body on the line more than any other wrestler in the company, but put his life on the line vs. Taker in the HITC. The hardcore championship was what it was because of him.
9. Edge - Has all the ability in the world to carry the company. Has come a long way since "The Brood". Needs to come back better than ever when he returns. Would love to see him as a face to feud with Orton for the title.
10. John Cena - Whether you like him or not, it's not his fault that Vince wouldn't let him lose. Has good strength for wrestler as small as he is. Good to see a submission finisher being used with the STFU in this day of pure power or acrobatic moves. Decent on the mike and he is the most over with the crowd of all the lesser tenured talent on the roster.
Most over-rated of all-time = Hulk Hogan. Let me tell you something brother, there wasn't ever less talent out of a more pushed wrestler than the Hulkster. His gimmick was fine most of the time, but I could not stand watching his matches growing up. Nothing ever changed in his matches. Finisher of the legdrop was lame. About as convincing as a fireman's carry.
Most overrated - current = Santino Marella - Sorry folks, I don't find him entertaining in the least. Doesn't look comfortable on the mike. He jumbles words and seriously bites as a wrestler.
Best female wrestler all-time = Sable - Revitalized the women's division during the attitude era. Proved that a pretty face truly could have in ring ability to go with sex appeal. Opened the door for other beautiful women with wrestling ability such as Trish and Mickie.
Best female wrestler current = Mickie James - Why is she not the getting the push she deserves? Has ability and charisma and IMO is the best looking Diva on the roster.
Most underrated all-time = Owen Hart - Always overshadowed by his brother, he had the ability to take to the air or keep it on the mat. His repitoire of moves truly rivaled Bret's. He never had the oppurtunity to reach his true potential.
Most underrated current = Matt Hardy - Similar story to Owen, his brother has always had the thunder-stealing moves from atop the ladders, while Matt has the better ground game and good aerial moves. Has pushed new talent to the top of their game (MVP currently) and has been loyal to the WWE.

10. Y2J. not been seen in the ring in a while but 1 of the most rounded performers in recent years with the ability to cut some of the funniest promos ever. hopefully see him soon.
9. CM Punk. he's got ability in the ring.
8. Umaga. he's athletic and even though his gimmick is annoying without estrada as his minder, he's still impressive in the ring.
7. Paul Birchill. got ability and even managed to pull off a pirate gimmick. easily able to be a new benoit
6. william regal. was a gr8 performer in his day even though he's out of the ring now
5. MVP. quite annoying at the start but he's starting to impress me. 1 of the best heels at the minute.
4. Kane - ok, he's not the same guy that was under the mask, but he deserves a shot at the gold. he's 1 of the few big guys who can manage to pull off a flyin clothesline.
3. finlay. he's 1 of the best brawlers in the business at the min, yet can put on a great match with anyone from rey to benoit. plus he's my fellow countryman!
2. Undertaker. Yeah, he doesnt go on the mic much, but that just makes him more intimidating when he does speak. 1 of the few guys who's able to change his style depending on how he needs to from brawler to technical wrestler.
1. HBK. always seems to give everything he has in a match. good in the ring, good on the mic, the guy has it all.

1. John cena: I wasnt going 2 rank him number 1 in this list but what made me do it was his mic skills and his charisma, also hisentertaining skills... Just the fact that he carried the company through the injuries, suspencions etc just gets my respect. When his music hits the explosive noise in the arena is just amazing, whether its cheers or jeers!
2. Edge: He is probly one of my favorate heels of all time. It was very unfortunate that he got injured, because he was in line for one heck of a title rein. He has tremendus mic skills, charisma, and does any one else lone his entrence??? I kno i do!
3. Undertaker: 15-0, Unbeleivable i rekon... He has been in this business for an amazing amount of time and he still looks like a top class main eventer...
He is 40 odd years now and yes, still creaping into the top 10 wrestlers...
An amazing performer.
4. HHH: Although there are always rumours about backstage politice with HHH, he still is one hell of a performer... His mic skills are absolute gold...
His carrer has been hit with highs and lows, but coming back from 2 quad tears is very respectable.
5.Mr. Kennedy: Mrrrrrrrrrr. Kennedyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy........ .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. ...... kennedy
In my opinion, he is the next Stone cold **IF HE KEEPS HIS ACT TOGETHER**
But with all the wellness violation stuff, which i think he has learnt from he is on the right track 2 success
6. MVP: HE is one of my favorite wrestlers, and hes cockyness, wrestling skill, mic skill are all fabulous... This guy has the potential to be the next WM main eventer... Very classy entrency by the way.
7. Shelton Benjiman: Have you seen this guy wrestle, he is amazing.. Why vince??? Why wont u puch shelton 2 a decent level, rather than just be a major jobber... Sometimes it makes you wonder.
8. Umaga: Amazingly athletic. This guy is like 400 pounds and he is doing frog spashes from the ropes, he is a very very good entertainer.. And a great heel by the way.
9. Finlay: Has a great wrestling moveset. I swear that he has like 5000 moves.. HE is a great technical wrestler and he is pretty good on the mic...
The counter magicion....
10. HBK: Getting on a bit now, them rusty knees have lowered him down the list a bit.... BAck in his prime he was brillient.. Had the whole package

John Morrison - Always introducing new moves to his Arsenal, if he brushes up his mic skills he will be Heavyweight champion in a year.
MVP - His gimmick fits better than Cinderella's shoe and again he will be headlining WM25 at the very most.
Matt Hardy - Similar to MVP, probably most over star on Smackdown!
Umaga - Use's his gimmick so well and has very good ring skills.
Mr Kennedy - Connects with crowd so well, can have them cheering one minute and then jeering the next. Great Talent.
Santino Marella - Brilliant promos, absolutely hilarious. Will have to wait to see more of him in the ring.

Well seeing as ‘talented’ can cover so many things I split mine into a few different categories: In ring ability, charisma, and entertainment value.
In ring ability…
Hardcore Holly – Holly might be getting on, but in the ring his moves are in my opinion anyway technically perfect, a lot of people see him as being very stiff, but I think he is a technically very talented wrestler, I only wish he was on TV more, and am very glad for him recent storyline which keeps him on Raw.
Mr Kennedy – Mr Kennedy was also on my top ten worst wrestlers list, but from watching more of him, I think he can be a very good wrestler, and from a technical aspect seems to hit moves very well, and also sell them very well too.
John Morrison – I have always liked him, whether he is John Morrison or Johnny Nitro, I think he has a lot of talent, but I am not too sure about the characters he is given, but in ring he is a good watch and always pulls off a decent match.
Charisma…
Santino Marella – You either love or hate him, and I love him, he makes me laugh every week, and I am glad he gets so much mic time, even though I wish it was more.
Carlito – Again for some reason not a very popular wrestler, but I really like him, I like the whole character and he is a decent watch, but he really needs a good storyline, and he really shouldn’t leave WWE, It really bugs me that new wrestlers come in and expect loads of TV time, great storylines and expect to make it into the main events straight away. Most of the really big wrestlers now (Triple H, HBK, etc etc) worked their way up!
Entertainment…
Jeff Hardy – For purely his entertainment value, he has amazing talent and I beg anyone to question that, has anyone ever sat through a ladder match with Hardy in it and not been interested? Even if it is to see him mess up a move, it is still entertaining.
Paul London – I think London sometimes gets over shadowed by Kendrick, but I personally feel London has far more to offer, and you can’t help but be entertained when he is jumping all over the place!
William Regal – In his day a technically perfect wrestler, but now he is generally a great character, and entertains me every week, there’s not much else to say, you got to love Regal.
I really can’t categorise Triple H or HBK, for me they have everything, they both have good characters, whether they are being daft faces or heels, they work well together or alone, they can both do good matches even though they are not as young as they use to be, and if they are involved in a storyline its normally the most entertaining.

In no order:
CM Punk: WWE has no idea how lucky they are to have him, he is one of the most talented stars in WWE, such a shame he is put in a dead end brand.
Elijah Burke: A shining example of how WWE does not know what talent is, this man should be ECW champ, not a jobber on the "C show".
John Morrison: This man is a great athlete probably the most well used star on ECW, he is very talented and is the future of the WWE.
Edge: Edge has been in WWE for a long time and finally is being used well, this man can wrestle well, and gives WWE ratings (what else do they want).
Rey Mysterio: He has a gimick that shockingly doesn't go stale, and is very interesting in the ring.
Undertaker: This man for his age can wrestle a hell of a match, one of the legends in the wrestling business, definatly deserves to be on this list.
MVP: The fastest rising star on SmackDown!, MVP is very talented and has alot of charisma.
Randy Orton: Orton has that good heel heat and great mic skills, he is talented in the ring, to bad he hasn't shown it in his title reign, but nonetheless deserves to be here.
Shawn Michaels: He's stolen more shows than anyone else in the history of WWE, he is one of the greatest wrestlers of all time.
Mr.Kennedy: Kennedy is a talented performer, the problem is he has bad luck (i.e injury when he was supposed to win world title, steiroid scandal)

I dont think you can put a women with the men. There is no way Mickie James is better than someone like Kennedy or TRIPLE H OR HBK. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? How could anyone not have Triple H or HBK on their lists. I just dont understand.

Are you cracking wise son??? U rekon a chick, micky james could put on a better wrestling match then john cena...
That is the stupidest thing i have ever herd....
Ive already posted my top 10 (with reasons), in this thread so im not doin it again....

Most of these lists are pretty solid and you see a solid mix of names with a good handful of names popping up over and over again.
So here we go with mine (in order from 10th to 1st):
10. John Morrison - Not the most loved guy out there by many. Some say he does not deserve his push, etc. But this guy commands attention. He is solid in the ring. Decent on the stick. And is a legitimate main eventer. I think that sometimes he does not sell his opponent like he should, and the suspension thing is another strike. But this guy has an extremely solid future.
9. Elijah Burke - Another star in the making stuck at 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday nights. The fact that Miz is in the World Title picture and this guy is not is just perplexing. Elijah gets a 9.5 on the charisma scale. He is a solid ring worker as well, but he will always make his living with his face. He is a great heel ... and could probably pull off a hard-working, good-talking face as well.
8. Fit Finlay - NOBODY works harder in the ring or cares about the business more than this guy. He is a great brawler and a very good technician. He also gets heat with ease. Getting heat is not always easy (thinking Big Bossman in his draggin coffin days still not getting over). Finlay relishes the heel role, plays it well ... and performs all out whether he is slated for the win or the much-more prevalent loss.
7. Jeff Hardy - This is the BEST talent ... which means a lack of hard work will not get you booted off the list. The things Hardy does in the ring are hardly ever duplicated. For his size (Rey often does some similar things, but is what ... 60 pounds lighter?), Hardy does more than anyone I recall seeing over the last 10 years. With any mic skills and any work ethic this guy could finally reach a World Title within the next couple of years.
6. CM Punk - I'll admit I am not always a huge fan of Punk in ECW, but anyone who has seen ANY of his ROH stuff knows how talented this guy is. Punk works GREAT matches that always go back and forth well. He sells for his opponent and knows how to tell a story throughout the match. His charisma and mic skills are not great, but are better than average. Punk will only get better.
5. Shawn Michaels - Simply puts it all out there every time he wrestles. The reason he was gone for four years was because he cannot stand the thought of not putting everything he has into every match ... and all of us should feel blessed this guy found his way back to the ring in 2002. From his mic skills, to his in-ring work to his numerous 4- and 5-star matches ... there is only one HBK, and he may be as good as anyone who has ever been in the business.
4. Montel Vontavious Porter - I know all the talk about this guy being the next Rock is kind of popular, but he simply is not. He is the first MVP! His work in the ring only gets better and is not rivaled by many. He does not botch moves ... and is not afraid of trying new things. And on the mic ... it does not get much better. His charisma will make it hard to keep him a heel much longer. His work in the ring will make it even more difficult to keep him from the World Heavyweight Championship.
3. Edge - Edge is my enigma. Four years ago I would have told you Edge simply did not have what takes to be a legitimate world champion. I was WAY OFF. This guy continues to put solid matches out there (many of which he carries - like with Batista) and has developed a character that is unique and dominant. He obviously does not have a lot of hybrid power as he is definitely best as a heel. But this guy could be a champ for a two year stretch and ratings would NEVER dip. He has raw charisma and good mic skills to go with brilliant in-ring work. Nothing gets your adrenaline pumping quite like hearing there is a TLC match coming up with Edge.
2. Triple H - While he might not be the "top guy" year in and year out (Cena for a year or two here, The Rock, Stone Cold, Angle, etc.) he has definitely been the TOP GUY IN THE BUSINESS for the past 10 years. Since his first World Title win in August of 1999, Trips has won the World Title 10 more times and has been both the top heel (his best role) and the top face in the business. And he also has been willing to put others over (something he always gets bashed for as not being willing to do). Outside of the No Mercy title for a couple of hours ... Trips has not held a title in almost three years ... and has not won at Wrestlemania since WM 19!! this guy not only is great in the ring and on the mic, but loves the business and has NO problems putting other talent over.
1. John Cena - Yeah, yeah, yeah ... let me have it, BUT ... this guy is by far the top draw in the business and love him or hate him ... EVERYONE watches him. It is funny that the same people who love The Rock and his six moves, all talk, and goofy finisher ... will turn right around and bash John Cena. The truth is ... he is not just good, but GREAT. Cena commands attention. Just watch his One Night Stand match with RVD (http://youtube.com/watch?v=Dd-a2ID2SVU&feature=related, http://youtube.com/watch?v=0D_2VFi3Zt0). Even if you hate him ... he dominates everyone's train of thought. Those fans wanted Cena to lose a lot more than they wanted RVD to win ... and he plays to it the whole time. He works harder in the ring than anyone ... and really wants to improve. He can do long matches that tell a story from front to back and his WM matches against Trips and HBK truly are great. Sure it is interesting to see what the WWE is doing without him right now, but there is not doubt that they are missing him. For the haters ... enjoy it while you can ... he will be on top for a long time to come.

John Cena - He is talented on the mic, one of the best I would say but I am a 15 year old girl, what would I know? He is talented in the ring, it's a shame WWE limit moves.
Randy Orton - He is a shit WWE Champion atm and I am his #1 fan, so that is shocking for me to say that. He is a great heel though and he is good on the mic and is also talented in the ring, limitations of moves = gayest thing ever!
Santion Marella - Hillarious! You can't help laughing at him if you think he is terrible or good. He is a true entertainer, crap in the ring though
Jeff Hardy - Great high flyer, one of the best.
Umaga - He can do a lot for a big guy. He makes me laugh also.
Edge - Fantastic heel, great charisma and very talented in the ring.

1- Undertaker- One of the best characters in pro wrestling history, he can make matches with anyone in the wwe, and make a great feud before hand, he doesn't speak much on the mic but when he does he's brilliant. The best all round. Even his entrance is better than a lot of normal matches.
2- John Cena- I dont know why everyone hates him tbh, he's great. Now i know he may not be the best pure wrestler or w.e but to be honest are most people? Apart from when he got injured when have you ever seen him make a mistake? And for a "bad wrestler" he's sure had some great matches- wm22, wm23, the tlc match, one night stand, i could go on. And he's great on the mic, and has a lot of talent- the next hulk hogan imo.
3- Triple H- A lot like Undertaker, an all round great wrestler, and he lives for the business. He can make matches with most people, even returning from several injuries he has continued to perform in and out of the ring. Plus had made some of the best moments and factions in WWE History- D Generation X, McMahon/ Helmsley, and Evolution. He can also job without lookin crap.
4- Shawn Micheals- Basically a copy of what i said about Triple H, except he managed to do all of this whilst being one of the smallest people in an era full of body builders. Many people say it but its true, no-one steps up their game like HBK on the grand stage.
5- Edge- One of the great heels, he might end up being the Smackdown version of HHH, he's a great wrestler, a great heel, great on the mic, has great feuds, can cut a great promo. And has had some of the greatest moments in recent history. Plus Edge V Undertaker may be one of the next historic matches.
6- MVP- Unbelievable, few have made such a great impact in their first year, think about what he has actualy achieved, and some of the matches he's had, and all the great rivalries he's had.. in one year!
7- Mr Kennedy- Same as MVP, unfortunately for Mr Kennedy he's been plagued with injuries and the drug scandle, if it wasn't for that i wouldnt be surprised if the wwe title was around this man's waste... it may be soon though.
8- Randy Orton- Now this man isn't one of my favourites, yet he has had a great career, and had great matches, and he's still got a long way to go. I also like the fact how he wasn't pushed immediately and i have seen his career grow.
9- Mysterio- The first majorly pushed cruiserweight, i know it was because of Eddie, yet it was just, he's a great inring performer and always fun to watch.
10- Jeff Hardy- Same as Mysterio, as soon as you hear this guy's music you know your in for a top match, he isn't the best promo'r yet his ring performances, and great moments more than make up for this.
Other Mentions:
Lashley- The next Lesnar, he has no mic skills i know, yet his strength is amazing, and i can see great matches for this man.
CM Punk- Has carried ECW along with Morrison, i was an average fan of his, yet his Survivor Series match was amazing, and his performances with the little talent on ECW is phenominal.
Morrison- What i said with CM Punk.
Umaga- I really like Umaga and feel he is one of the few great heavyweight monsters- Khali- shit, Mark Henry- shit, Big Daddy V- fat shit, yet Umaga is entertainin and fun to hate.
Jericho- Had a great career, and now that he's back he'll be up on the top 10 by wrestlemania, great performer, like shawn michaels basically, but a modern version.

Jeff Hardy/ Edge #'s 1 + 2: These guys r the best that WWE has to offer right now. With A+ mic skills and in ring skills, its a shame that their full potential probably wont b seen in that company.
Top 3 - 7: Unfortunately most of the best wrestlers in WWE r the old guys that r on their way out of the business or should have called it quits by now.(HHH, HBK, Taker, Flair, and now Jericho)
Matt Hardy & RKO: These guys have all the qualities that a champion should have and all they need is opportunity and a lil work on their mic skills.
#10: This can b anybody that has shown up in the past 5 years. (this applies 2 anybody not on fake ECW at the moment)
PS. B4 u ask me y Cena isn't on my list, I personally feel he has had few good matches and him using the STFU is just mocking all the great submission wrestlers.

My ten in no particular order would be:
Edge - in my opinion he is one of the hardest workers in wrestling and i honestly can't ever remember a poor match he's been in. Easily has the most skilled promos
Randy Orton - Not everyone's favourite but i think there is no better site than him executing an RKO. The fact that the move can come out of no-where makes all his matches exciting.
HBK - a veteran but still one of the best. His matches to me are just nonstop excitement from start to finish. Has coped well recently and been a true pro in allowing Cena and Orton "clean" victories.
HHH - hilarious when he's cutting promos and doing backstage skits. Sure a lot of it is toilet humour but always makes me laugh. Tremendous in ring performer week in week out.
Jericho - a massive coup from the WWE in re-signing Y2J. Hugely entertaining in and out of the ring.
Jeff Hardy - His matches are non-stop entertainment from start to finish. Where this guy gets his energy from is beyond me. Would love to see him getting involved in a ladder match again soon.
Undertaker - unbelievable how exciting and energy sapping his matches are even now. His body must have been to hell and back and he is still now the biggest draw in wretling.
Morrison - not everyone's cup of tea but be is massively talented in my eyes. His corkscrew moonsault is a fantastic sight
CM Punk - matches are always high tempo fast and furious. Sends the crowd wild with his phenomenal wrestling ability.
Shelton Benjamin - his in ring skills are undisputed in my opinion and he's very underrated with the mike.

In no particular order
1. Finlay - He works stiff and has no wasted motion which I think kicks ass. Do you remember that bad match he had recently? Do you remember that bad match he had a while ago? Of course you don't cause they don't exist.
2. Edge - Complete package and has proven himself over the years in every way(heel, face, promos, technical ability, high flying and pure entertainment) Glad to see some world/wwe championships on his resume.
3. Rey Mysterio - Another guy who just doesn't seem to have bad matches. I have no idea how he gets the crap kicked out of him and still has enough energy to mount the classic face comeback
4. Triple H - Got to give the douche his dues.
5. Shelton Benjamin - I know his mic work is pretty hurt up but the man can go. All the best pure athlete stuff you hear rings true to me(Unlike so much of the other crap you hear) Even with the occasional botched spot and stupid hair I get excited every time he comes out to wrestle.
6. Shawn Michaels - See Triple H
7. Umaga - It's totally convincing when he destroys the big guys(and fun to watch), Can take 50 chair shots and seemingly never breaks character which really impresses me.
8. John Morrison - I'm not so sure about the new gimmick but his programs with jeff hardy and cm punk were incredible. He's just a solid wrestler from bell to bell and to me that's what it's all about.
9. Jeff Hardy - Like rey it's amazing how badly he gets whooped but can still muster the strength to do his moves. Speaking of which I like how his move set has expanded the last year or so. Technically sound, fearless and he gets you into his match.
10. Balls Mahoney - Just kidding, I'm not retarded. I'll cop out and say MVP and Mr. Kennedy cause they're both good young guys who have tons of potential.

Talented? Hmmmm..
1. Undertaker- Arguably the best wrestler that has ever been in the WWE. He is what? 42 now, and he is still in better shape than most superstars in the WWE. He has only gotten better with age.
2. Edge- The most gifted wrestler on the roster right now. He is the future of the WWE. Entertaining matches, and the fact that the crowd hates him, just makes the matches even better. The best heel in the WWE.
3. Shawn Michaels- Like the Undertaker, he is still in amazing shape. He is the showstopper. Amazing in-ring skill, and amazing on the mike.
4. Chris Jericho- He is quick paced, and very entertaining. He shows that you don't have to be a huge guy to be talented in wrestling.
5. Umaga- Can't take anything away from him. He is a big guy 350lbs+, but he moves around that ring like a cruiserweight. He shows that you can be quick and athletic, and still be big.
6. Jeff Hardy- The best highflyer in the WWE. The crowd loves him, hes getting better on the mike.
7. Rey Mysterio- Holy cow. Some of the stuff this guy does blows my mind, he is phenominal.
8. London/Kendrick- The stuff they attempt is just amazing. Great tag team.
9. Randy Orton- Fantastic heel. He is getting better and better, and it shows.
10. Triple H- He's a great heel. He's a great face. He's just great in general.

Just out of curiosity, when people talk about John Cena having wrestling talent in the ring, why do they always reference his UPW work? Why not reference his incredible last 2 and a half years since he won the belt at WM21? The list of high quality matches he's had since is ridiculous. Jericho, Angle, Triple H, RVD, Edge, Umaga, HBK, Lashley, Orton...all of those guys have had top notch matches with Cena since he was crowned as champion.
So, how come people always say to look at his early work, when he's far and away a better wrestler now than he was then?

Well Slyfox, that would be because its not cool to like John Cena post 2004. I mean why would you watch PWI's Wrestler of the Year for two years straight when you can see countless arm drags, monkey flips, 450's and slams through tables?
Bottom line is that if Cena were in ROH or another indy promotion, 90% of the Cena bashers on this forum would be out buying their ROH spinner belts.

1. Cena - The total package as far as entertainment, in-ring psychology, and story telling. His moves (as limited as they are) are done very well. He can pump up any crowd and he sells merchandice so fast that you would think he was lacing the shit with crack.
2. Edge - The top heel in WWE has mad mic skillz, and can get under Jesus' skin if left in room alone. He can work the crowd and can have a good match with anyone big or small.
3. Umaga - The best bigman in the WWE at this point. He should not be able to move around the ring as well as he does at his size. Works to his strengths in matches and can have a good matches if booked properly.
4. Matt Hardy - Hands down better then Jeff in every way except for charisma and high flying ability. He is btter on the mic, he's not a spot monkey, he's more technically sound, he sells, and his storytelling skills are vastly superior.
5. MVP - One of the hottest comodoties in the WWE right now. His mic skillz are on another level. His in ring work is constantly improving, and he can get under anyone's skin...minus Jesus...that title only belongs to Edge.
6. Randy Orton - This man should be a face not a heel. He is a B.A.D. heel. To top it off he has the weakest looking finisher of all time...yes weaker than Hogan's Leg Drop of Doomzors. When your a heel I'm supposed to want to hate your guts, but Orton's mic skillz (or lack ther of IMO) make me just want to laugh at him and call him stupid. The only thing that saves this man from being on the street corner is his athletic ability and his in-ring psychology.
7. John Morrison - A nother up and coming superstar. He has good mic skills, but he needs to get the hell away from The Miz. This man Oozes charisma and has enough attitude to be taken seriously even with his rediculous gimmick.
8. Batista - A very underestimated bigman. He moves well when booked against smaller wrestlers. Again, a very limited moveset, but again he makes those 6-12 moves look damn painful. He is improving on the mic IMO, and given a few year he will break my top 5.
9. Rey Mysterio - His matches are just boring to me now. He has been wrestling the same match since 1998 just substituting different opponents. However, that doesn't take away from his ability to sell, move around the ring, or to make his opponents look better.
10. Shelton Benjamin - he oozes charisma, fun to watch, and has a good moveset, and his in-ring work has steadily improved and will continue to improve...lets just pray that GOD somehow miraculously blesses Mr. Benjamin with some mic skillz cause he tends to make Umaga look good on the mic.

As much as I enjoy Cena, the one thing, the ONE thing that bothers me is that he either doesn't, or isn't allowed to do some of the things that he did in his earlier days. Sure his matches are entertaining, but think how much better they could be.
Now, Sly, I don't know if you just don't understand why some people prefer his older stuff to his newer stuff, or if you just don't like his older style. I don't know, it just seems to me that for some reason, you might be AGAINST Cena adding more moves to his repertoire. So let me ask you this, and I really want to know your honest opinion on this one. Yes, John Cena is already great, but don't you think that he could be even BETTER if he started reintroducing some of his older moves back into his moveset? I mean, if he can consistently put on high-quality 20+ min. matches with the 5 Moves of Doom, as they are known as, just think how great his matches would be if he brought back the high-impact spinebuster, the ddt, the oklahoma roll, the aerial and top rope maneuvers, the high back body drops and arm drags, hell, the dropkick. His could easily go 45 minutes every single night with anybody on the roster. Well, except maybe Mark Henry or Big Daddy V.

10. John Morrison: The former Tough Enough III champion who has went through an indentity crisis since joining the W.W.F/E. may still end up looking for something new. But regardless of whether he's "Nitro," or "Morrison" it will always be remembered that he is "great" in the ring. The man has talent, pure, raw talent. He became the E.C.W. Heavyweight Champion on perhaps a fluke.. but has done great since being one of the main faces on that brand.
In my opinion, his career took off with Melina by his side, but it wasn't until he broke away from her.. that he truly became even greater. I can't say he'll ever be a World Champion for Raw, or Smackdown.. but he definately has the potential.
9. M.V.P.: The W.W.E.'s version of Chris Benoit? Well, regardless of if he's similar in talent & ability, the fact is, he truly is one of Smackdown's M.V.P.'s with his charisma & overall appeal in the ring. (promo wise & wrestling wise) He had a tremendous feud with Chris Benoit, but it was the feud with Kane that set him apart early.
Porter could've quickly & easily gotten lost in the shuffle as a mistaken & lost talent, with the early "Power Ranger" crap. But thankfully he didn't & SD is flurishing because of it. I definately see this man becoming a World Champion someday.. only question is.. when?
8. Undertaker: The second longest reign in W.W.E. history belongs to this man. The Undertaker is a cornerstone of World Wrestling Entertainment & the best part is, with exception of the American Badass slight gimmick switch, Taker has been a solid household name as the same individual the entire time.
Undefeated at Wrestlemania, 15-0, which speaks volumes for how much the industry respects the man. To allow him a streak that long, that unbroken, on the biggest stage in wrestling history. Taker is a true big man, that doesn't act like it. His wrestling skill is still improving, even this long after his debut in the company. He will forever be a legend in the company.
7. Umaga: When I first seen Umaga, I have to admit I did not expect this much out of him. All I could ever see was Jamal from 3 Minute Warning, & because of that, I never wanted to allow myself the fact to believe he had true talent. But since then, I've been capable of seeing what a lot of others already do. His size isn't holding him back on being agile & unbelievable when it comes to in-ring moves.
His character is extremely one-sided in the animalistic side of things, & because of that I doubt he'd ever get out of being anything but a brawler type.. but he has true talent in him, to make every match he has, a worth watching event.
6. Rey Mysterio: The human highlight reel has been nothing but impressive with everything he's done. Injuries & age have limited his speed since his high impact W.C.W. days, but even at that, he's still quicker & better to watch than a lot of the bigger name stars in the business.
A controversial call gave him his first World Championship, but I'll never discount the fact that he truly did & still does deserve the Main Event spot light. Especially over the likes of a Mark Henry, or even Randy Orton.
5. Shelton Benjamin: Topping the middle of the list is perhaps one of the most, EVER, underrated Superstars in wrestling today. Benjamin has next to no charisma & is very poor on the mic. Because of those factors, the man with more talent in his hand then half the Main Eventers on E.C.W. have in their entire body.. has left him forgotten & discarded in a lot of cases.
Benjamin will likely NEVER become a World Champion for Smackdown, or Raw & it's unsure on whether he'll even dethrown C.M. Punk on E.C.W., but if it was based on talent, the man would be undefeated as far as I'm concerned. I could care less if the guy ever touched a mic again, as long as I could see some more classic match-ups, such as the ones he's had with Chris Jericho, Christian, Carlito, & John Morrison.
4. Triple H. Triple H. isn't the most experienced wrestler in the company, & doesn't possess a lot of over-average talent in-ring, but the man can work a mic.. & control a crowd like noone before him.
In my personal opinion, hes a far greater heel than a face, but thats just a strength to how much people generally love to see him, that regardless of what he does, they can't stop cheering for him.
Before its all said & done, I can see Triple H. becoming the next version of Ric Flair with World Title reigns, the only question is just because the numbers might match up.. does that mean the quality can do the same?
3. John Cena: Love him or hate him, the man is almost as big, if not growing bigger by the second than the likes of Hulk Hogan. I personally can't stand his ability to constantly remain in the Main Event & come out of unbeatable situation after unbeatable situation, but he does.
When you think of John Cena's success, the one thing you can never & should never forget, is he's still NEW! He only came in, in 2002. He may not be a "rookie" but there are Superstars that've been in the industry a lot longer, that haven't even came close to a fraction of the achievements that Cena has done. For that, the man has my respect.
2. Edge: So, this is the portion of the top 10 that I'm playing favoritism, but whether you agree or not, Edge deserves to be in the top 10, regardless. He has pure wrestling talent, & is quickly becoming one of the greatest heels of all time.
Whether you know him as the "Rated R Superstar" or the "Ultimate Opportunist" when its all said & done, you'll know him as a W.W.E. Hall of Famer. The man has held multiple Tag Team Championships, he's a multiple Intercontinental Champion, a former U.S. Champion.. & he's won both the Raw & Smackdown World Heavyweight Championships.
I don't care if for storyline purpose he's never won the majority of his World titles fairly, the fact is.. he can grab the attention of any audience & make them want more.
1. Shawn Michaels: The Show-Stopper, The Main-Event, The Icon.. Shawn Michaels takes my number one spot, because he's the main individual who has been in the company the longest & deserves every bit of the Main Event spot.
The man has never changed his name, or the main portion of his gimmick. He is the innovator for so many matches, when it comes to mainstream. The ladder match, Hell in a Cell, Iron Man, the Elimination Chamber. You name it, its likely he's done it. He was the first person to become a Grand Slam Champion, he was the first person to enter #1. in the Royal Rumble, & win it all. Shawn Michaels can't do much more to make his career any greater than it will already end up being.
But regardless of how much more H.B.K. remains in the company, the fact remains, on the day he exits for good.. his name will never be more true than it is, for he will truly shatter & break the hearts of millions around the world.

That is a great top ten. In fact, I would only make a few changes to that list.
Move Edge up to number one. He's the only heel in the WWE right now who can make himself and his opponent look good. I actually thought Funaki might get the upset tonight. Ok, not really, but he managed to not totally make himself look like the biggest joke of a CW champion ever.
Michaels second now. Meh, actually make him third. I still tend to care more about Cena's matches. Michaels is an INSANELY CLOSE third though.
I have to take Benjamin out of there. Sorry, but I just do not buy him. He's very talented, there is no denying that. But he's as bland and flat as a can of Dr. Pepper that's been left out for two days. His spot goes to the Undertaker, who gets moved up a bit, and past HHH as well. No one creates a big match atmosphere quite like the deadman. Throw in the fact that he's well-rounded in brawling, submission, powerhouse, AND hardcore wrestling, and he's a lock for any top ten list. Both he and HHH are bankable in the big matches, but Taker's the better in-ring performer, so he gets the no. 4 spot.
The guy who gets Benjamin's spot is CM Punk. He's a little watered down in WWE, but he's still got the moves and the speed. I think he needs a little more work on how to play a face champion, but with a good heel like Morrison, he doesn't need to try very hard. CM Punk actually pushes Mysterio down one notch. A year and a half ago, Rey would possibly have been in the top five, but since his return, he's seemed a little sluggish. I don't blame him, I'm just saying that it starting to look like all the knee injuries are catching up with him. Hopefully, he'll know when it's time to hang up the boots, which I think may come alot sooner than we'd all prefer it to.
The rest of the list stays the same. MVP may very well be in my top 5 next year, he does nothing but improve, and working with guys like Benoit, Hardy and Mysterio, it's not hard to see why.
Umaga has got to be the most impressive big man of the 2000's, and possibly the 90's as well. He moves so well for someone his size, and his seems to sweat raw power. He deserves a serious WWE title run. If they brought back Estrada as his manager, he could be a better WWE champion than Orton.
Morrison is nothing but a bucket of potential. And he has improved drastically on the mike. In my opinion, if you gave them a good amount of time in the ring and buildup to the match, Punk vs. Morrison vs. Burke vs. Benjamin could be match of the year material, and possibly even a 5-star match. If he can embellish on the Morrison character, and lose the Miztake as his partner, I could see him back on the RAW roster by this time next year.
So. I beleive that means my top ten looks like this:
1.Edge
2.John Cena
3.Shawn Michaels
4.Undertaker
5.HHH
6.CM Punk
7.Rey Mysterio
8.Umaga
9.MVP
10.John Morrison
I also need to make some honorable mentions.
The hardys have each come into there own, with thier own unique styles. They just need a little more charisma.
Mr.Kennedy has fallen into a slump, and has been unable to prove that he's ready for the title. He hasn't seemed confident in himself since he came back from injury. But he's got the potential. And he's gold on the mike.
And Y2J is def. gonna be on the list next year. But he just got back, so it wouldn't be fair to just give Chris Jericho a spot that rightfully belongs to someone who's been bustin' it since he's been gone, like Punk MVP or Umaga.

As much as I enjoy Cena, the one thing, the ONE thing that bothers me is that he either doesn't, or isn't allowed to do some of the things that he did in his earlier days. Sure his matches are entertaining, but think how much better they could be.Randomly adding moves aren't going to make his matches better. More moves does not equal better matches. Now, could he add more moves and have good or better matches? Sure. But, adding moves alone doesn't make a match better.
Now, Sly, I don't know if you just don't understand why some people prefer his older stuff to his newer stuff, or if you just don't like his older style. His matches now are just far superior. If anyone actually really watches a match, and looks for what wrestling is actually supposed to be about, they look past any fancy moves, and instead focus on his ability to tell a story in the ring, his ability to sell (which has improved tenfold), and his ability to work a crowd (which is among some of the best of all-time). These are all things that he didn't do well in the old days. Sure, he may have had more and different moves, but that's not what professional wrestling is about.
I don't know, it just seems to me that for some reason, you might be AGAINST Cena adding more moves to his repertoire. No, I'm not against it, there is just no need for it.
So let me ask you this, and I really want to know your honest opinion on this one. Yes, John Cena is already great, but don't you think that he could be even BETTER if he started reintroducing some of his older moves back into his moveset? His matches might get better, but adding moves would not be the reason.
I mean, if he can consistently put on high-quality 20+ min. matches with the 5 Moves of Doom, as they are known as, just think how great his matches would beFirst, Cena consistently uses more than just 5 moves. I don't know where that nonsense came from but it is completely inaccurate.
Watch his match against HBK on Raw for proof of that. Notice the headlock takedowns, the arm bars, the hammerlocks, the headlocks, the blockbuster, the top rope legdrop, I think he even throws a wrist lock in. This nonsense that says Cena only has 5 moves is born out of pure ignorance and blind hate.
if he brought back the high-impact spinebuster
Triple H and Batista already do it.
the ddtFor the longest time, was outlawed.
the oklahoma rollDon't know what this is, but for a guy 6'2", 250 pounds who can bench press an elephant, this sounds like a horrible move.
the aerial and top rope maneuversLeg drop off the top rope? And why would a heavyweight with all that power want to do aerial moves and negate his strength advantage? He has no need to. That would be poor wrestling psychology.
the high back body drops and arm drags,He's done arm drags. And again, what good does arm drags do someone as powerful as Cena?
hell, the dropkick.Again, would be a silly move for someone of his strength.
His could easily go 45 minutes every single night with anybody on the roster. Well, except maybe Mark Henry or Big Daddy V.
He already can go 45 minutes with anyone competent. He got 20-25 out of Lashly, 50 with HBK, 25 with Triple H. And the guy never gets tired, he can always go. And, of course, the next question will probably be "if he CAN do it, why does he not?" Well the answer is simple. 1) Lack of time and 2) His opponent can't go that long. You have to remember, Cena does a lot of selling in his matches, which has nothing to do with his moveset, but rather the opponents. So, if a match is only lasting 10 minutes, it's probably because the heel can't go any longer.
Oh, and Oasys, instead of flaming me through rep comments, how about you post your position?

10.John Cena is a great performer and not bad on mic. He received a huge push and is now one of the top guys in the company.
9.MVP has made a huge difference in all of his wrestling skills tremendously over the year. He has a future in this business in becoming more than just a world champion.
8.Randy Orton awesome in the ring and on mic. Knows how to act as hell and gets lots of heat. Still young and is only gonna get better.
7.Ken Kennedy great technician and not bad at all on mic. Actually wanna put him # 8 but he kinda fits here too. Mr. Kennedy next needs to improve on his mic skills.
6.
1. Umaga- This guy is amazing for his size at 350 pounds he can move unlike any other bigman in the business. Plus although he isn't the typical bodybuilder type with big muscles this guy has undeniable strength and power in the ring he executes the most powerful moves in the wwe at this time plus a great worker on top of it.
2. MVP- What else can you say this guy is the next Rock no doubt about it. He doesn't make a mistake in the ring and even when he plays the heels you can't help but like him. This guy is the future of the WWE with Umaga and the rest on the list.
3. Benjamin- He is the ultimate athlete right now in the wwe. He has everything you could want in a guy except a decent gimmick.
4. Kingston- This is another guy who is exceptional in the ring such a great up and coming talent he has to be put on the list.
5. Hass- Like his tag partner the guy can work wahever kind of match he needs to which makes him versatile plus just a plain old good worker in general with the WWE doesn't have to many of.
6. CM Punk- This guy makes up for with skill and in ring prowess what he lacks in size. You don't become ROH champion for no reason the man can put on a good match with anyone and can make even Mark Henry watchable that in itself is impressive.
7. HBK- I think the name says it all don't need to explain why he is on the list.
8. Flair- He is still doing it after all these years and doing as good as anyone else in the business as old as he is he makes my list.
9.
10.
The last two i just can't decide on and really i don't think any of the other wrestler in WWE should make it.

In order, 1 being the best. Hmm I think this is what I think.
10.Umaga-The best superheavyweight I have ever seen, not to mention the athleticism of someone his size.
9.Kofi Kingston-Hopefully there will be no more trouble in paradise when he gets into main event status. I'm looking forward to him getting to have a run for the ECW title.
8.Randy Orton-The 2nd best heel in the company at the moment, great on the mic and very fit.
7.HHH-Gotta give the douche his douchebag, lol.
6.Chris Jericho-Brilliant on the mic and an incredible high flyer.
5.Edge-The greatest heel of today, absolutely fantstic on the mic, and can run a great match.
4.John Cena-Love him or hate him, he gets a reaction, is great on the mic.
3.Jeff Hardy-The absolute greatest spot monkey, who is now having mic time proving he is decent on the mic, and deffinately improving on the ring and can acheive more than spots now.
2.Undertaker-The phenom, the deadman. Has always proved he is main event material. He rarely speaks but when he does you can feel his presence. Always performs great matches.
1.Shawn Michaels-HBK, heartbreakid, the showstopper. He is wrestling entertainment. Fabulous on the mic. Always puts on awesome matches, and without a doubt, is the greatest ever in sports entertainment.
On a side note, I only included wrestles wrestling today. But left out Ric Flair, who (IMO) gets 2nd on the list. I chose to leave him out because I expect he will be retiring.

I can't put wrestlers in order... that's too hard for me to decide. But HBK will always be #1 in my eyes. The rest after are in no particular order.
1.) Shawn Michaels. The best there is and the best there will be. He makes practically everyone look good and despite his age today, he is STILL delivering great
- Undertaker. The man has been in great matches throughout his storied career. Whether it was Randy, Mick, or HBK... he could work with pretty much most people and deliver a good match.
- Chris Jericho. He came back after years and years and he was still as crisp as ever. He makes matches and feuds memorable because that's how good he is.
- Matt Hardy. Though I do prefer Jeff over Matt, you do have to admit Matt is a tad bit better at wrestling in terms of his style. He was delivering in matches of the week on Smackdown in and out. MVP, Finlay, it didn't matter do, chances are he got a good match out of them. Tag team run was excellent. Shame he hasn't had a singles title... yet.
- Triple H. Storied career, storied feuds, storied matches. I hate that he plays politics nowadays but I can't deny what he's done in the past. And that's all I'll say on him.
- CM Punk. I've watched his ROH DVDs and god damn, that man sure knew how to wrestle! It's a shame he's a bit watered down in WWE, but the man knows how to deliver on ECW and PPVs. Good-great matches with John Morrison, Elijah Burke, Chavo Guerrero and more.
- John Morrison. He's very different from most in WWE roster and that's a great thing. The man has what it takes to mold into the main event, and his push is great. It's not rushed, it's a slow push which is needed because quick pushes ala Mr. Kennedy or John Cena gets very tiring.
- Edge. One of the best heels in the WWE. The man knows how to talk. The man knows how to play different characters and play them well. The man is pretty darn good at wrestling too. His specialty is gimmick matches but damn he makes them memorable.
- Jeff Hardy. He isn't going to be on alot of people's list and people won't like this, but oh well. I find him to be underrated wrestler, imo. This man can sell like no other and he tells a great story in his matches. People don't generally like him because of the high flying style he wrestles, but I do.
- Melina. Yes, that's right. I'm including a diva. And yes I do think she's more talented than most on WWE roster despite being a woman. She plays her heel role to perfection and she's one of the most innovative wrestlers in WWE. She's always busting out new moves, something different that you don't see. And plus they flow quite well. I can go on and on about Melina, but I'll stop here.

Hmm...Top Ten Wrestlers in the WWE? Okay, how bout Top 9...plus the single most underrated wrestler on the roster? I'll get to that one momentarily. As per most of the other posts...the following is in no particular order.
...Shawn Michaels. It's an obvious choice. I mean...we are talking about the guy who was the original Iron Man, the original King of the Ladder Match (sorry Jeff), and really the only guy worthy of the title Mr. WrestleMania.
...Mr. Kennedy. Kennedy. Yea, had to throw it in there. Nevermind the fact that he was the last guy Eddie Guerrero wrestled on TV before his untimely death, nevermind the fact that he was the last guy to wrestle John Cena before his pec muscle tore completely off the bone. When he's on his game, he is one of the best, not to mention he can be great on the mic, if on a good night.
...MVP. Someone asked me awhile back if WWE were to do a new age Four Horsemen, who would the members be? Well without a doubt, Friday night's play maker is definately a pick of mine. He is simply great in the ring. I figure, even though I've been a wrestler for eight months, I don't think I'll be on anyone's Top 10 list anytime soon. So that said, I'll just throw a vote for Montel Vontavious Porter.
...Trevor Murdoch. Yes as much as some people's eyes are going to bug on this one, find another guy in this business who is Trevor's size who is crazy enough to do the single most devastating move NOT in the WWE?? (Canadian Destroyer). He's definately come a long way since his Buzz Dupp days in TNA!
...Victoria. Where the hell is she on everyone's list? Kudos to the ones who gave mention to Mickie James, because she'll be appearing momentarily on my list. Victoria is one of the few most talented women on the roster. One of the most original finishers of recent memory, the Widow's Peak. Such a shame the WWE isn't doing anything with her...or most of the main roster for that matter.
...Mickie James. Will she just go nuts already? Her run as a heel opposite Trish Stratus was nothing short of classic. With Victoria, those two should be the leaders of the women's division. Both women have great talent and potential, and I don't think we have seen the best of these two yet.
...Umaga. I love big guys that can move quickly. Bam Bam Bigalow is probably the best example, as I went on record for saying he was probably the best big man of his time. Closely running behind him in that category is Umaga. Starting out as one half of Eric Bischoff's creation 3 Minute Warning, the formal Jamal has evolved into one of the most lethal big guys in the company. Don't be surprised to see him near a major title picture in the next year or so, pending any major injuries that seem to have plagued the company lately.
...Elijah Burke. Okay, perhaps his best move didn't happen in a WWE ring. Did anyone see his Ghost Hunters appearance last Halloween where the Elijah Express took off running after getting a visit from a spirit behind him?? Classic stuff. Inside the ring though, he's constantly imroving and making certain ECW moments more bearable each week.
...Finlay. Here's a guy who was at the bottom of the WCW ladder for so long, went into semi-retirement, gave a few of the "divas" some talent, and came back to the ring, and is running circles around some of the younger SmackDown talent. I love watching this guy.
...Shelton Benjamin. Finally...the single most UNDERRATED guy in the business today, with just a slight edge over Petey Williams, Shelton is a pure pleasure to watch in his matches, and knowing he's in the WrestleMania XXIV Money In The Bank Ladder Match...is gonna make that match MORE than worth the price of admission, so to speak!!!

1. HBK-He is the showstopper, the heartbreak kid, you get the story, he has been one of the best in ring performers in the WWE for a while and still is, definetely deserves the top spot.
2. Umaga-He has by far the best power, high-impact moves in the business today. After that Elimination Chamber performance, where I think he stole the show, he gets the number two spot on my list.
3. Undertaker-again one of the all time greats, due to his aging, I put him at the number three spot, but still is by far one of the best in the business.
4. Jeff Hardy-Although all of his moves may not be perfect and precise, he is by far the best high-flier in the WWE today, and the high spots in his matches are enough to propel him to the number 4 spot on my list.
5. Mr. Kennedy-he needs more confidence in the ring, but his mic skills are great, to go along with decent in ring skills, he is the next superstar in the WWE, in a year I would expect him to be #1.
6. Y2J-Great on the mic, good in ring abilities, he is Y2J, he didn't save us from anything, but when it comes to wrestling talent he belongs in the top 10.
7. Randy Orton-He confuses me, when he was going for the title, he was great, good mic work and good in ring performance, his title reign has been dull though, he has seemed to regress in my book, but when he isn't worried about protecting his title, he is great.
8. HHH-Although I hated how he ruined the Rumble by eliminating to many people, he is great on the mic, and above average in the ring. I just like everybody else a little more, thats why he is at number 8.
9. John Cena-Some people hate him some people love him, he is great on the mic, gets huge pop, whether negative or positive, his lack of wrestling skills, puts him at nine, but i still dont think he deserves the hate that everyone gives him.
10. Edge-I liked him better when he first won the title, and was first the Rated R Supertar, but he still is good on the mic and good in the ring, I just dont think he is as good as two years ago, which is why is falls down to ten.

My List:
1) and I'm glad it's been mentioned... SHELTON BENJAMIN. He's the closest thing to a pure athlete in the WWE. I don't care about his mic skills, plenty of wrestlers have reached the main event and have impressed without having to speak. The single greatest moment of WM22 for me was shelton's springboard of the apron, onto the top rope onto a ladder, that due to the camera angles, was ommited from the broadcast. Believe me, it looked amazing live.
2) HBK - Despite all his injuries, he can still make any guy look good in the ring. His matches are passionate, tells a story and he gives his all in every match. Plus he's awesome on the mic, he can fly, he can brawl, he can go with the big guys, he's an innovator, ladder match, HIAC etc and he's a major draw. The right guy in the WWE to end Flair's career.
3) Umaga - The closest thing WWE has to a big guy that can rival Samoa Joe. He's a monster, he's quick, powerful and can bring out big time reactions from the crowd. IMO he needs one more finisher to add to his arsenal and he's ready for the main event
4) MVP - Great on the mic, great ring work and is a great heel. Has that main event look and feel. His entrance is the best in WWE and I can picture WWE marketing him as a big time player in 2008.
5) Mr Kennedy... Kennedy. Same reasons as MVP really but a hell of a lot more entertaining. He draws reaction from EVERY SINGLE fan in the arena and thats what makes him great.
6) Edge. He can do it all, he can talk, he can fly, he can go hardcore, he can brawl, he can wrestle and his controversy draws responses. Shame he's about to lose his WM streak, but will be a formidable opponent to the Undertaker at WM
7) Orton. A great heel. Great finisher and can be one of the greats
8) Finlay. His matches are different and interesting to watch.
9) HHH. Back in the days following the attitude era, I felt this guy carried the company. Who cares if he holds back talent or not. His fueds with Foley were classic. He is a pure bad ass, determined, ruthless face but it's only when he's a heel that you notice how good he is. Good on the mic, great in the ring and gets so much heat from the fans.
10) Mickie James. The best all round diva in the compny. Great to look at, can wrestle and was a great heel in her time

Here is my list of the most talented guys(in terms of ring work & mic skills) currently in the WWE imo(not in order):
Shawn Michaels-Even with a bad knee can put on many great matches with mostly anyone in the wwe & great on the mic.1 of the greatest performers in wrestling history.
Undertaker-Awesome character & on the mic, great entrance & very athletic for a man his size and age.One of the greatest of all time.
Randy Orton-Athelitic,fit,young,very good wrestling skills & great mic skills imo.The future of the WWE.
Edge-Great heel, great character, great on the mic, very good in the ring and has had a lot of great matches with the likes of kurt angle, mick foley, randy orton, john cena e.t.c.
Triple H-Loads of great matches, great in the ring & on the mic.Great entrance and one of the best in the business.
M.V.P.-Great young up-comer,great on the mic, getting better in the ring.A guy u love to hate.I see a world title around his waist possibly later this year or next year.
Chris Jericho-Able to put on great matches, great on the mic, great in the ring.Should definantly be a world champion again.

In order of talent ie 10 > 1 ranks
#10 - John Morrison/Johny Nitro
Agile and Quick, I love the corkscrew stuff he does.
#9 - Randy Orton
He's a heel but he's still great in my opinion
#8 - Umaga
This guy is so flexible for his size it's unbelievable, the double samoan drop won him another fan...
#7 - Ken Kennedy
He's funny and he's great on the mic, he's also a future hall of famer imo.
#6 - Shelton Benjamin
Still young but definately impressive.
#5 - Triple H
Still got it even if he's been main eventing for almost 10 years
#4 - MVP
The Next Rock, always trying another move each week, but I haven't seen him as a face so that would depend on his ability to be one.
#3 - Mick Foley (retired?)
If you can class risk taking as a talent, always puts on great matches.
#2 - Undertaker
Well, he's got a large signature moveset... snake eyes, gullutine leg drop, tombstone pile driver, chokeslam, triangle lock, the Dive over the top rope, and a new one that made edge tap out. Also the counters he manages are cool, the batista vs taker in the elimination chamber counter to win was awesome, and we saw one at WM24 against edge.
#1 - Edge
Awesome move set, great work as a heel and a face, great countering (wm24).
The WM24 edge vs taker main event was awesome, second only to the flair hbk match.

I'm going to break this down into categories base on ability, entertainment value, and overall. This is based on guys who are currently active wrestlers on RAW, Smackdown or ECW (as such, Flair is now unable to make the list). Ability is different from entertainment value which is different from work ethic.
The first is based on wrestling ability. Below are my top ten who have the ability. This is based on WWE performance as well as past federations. A lot of the guys here have been praised by other workers and have helped train lots of guys. I think if you watch their matches and look at the ability only, you'll see this is a pretty good list. Please remember this is base on ABILITY ONLY.
Wrestling Ability
- Shawn Michaels
- Jamie Noble
- CM Punk
- Chris Jericho
- Finlay
- Rey Mysterio Jr.
- Shelton Benjamin
- Charlie Haas
- Paul London
- Brian Kendrick
The next section is based on entertainment value. I am not going to include "ability to move merchandise" - only the value they provide through their characters, gimmick, promos, charisma, fan interaction and other intangibles. Please remember this is base on ENTERTAINMENT VALUE ONLY.
Entertainment Value
- Undertaker
- Shawn Michaels
- HHH
- Edge
- Chris Jericho
- Santino Marella
- Mr. Kennedy
- JBL
- Mr. McMahon
- Stone Cold Steve Austin (only counted due to his listing on WWE.com as a RAW superstar)
Here I'm going to select the top ten workers in WWE. I am basing this on the ten guys that I would start a company with if there was no prior fan base and no age concern. Here is a mix of ability, entertainment value, work ethic and potential drawing power. You'll see guys below who haven't appeared on either of the lists above, such as MVP, Orton and Cena. I'm going to include Steve Austin here because I think he could still draw as an authority figure.
Overall
- Shawn Michaels
- Undertaker
- HHH
- Chris Jericho
- Edge
- Rey Mysterio Jr.
- MVP
- John Cena
- Randy Orton
- Stone Cold Steve Austin

1. Jeff Hardy- I just like the guys, overall, set of skillz, he's in no way a powerhouse but, he does the most amazing things you would ever do. i remeber times as a kid, trying all the hardy boyz moves on a trampoline, this guy is nuts, awesome and should be rewarded the title at least once in his career, he just needs to quit messing it up personally.
2. Cena. Ok i know theres so many haters out there on cena, heres wat i like about cena, he works well wit tha mike, the best ive seen seen, maybe the rock or even stone cold, and when he's pissed he's pissed the only thing cena, get a fitted hat man, you cant look to g, to bee seen in a weird funky ass hat, lol its the new year not 80-s but overall cena works his matches well, and sells everything, its not completly his fault if his matches r always the same, its the writing of most his storylines, now the Edge vs Cena thing was cool
3. EdGe, hands down the guy is awesome, especially when a face and has to use his hole moveset.he's also a badass tag team guy, and one thing bout edge is, he's his own attitude wether face or heel, he gets the crowd into it and worked one hell of a match with Undertaker at wrestleMania
4. The game, game on enough fuckin said
5. the taker, though his matches have gotten less cool over the years, once again writers r at fault, he's still the fuckin god of wrestling
6. kane, badass red man nough said
7.rey mysterio, high flyer, when healthy killz the ring
8.randy orton, cold skilled caculated, what more could you ask for in a top heel
9. umaga, killer samoan badass
10.cm punk yeah he is the new rvd, but id rather have rvd

1. Shawn michales- he is my idol he is arguably the greatest ever he proved that you don't have to be the strongest to be great. he is well past his prime and can still go. The showstopper..need i say more?
2. The Undertaker - i know i know, most of you dont care, but lets face it, the guys 43 years old and can still whoop ass, fly over the ropes, still maintain the "best pure striker" title to his name and is undefeated at WM. 17-0 man, amazing streak. yes he needs to retire one day but not now, hes still the man and all of you know this.
3. Triple H: Guy has got talent and has lasting staying power with the company, i just dont want to see another reign of doom.
4. MVP: the most improved wrestler overall, man i thought he was crap then he came out of his shell when he went after the us title and is on his way up.
5.C.M. Punk/Randy Orton - im doing one on both, in my opinion, these 2 guys got lost somewhere in the times because i strongly believe these 2 belong in there with the 80's and 90's guys, im sorry, but they are that damn good. Amazing atheletes, countless championships for being their age, and i believe that one day this would make a great feud for either the WWE championship or the world heavyweight championship.
6. Morrison: i love this guy and think that he has potential to carry the wwe further then its ever been. The next HBK in the making.
7. Edge- Was great as a rookie, better as a tag team champion, even better as a singles champion, and one of the best as a main eventer! Sells matches Better than Hogan, Flair, Hart, Rock, and Austin rolled into one. Could go down as the BEST heel to ever Wrestle, and....if he were to turn a Face...the fans would love him just as much! Great in ring ability, great mic skills.
8- John Cena- Yes i know, he gets shoved down our throats win over and over and overrated as hell, but he still has talent, and i can't lie about that, he is fairly young in his career and he busts his ass for the company. He is gonna be around for a long while.
9. Rey Mysterio - If it wasn't for him, the cruiserweight division would never have survived on SD! Possibly the greatest cruiserweight of all time.
10. Shelton Benjamen - One of the most underated wrestlers of all time, when will the WWE push this guy, if this keeps going on I wouldn't be surprised if benjamen leaves because I know TNA would grab him in a second.

I am going to decide in terms of entertinment value, and wrestling ability and try to do this over all, to start with.
1. Shawn Michaels - In my eyes, way out in front.
2. Jeff Hardy - He can tell a story in a wrestling ring, the only wrestler to win the WWE title and actually make me feel a knot in my stomach, and my eyes welling up.
3. The Undertaker - Versed with MMA styles and a incomparable in ring ability as well as a tremendous gimmick.
4. Chris Jericho - WWE's messiah, he has done great things since returning, had some very memorable matches/fueds.
5. Triple H - The main you dont want to get on the bad side of, he is a great performer too.
6. Randy Orton - The man is pure gold for WWE, and is the best on RAW right now in my mind.
7. Edge - This man is in his prime, and has noo limits to his abilities
8. John Cena - I am warming to him, I don't hate him as much now. He is doing well and is currently WWE's most valuable player.
9. CM Punk - A great all rounder, has become better since his move to Smackdown in my eyes.
10. John Morrison - The guy who will be synonimus with WWE in two years even less.
In terms of wrestling ability, I think the list is COMPLETELY different.
1. Chris Jericho - Very versitile in the ring, it has shown over the years
2. William Regal - Doesn't get the chance to show case as much as he is worth
3. Shelton Benjamin - Great matches every week
4. Jack Swagger - All American American.. need I say more?
5. CM Punk - Mai Tai, Brazilian Kickboxing or whatever, he knows it all.
6. Shawn Michaels - WWE's greatest storyteller
7. Tyson Kidd - Should be a large commodity in WWE soon, if all goes well
8. Rey Mysterio - Lucha Libre brilliance
9. John Morrison - WWE's biggest rising star
10. Jamie Noble - Very underrated, people talk about Benjamin being under rated, what about this guy?
Something else I want to add, is the top 5 divas also, its only fair.
1. Beth Pheonix - VERY close between 1 +2.
2. Natalya - " "
3. Gail Kim - TNA showed her in a true light, brilliant wrestler
4. Jillian Hall - See her OVW tapes, wow.
5. Katie Lea - Best British Female Wrestler of all time. The woman is sound, first British female champion in WWE, coming soon.

right now umm...
1. Chrsitian- The face and savior of ECW, and current ECW champ also my fave wrestler
2. Edge- What can I say? his gimmick is genius and his in ring skills are just well AWESOME! all hail King Edge the Awesome!
3. HBK Shawn Michaels-Arguably the best wrestler of all times. He's the greatest performer there is. He's extremly versatile, hell he even made a match with Cena look good and cena only knows like 4 moves!
4. Randy Orton- The Legend Killer has been on a roll lately a new stable, 2009 Royal Rumble Winner, NEW WWE CHAMP!,and he took out the ENTIRE Mcmahon family including HHH
5. Chris Jericho- Y2J's still got it not only is he great in the ring but he took out 3 legends/Hall Of Famers on the 25th aniversary of Wrestlemania
6. John Morrison- Probably if not the best one of the BEST performers right now in the ENTIRE wrestling buisness!
7. The Bigshow/Big Slow- I have to admit I'm not a fan but he has knocked out Rey Mysterio,Jeff Hardy, and The Undertaker 3 weeks in a row.
8. Triple H- What can I say? Hes THE GAME! and 13 time world champ!
9. Jeff Hardy- The top baby face in Smackdown right now and has a rockstar like snazz in him.
10. Shelton Benjamin- AIN'T NO STOPPIN HIM NAWW! The most athletic and underrated wrestler in the WWE!
